Horrible experience! I purchased a 35,000 mile engine and a month later was sent a 106,000 mile engine that was horrible and not fixable ! Their solution was for my mechanic to fix it. When my mechanic said he wouldn’t they wanted to talk to him and I together. That’s when my mechanic stated that the engine had 106,000 miles. Larry from this company told him to get off the phone he wasn’t the customer. I am out lots of money dealing with their scam of a engine. I Would never recommend this company. They will not make things right and and ask for me to drop my bank investigation for fraud. Which is what they did and are! I will never ever recommend them. They lied and lied. And tried to charge me shipping on a part that I didn’t even order and didn’t work! Horrible people that treat clients even worse! They will scream at you that it’s your fault and ask you for more time so they can keep your money! Fight them with your bank.! File for fraud because that’s what they are. You will get your money back this way only. Do not deal with these people. They will take your money and send you broken old parts from junk yards. They will never keep their word. Scam scam scam artist!!!

As I suspected, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I order 42K miles engine BMW 535i Engine 3.0L AWD and 2 weeks later they sent me a no-name 1.5 LTR garbage rusted junk engine. it was supposed to be shipped from Texas but it came from Galaxy Metals in Cleveland (galaxysalvage.net) - literally a car junkyard. This is piece of junk. I'm out of $6,500 and in the process of getting a refund - if I don't get refund from them within next 72 hours, I'll be preparing and filing a lawsuit against them. Please contact me if you want to be part of this class-action law-suite at 'NAL AT MTA DOT CA'. Now that I read reviews from other customers, they are using the same tactics - charge 100% upfront and promise good product and then send them junk.

We spent over $2500 for a motor to ne delivered was supposed to be all ready to just sit in. Do not order from these people . The motor has blown pistons broken pieces in the motor the block is cracked two places horribly greasy been leaking oil for a long time the motor is useless can't even use it alot of money wasted going to take them to court

Best company in U.S.A PERIOD!!! . I ordered engine for my 2013 Dodge Charger it was affordable I was a Little skeptical at the beginning but I needed the part so I bought it not only they send the part on time but its in a pretty neat condition as used engines goes . Thank you guys Good Job
- SSyed Zubair
Purchased the best condition motor for very reasonable price . I would highly recommend to buy any car parts . They're the best dealer all over US.

I already did an engine order 2 weeks ago and trying to get updates and tracking information has been nearly impossible. They are forcing my hand to slap a lawsuit on them. They took $1,800 and no engine. I advise that you think twice about doing business with this company. Update- here it is 30 days later from order date. In order to get shipment of the engine after week after week of them saying it's being inspected, I finally told them and had to threaten them with that they had till the end of business day to get crated and on a truck or they would have to refund the money and I would make a complaint with the BBB. And still waiting on tracking information and proof it was actually shipped . THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD WITH ANY COMPANY. DEFINITELY BUYER BEWARE ⚠️ Continues - As of yesterday my mechanic finally got the engine that I ordered. After speaking with him there were obvious signs of damages due to this shop. As I get the photos from my mechanic I will post them for all to see. The photos this company post are misleading. Needless to say, I will never use this company again.

