Bumper was okay, definitely not in the condition that was pictured on Car-parts.com. The reason I followed through with the bumper because it matched my vehicle. Missing a trim piece on passenger side fog light. Bumper was not in an AO condition.<br><br>The customer service was top notch. Quick and fast with response. Very pleasant to deal with.

I hate leaving bad reviews and want small businesses to succeed but my experience with AR1 was probably the worst customer experience of my life. I called them to order a part that I urgently needed. They said they weren't able to overnight it but could 2 day ship it. No problem. I waited 3 days to contact them by text and email and received no response so I gave them a call. Apparently the order was never processed due to a new employee not understanding their system (highly inconvenient but fine, I've been the new guy before) so they said they would 2 day ship it ASAP. 3 days later I call them to check on the order and am told that they sold the engine with the part still attached and no longer had it, information that would have been nice to receive at the beginning of this whole process. 10 days without transportation later, I find another used part in Colorado and get it 2 days later. Hopefully they streamline their ordering system and improve the communication between their employees who take and process orders so this doesn't happen to someone else. The refund process did go well and they were always friendly on the phone.

Bought a used for my jeep. Drove over from Seattle. Engine was ready to gonna pallet, payed, they loaded it in my truck. Motor was clean and was in excellent condition. Very professional removal. All hoses and wire were intact, nothing was cut.
