Tried calling to see if they were open on a holiday (Presidents’ Day) the man answering the phone said let me check and placed my on a 15 minute hold. I called back and got placed on hold 2 more times before he finally answered and said thank you for holding. Followed by a “if we pick up we’re open”. Asked if they had my car and answered no before I ever finished. 0/10 customer service

I bought a 2004 Corolla engine from here and once engine was installed it had no issues whatsoever and I running smooth and quiet thank y’all very much, everyone told me over $1500 for a used engine and this place gave me one already pulled for $750

Spoke with Tony on some seats for my Escalade. Confirmed all details and let me know condition and 5 hrs later, I arrived to pickup. Correct for the longer wheel base and got them installed. Great price too.

Had my part that no one else has, this includes auto parts stores/retail. Great customer service. Yes it's a junk yard and it's muddy, this is normal for most places. If your curious they do charge a reasonable 4% for card payments. Part works and is in good condition. I am just passing through travelling the country since October 2023. Side note: Yes it's true that they don't always know if they have the part(s) and you will be asked to pay for it upfront to see if they have it on the next day between 3:30-4:30 PM. Please plan accordingly. Just beware of traffic right now with construction. Times to get there and get to where your going could be much much longer.

It was cool. Arrived their and received my part in less then 15 min, by the way they where not that busy, but they were very nice and polite. I'm sure their are problems, just as I'm sure their are people with attitudes that shop their. Over all I would say call for the part ask for a picture to be text if possible and if patients is not your virtrue you can always go shop or pay full price somewhere else. As a shopper you have to do your due diligence and ask questions etc. !

DO NOT USE THEM! USE ALL IMPORT IN FORT WORTH AND GO THROUGH TONY! THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS I HAVE EVER SEEN! THEY ADVERTISED A WRONG BATTERY THAT THEY WONT REDUND AND I MADE A TRIP 4 HRS OVER THERE TO PICK IT UP! THEY HAVE REFUSED TO REFUND ME AND NOW I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING OR GO AND RETURN IT BEFORE I GET A REFUND! I AM OUT $2500 WITH MAINTENANCE FOR A BATTERY THE WRONG SIZE THAT WONT WORK AND I PAID $1028 FOR THE BATTERY ITSELF! THEY ADMITTED THEY ADVERTISED THE WRONG BATTER BECAUSE THE COMPANY THEY WENT THROUGH ADVERTISED IT WRONG AND THEY DONT CARE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN!

Waited a whole hour just for a jack. They told me it would be 20 minutes. 20 minutes turned to an hour. Only for them to tell me that they don't have a jack. The people inside were not friendly either. I will never return to this establishment again nor do I recommend them..... I feel like it was because the color of my skin..

Very busy, from 12-1 I had to wait a while due to them not having enough employees and just one guy in the back. I wanted to see the part and they took me to see it, very nice yard not like those other yards around town. Jay was very helpful!

I was given a bad check from this business when I sold my vehicle to them on 1/2/23. I contacted their bank today and I was told they had insufficient funds and could not cover this check. Waiting on the shop to call me back and feeling pretty unhappy with this transaction.

I visited this part store for a part for my car, and had a amazing experience. I couldn’t make it the day I intially called due to Austin traffic but David was so helpful and offered to hold it til the next day for me. That was so perfect for my timing situation. The next day I called the store to reconfirm the part was there and Steve/Juan confirmed it was. I arrived to the store and they had it waiting up front for me. Kindly gave me service for my purchase and even helped me buy a tire. Walked me outside and assisted me to put them in my car. Above and beyond service. I received a Excellent price within my budget for my part and kind service along with it I’m very impressed.

Do. Not. Waste. Your. Time. Here. They want payment before they even pull the part or have you see it. I came in 2 hours before close and they said it wouldn’t be pulled until the next day (why?). Tony was harassing a woman at the counter about her recent divorce while I was waiting (seriously dude?). The property and ‘office’ is an absolute dump with parts littered in piles everywhere. I would even give the half a star. Horrible service. Waited over 20 mins for a front door regulator to be told that the guy removed it and broke it. Then was told that they could get it in 3 hours and I called after almost 4 hours and still they did not have the part ready even though it was already paid for. Finally I received I call saying that guy forgot the part and it was going to be there in 20 mins..... Well.... Did I say Horrible service!!! I waited another 45 mins for the part. Skip this place unless you have all day to waist.

