I recently visited Arizona Auto Parts in Phoenix and was really impressed by their selection and service. As soon as I walked in, I found a huge inventory of recycled parts for all kinds of vehicles, engines, transmissions, body panels, you name it. The staff took time to help me search for the right part, explained their warranty options, and treated me like they wanted to get me fixed up properly rather than rush a sale. The facility is organized, parts are clearly labeled, and the checkout process was smooth. Check them out online. Research the car part you need before going there. You will pay for it online, then pick the part up when they text or email you it's ready.. Really easy, simple process. The guys at the counter were very nice and helpful, they print out your paperwork for the part. You have to drive around the side of the office, stop at a gate, give the parts picker your invoice and he'll bring the part to you. That's it. Easy-breezy. Highly recommended using them for vehicle parts.
