They mainly specialize in newer car parts, but the prices are very fair and the service is nice. I purchased many parts for my 2012 Ford mustang there. Been satisfied with the quality of service and part selection.

Horrible experience! Called and paid to have my part held. Drove 3.5 hours one way and got there for them to tell me that they couldn't find the part. I called the following week to see if they located the bumper. They said no. After I told him I was just checking and that I found one on ebay he then asks how much I paid? After I told him what I had paid for the bumper and shipping he puts me on hold then gets back on the phone and says he found me a bumper! This business is shady! I called to purchase a part. I told Oscar that I would be there in about 2 hours, and he said that they would have the parts pulled & ready before I arrived if I put down a deposit. I said ok. When I arrived Oscar told me that they were not able to pull the parts because they had orders from the weekend to still pull. I told Oscar that’s not what he told me over the phone, but when I told him I would cancel the order then he decides to have someone go right then pull the parts for me. You say that the payment did not go through until an hour before my arrival but that was your fault. It wasn’t until I arrived that you told me you had jobs to finish from the weekend.When I called at 9:43 that morning and you took my credit card number. You could have told me about the previous orders but you did not. There was no issue with my payment, I know because I contacted the credit card company & they said that there was only one attempt to process the charge and it was approved immediately

When they heard I was from out of town and trying to get my glass replaced right away they moved me to the front of the line and bubble wrapped my new piece of glass to protect it. 5 star service. Service: Part finding & extracting

I work with a lot of yards and this was the absolute worst service I have EVER had. I sent an email the day before (They are TIME STAMPED) I sent someone three and a half hours each direction to pick up the parts I asked for confirming that I would be sending someone out. Not only did they not have the parts available they sent me an email AFTER he ARRIVED to pick up the parts saying that they wouldn't be ready for pick up until 2 days later. When I finally was able to send someone a second time to go pick them they charged us a core deposit and did not offer any type of discount for causing us an additional 7 hours of labor! We had cores with us and they were told that both by email ahead of time and at the time my tech was picking up the items I ordered. I purchase HUNDREDS of these types of parts monthly and will absolutely not recommend this yard ever again. Additionally, I plan to tell all of my associates in this industry about my experience and urge them to use literally any of the other hundreds of yards available in Oregon and Washington.Service: Part finding & extracting

I recently purchased a Nissan Frontier and was looking for a few accessories. I checked out a couple of trucks they had in the yard. I inquired about some used fog lights I found. They wanted $65 a piece. I bought the exact same oem set on eBay for $40. So much for spending my money at a local business. Their loss, I had cash in hand.