Ordered a Porsche transmission. Contract said ships within 14 business. 45 days later I still have no tracking number or transmission. Had to dispute charge with my bank to get a refund. They lied to me for over a month with every excuse and delay tactic. Zero integrity. Eventually stopped calling me or talking my calls. Total fraud. Avoid at all costs. Buy direct off ebay or reputable Google company. These people have no parts in stock..they try to find the the part or buy it off ebay after they take ur money. Scam!
- CCole Wenda
Don't Buy From These Scammers!!! Placed an order for an engine and canceled the order after seeing the reviews. Still haven't gotten my $3150 back and they are saying that they never processed my card when they did. The other reviews are most likely true. This company is a scam and will take you money. Only thing they're good at is tricking you
- JJeremy Mcrey
I ordered a Honda Accord engine with 89,000 miles on it. I was told it would be delivered in a week. I set up the auto shop for the work to be done. The engine didn't come untill after a month and I missed my engine install date because of the delivery delay. The motor came in with a cracked block. I ran the VIN on the motor and it had over 140,000 miles on it. I called the store and they said it wasn't install and diagnosis within 10 day so they told me to F off. I told them I would contact consumer fraud in Texas and they said go ahead because this is what they do. I even paid extra for a longer warranty because they said I would be completely covered for six months. They lied and are scam artists. Consumer beware...
- AAnthony Hatcher
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM… RIP OFF. Paid $1500 for engine that supposed to had 84000 miles and good compression. Got it installed and immediately started knocking. Mechanic said it is no good “bad engine” still had to pay for install too. I just have to bite the bullet on this because I can’t afford to have it taken out and pay to have it shipped back… they’ll probably dispute it. Ask about their warranty… he told me 90 day warranty but didn’t explain the terms until after the fact. Wish I never bought from them… total waste of money & time. Again DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!
- SSelina Perez
Definitely got spammed through this company. Took almost a month to arrive. Upon arrive, motor was completely horrendous and did not approve delivery. That same instance I called for a full refund. Employee was not happy as they had “to pay double to return the motor”. I spent $1,356 on this motor and am only received less than $800 back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM. A reminder, always read terms and conditions, it is not worth going through something like this and lose your money. Never again.

please don't be like me and think oh this company has bad reviews but it wont happen to me.... IT WILL!!!! I purchased a transmission from all auto parts and they took forever to get back to me with updates. I decided to cancel the part and then they slapped me with a restocking fee. sooo even if I was ok with this, I still to this date have not received the 400.00 back. They charged me a 150.00 restock fee and they never even was ready to send to me!
- WWilfredo Castro
This company will scam you, I purchased a 2013 Subaru Impreza Turbo engine, The company promised to send a whole assembly of an engine and only sent the base. When I received the engine I called immediately and told them that the engine was not sent correctly and was defective they told me to put my old engine parts on this engine and install it anyways, I went ahead and did what they said and installed and car engine died the next day. For 2 months they said they would resolve. They never did and told me they would not replaced or returned my money. I lost in total 6489 dollars.
- SSean Barnes
Did the old bait and switch. Order an engine.. was supposed to be here in 7to10 days. Called on day 6 for an update. Told motor turned out bad. So no longer available. But have another one for $250 more. Buy it or pay $575 restocking/cancellation fee. Which shouldn't apply because they couldn't provide me with the part. But they disagree with that. So I really need the engine. And even though I think they're being shaddy. I need the engine and the other option all be it $250 more. It's not a terrible price and I don't want to have to have my credit card company dispute the charge. So I'm going ahead and buy it. But this will be my last purchase with all auto parts 2u. It was really the restocking fee that upset me.
- DDustie Shipp
I would give them a zero. Sent a duramax motor and when they spun it locked up. Lucky it didnt get installed. But cost me a lot in labor. Then when I asked for a replacement they advised they would. 2 month later no motor. Asked for a refund and had to dispute through my card company. And they sent documents where they forged my signature. After sending the card company 32 pages of emails and pics it was resolved. Find motor else where.
- JJohnny Wright
Very very unsatisfied. Months ago I paid for a Scion XB motor 890 dollars to be delivered. They promised a motor with 71,000 miles on it to be delivered within 10 days. At leat a month later a junk motor showed up with a tag on it showing 221,000 miles on it. They claim it was the wrong tag. The motor is definitely not not what they claim. Oil leaks all over and locks up when you turn it over with no plugs in the head. Definitely a core a bad motor I can't use. They promised me a replacement weeks ago. They keep making excuses now say I have to pay to ship it back across the country before they proceed. Wow, really bad business practices. There avoiding my calls now and won't call me back. They burned me for 900 dollars. Don't make the same mistake I did!! Johnny Wright from California