Don’t like how I was mislead into buying a part which I didn’t need take back with reciept and instead of a refund they gave me store credit but if I was told that when we discussed the return policy I would have never bought it

Do NOT shop here. Initially Tony was very helpful in finding a rare part and then ordering it, he was the person that sold me the part and he told me that if the part did not work, bring it back. The part was defective and did not work so I brought it back to Tony and that's when the true business culture came out. Tony asked for the original receipt, unfortunately I lost the receipt and could not produce it. I did produce a bank statement that indicated that I had purchased the part and as I stated, Tony ordered the part, took my money and was the one I tried to return the part to. So they knew who I was and not just some guy trying to bring a random part for money. To avoid giving me a refund Tony then said there was supposed to be a marking on the part to indicate the part came from them, but there was not. Tony was talking on the phone and admitted to the person he was talking to that he had not looked at the part to verify if there was a marking on the part. I believe I provided enough documentation to prove the part came from them and Tony was well aware of who I was. He spoke to some woman who said I could have store credit. Since they would honor their stated policy I took it to my financial institution for help. A representative from Austin Pick-A-Part lied and said that the part had a marking on it when I picked it up. So since it was their word against mine and I could not produce the original receipt I got stuck with a defective and useless part. I would not recommend doing business with these shady, and unethical liars! There is definitely a reason they are rated so poorly!!! Beware!!!

Ordered a suspension with the spinning axle for the wheel, after over three weeks of going back and forth with the workers for a refund I offered them to keep $125 of the $433 I paid just to get this over with. They refused and ordered the part, mind you THREE WEEKS after I paid for it, so finally I waited yet another week for the part to arrive and lo and behold it was missing the spinning axle. The owner offered me a refund or the suspension without the spinning axle for the full $433 I paid for the whole suspension! TL;DR Don't bother with this place unless you like waiting months for someone to offer you a refund or half your order!

I called to ask about parts for a roof rack on a 2002 Ford Escape. Never got far into my question because they hung up on me with "we don't carry bolts". I wasn't asking about bolts. Incredibly rude.

I was able to find one of a myriad of parts I was looking for. The selection wasn’t to great, at least for my truck. But the guys are honest and fair. The manager gave me a great deal on a wiring harness for my trailer light assembly - I ripped it out mudding. At Toyota - $168. At Pick-A-Part - $27. Works perfect. Check this place out!

Let me first say, I am in NO way a mechanic. Called this morning asking if they had a rear passenger spindle with rotor for a 2003. Honda crv AWD. The man was very polite even though he could hear my mechanic in the background telling me exactly what to say to him. 🤣 He says he does. Yay! I've been waiting for days and calling a bunch of places but no one seemed to have it for the AWD. I already got burned at 3 other parts places saying they had it, only to be disappointed when they only had it for front wd, even though I specified over the phone. 😡 Anyways, we drive the hour or so to get there and not only did they get the piece for me, the man at the counter even helped me out and had the other man load it up for me!!! The price was more than fair and I would have gladly paid them a little extra for everything they did if I could afford it. If I ever need a part again, I'm going there and only there!! Yall are Angels 😇😁Thank a bunch!! YALL ARE THE BEST!!

Great experience. I was looking for a hard to find sulev fuel tank for my bmw and they had the full assembly for a great price! i made several calls during the process and Tony (and Douglas) was very patient and helpful with each question I had. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for parts.

I liked coming here when they had self-service. Since then it hasn't been good. When I went there I seem to remember they were pretty much all on the phone and no one helping me. I waited too long so I left a note with my part request and I never got a call. I e-mailed them and never got a reply. Their online inventory isn't accurate. I called about a vehicle I saw online and they said it was crushed.
