AJ is cool, relaxed and reasonable. He really priced the parts well. I know I got a good deal on my Lexus parts. Everyone is nice and friendly. Today I experienced that dreaded thing of trying to purchase a car without the best of credit. When I walked into the dealership I was greeted with smiles a handshake and a feeling like they were rolling out the red carpet for little old me. The experience was phenomenal. Very nice folks at Horne. I went in after searching on the internet for a truck to buy because I saw a Tundra I liked. I met Ryan and he was a pleasure to work with, very friendly, knowledgable in the truck I purchased and made the vehicle buying process smooth and personal. Such a great experience. We met Jeff, the store manager, who is extremely knowledgeable about accessories for our side by side. He did not try and just sell accessory items to us, but instead, really listened to us and made great suggestions. We were stranded 25 miles from Kingman. We had been there since 3 am on a Saturday. I called him and he returned my called same day. He was the only mechanic that was able to help us. He usually doesn't open on saturdays. He understood the bind we were in. He said he will do the best to get us back on the road. He was able to get us the part we need. The fuel pump, and he tried to get us the best price. Thank you for calling us back and getting us back on the road same day. Many shops in the are were closed or weren't available until Tuesday.