Very bad service. In follow up to the other relevant reviews, this place is a scam. We ordered our engine on 8/8 and to date we haven't received anything. They made false promises since day one. They asked for our VIN number and yet when they sent us the pictures to review before being shipped, it was a complete wrong engine. We kept calling to have it corrected and it was always delayed. When we finally got a picture of a different engine, the engine looked corroded and banged up. We followed up again about the shipping of the engine on Wednesday 9/7 and our calls were being forwarded to vm. We had to call from a different number in order to get through to someone. We told them not to send the engine anymore since we figured out they are scammers. We just want our money back and of course that is yet to be received. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. OUR BANK KEPT DECLINING THE TRANSACTION WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY MUST BE FLAGGED AS AN ILLEGITIMATE BUSINESS. WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK!!!
- JJames Stever
You will not get you your part in a timely manner. If it is a large item they will trick you into paying extra for delivery and then not pay UPS for the special services, and then in my case I had to drive 90 miles to a T-Force Freight location myself to get my engine. Do not use this company. Seriously for the love of God! James Stever. As of May 30th 2022, I've been given an apology and the request to do additional business. Unfortunately now that I have the motor that I purchased installed it is running beautifully unfortunately it leaks oil. And I would have assumed an engine with only 73,000 miles on it it would not be leaking oil. So I appreciate the apology but I won't bother again. Even though I am looking for a engine for a 1999 f150.

Hi everybody! Listen to me, please and believe me. Don’t trust good reviews! I ordered engine for my GMC Savana 2007 SEPTEMBER, 27!!! And what now??? Today is DECEMBER, 10 and I still not received my engine. Moreover, I can’t get my money back. I called the company 8 times but the money was not given… I have to go to lawyers. I will turn this company inside out!!! That’s why if you wanna save your money, nerves and time NEVER EVER EVER use this company!!!
- WWill Toole
Buyers Beware !!! I urge everyone looking to purchase anything from this company to please look at the reviews !! In my 15 years of being in business and buying parts from lots of different companies this place is by far the worst experience I have ever experienced. I ordered a engine for a customers jeep wrangler and give them all my information and credit card information. A couple of days later they canceled my order because they forgot to charge me a core charge. I talked with Sam the salesman and he said it was his mistake and he would take care of the charges for sending the core back to them for my 750 dollar refund.i reordered. It's been 4 weeks and I'm still getting the run around from him and the manager after the manager told me also he would email me a shipping label for the return. By far the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Will Toole Pembroke ga

Do not buy from this company, they are a brokering service that will claim they have something and rush to find it from an auto salvage yard. Many auto salvage yards will refuse to sell to brokers (this company in general is on everyone’s do not sell to list) because they lie about the mileage you will receive. If you want a reliable and honest seller, use car-part.com and order from one of the reputable auto salvage yards on that list. They are listed from nearest to farthest, usually has mileage listed as well as item price.
- BBelen Cleanhomes
My car still at the mechanic who used them to order an engine and they were told over the phone it will only take 7 business days now is been 2 weeks I still don’t have a car! They never ship the engine and they want to keep $500 for doing nothing! Give me my money back this is a Scam company! Never buy from them!!
- BBilly Fuchs
Not a parts supplier, this is a call center scam operation in India. Promises free shipping, and says residential delivery is ok, then drags you along until the payment clears on their end… once cleared they hit you with $175 shipping fee, when you refuse to pay shipping because it was free, they offer to refund the money… minus a 30% restocking fee. Meanwhile, your money is long gone and there never was any car parts- they only sell promises here, and they don’t deliver anything but debt.
- AAlexandra (Mrs. Ale)
Beware! Not very trustworthy. Called, got an estimate in writing. Made the payment, and a few hours later, I receive a call from the manager saying that they have to import the engine from Japan and price just doubled. I told him to cancel the order because when I spoke to the seller he told me that the motor was in the US. The manager told me that IT WAS in the US, but the price doubled. Then later told me that I might as well should pay whatever they say because I wasn't going to find another engine. I told them to cancel the order. They haven't charged me. But I wouldn't do business with them again or recommend them to anyone.

BEWARE...I purchased a transmission from these scammers. It was supposed to have any 50000 miles on it. It was supposed to have been checked by THEIR mechanic and verified to be working. Lies...lies..lies. My transmission came from way up north New England states with 120000 miles on it, not 50000 according to what I was told and paid for. Transmission did not function, so I notified them, and that's when their GAMES began. Claiming their own mechanic checked and verified transmission was working. Lie #2...the transmission came from a salvage yard out of state unaffiliated with their company. They will give you the complete run around instead of honoring a possible problem. Frustrating experience, extremely frustrating. It took over a month to be refunded....Beware!
- EEldar Bar-Or
What a SCAM! buyers beware. This place is a used auto parts broker that have ZERO inventory. They will say whatever they need to sell you a and than broker it from an existing Salvage yard that sells the identical part with MUCH HIGHER MILES. Don't belive a word They are saying. Stay away as far as you can and only buy directly from a junk yard. Someone I know lost close to $5,000 on one transaction. Awful. Wish there was a ZERO star option. All the 5 star reviews here are bought reviews from fake accounts. Not sure how you guys still in business.

