I had purchased a Body Control Module for a Jeep Grand Cherokee and later found out that you can not install a used module because it needs to be programmed to match the ECU. Called local Jeep dealerships and Jeep corporate… was told that used modules can not be programmed and only new or refurbished ones can. I returned the module to Albert’s and the guy at the counter got really nasty with me telling me that the module is just “plug and go” and that “I have other problems with the Jeep”. He wanted no part of that fact that I talked with Jeep. Jokes on him since a re-manufactured module fix our problem after the dealer programmed the VIN to it. I would never do business with them again…. Oh and also they don’t offer refunds on anything so for the most part your screwed unless your willing to fight for a refund.

Very nice and helpful. Had my parts in stock on the shelf ready to go, but I called ahead to make sure. You should always call ahead for a junkyard to give them time. I was pleased with the prices and would definitely be coming back great job ☺️

I had a good experience. I called and left a message, which wasn't returned. Called back a little later and the guy who answered was annoyed and wouldn't pull a part I needed until I gave him my visa number (I didn't like that), but I was searching for an antique piece and pressed for time. In person, the employees were pleasant and a pleasure to be around. I really like being there in person and they allowed me in back to view the rest of the antique car they were parting out.I'd buy again, but only in person. The pictures online look better than the actual condition of the parts.

They have such bad customer service!!!! Would not suggest ordering from them. Received a cylinder head that was obviously damaged before it was sent out. It was blamed on shipment or what my mechanic did to it when the part hasn't even been put on my vehicle yet! They wouldn't refund me or send me a new one. The cylinder head is nothing but a boat anchor!

Bought a part from them. Their online database said it fit my vehicle. Turned out that there were two possible versions of the part for the same make/model/year of my vehicle. Allowed me to return the part, but only for store credit and with a 25% "restocking" fee. Probably will not return.