I just other a motor for my Nissan frontier 2004 and they charge me 1,500.00 $ well they send me a garbage , this engine is not in that condition that they was telling me they send me 1 picture of the engine , that was hard to see . Well the engine according what they say they check the engine and start. Well was no oil. This people are scam . They have no problem to take my money and send me thash they are a teif.
- AAK racer
Another rip off parts broker. They ARE NOT a salvage company. They are a call center in someplace like India. They will tell you anything you want to hear so they can get your money. Then they will buy the cheapest, highest mileage part to make a profit. People, stop falling for fancy web sites and just call your local auto salvage yard. Its not the 1970's anymore, most auto yards are very professional and will stand by what they sell.

I rarely submit less than ideal reviews but must share my experience and hope AllAutoParts2U indeed post it in fairness to other glaring experiences. I would not choose this merchant again due to severe customer service gaps, extensive delays in receiving my product and what appeared to me a slight bait and switch. Original order placed on the 7th of a month, promised by the rep they'd turn it around and ship quickly. After a week, I'm concern no charge to my card and no communication. After multiple attempts to reach out (via SMS, email) I have to call 3x the following week and finally not disconnected (after placed on repeat hold/transfers) on the 18th of the month. Told my original rep was out sick (no backup?) and my original order was defective. Inoperable vehicle sitting at mechanic awaiting part = not ideal. Offered another item at over $400 more vs. my original price as the alternative. Summary - I lose 10 days and given a significant higher price replacement. Price is revised due to my horrible experience but higher than my original purchase by $225. I choose this merchant due to competitive price but a week later, with swap out no longer remotely competitive. Told, it is verified and ready for shipment the next day. The item wasn't picked-up and shipped until 1st of the following month - recognize I originally started the process on the 7th of the previous month and finally received my item on 4th of the following month. Continually, told item is ready for shipment but never given ETA when it would be shipped - just wait for tracking end of everyday I placed a call or SMS/text and the next day and on and on... Disappointment, paying higher cost and spending hours on the phone trying to track down status, supervisor not recognizing frustration of a disable car at a mechanic for a month, obtain someone who isn't giving me the run around, or respond to my inquiries. I discourage this vendor/broker for replacement parts needs since this ordeal unless you have no urgency. The claim after repeatedly asking is HQ/located in Waco, TX but I am of the opinion (not fact-check - and photo via GoogleMaps of address in Waco doesn't appear like a major call-center or parts operation) the personnel/customer service are off-shore - it doesn't make a difference if the customer service is good & 100%, but this entire transaction was a cluster after placing the order (which was the best/only good part of the transaction). Rather transparency to allow the customer make optimal choice vs. giving misleading details (as I will explain in next paragraph). In future, use different retailer or contact local vendor for quicker delivery. My sales rep was ?Mike? and perhaps team lead was named ?Jordan?. I quote the original text sent to me via Mike (Image available) on the 7th "The Part is Coming from one of our Warehouse in Ohio. Maximum Time frame is 7-10 business days, but you can expect it sooner." You can confirm from my lengthy story the 7-10 business days estimate was false never met and as didn't receive the status of my original order until 11 days after it was placed on 18th after I kept contacting repeatedly and no responses. P.S. I could be performing improper forensic, but the 5* review by Nihal Hussain, seems to be the same person who submitted the Samuel David review.

Purchased a transmission for my sc400/Lexus but when I received the part I was sent the incorrect part. Contacted customer service multiple times for a resolution. No one seems to help. Spoke to supervisor after supervisor and yet still no resolution. Even after shower proof and all documentation requested I’ve yet to receive a resolution and or call back I’ve been promised:
