    (This happened in 2021)(AVOID THEM AT ALL COST) I recently purchased a transmission from their local junkyard. And the transmission they provided me did not work. It didn’t have a reverse nor drive. I was very disappointed and wanted to have my refund (money for me was tight back then) but instead, they only offer credit. Next, they offer me another solution and said if I gave them an extra 200 bucks. They could have the transmission rebuilt by a professional. So what did I do? I handed them an extra 200 bucks. Assuming their professional can fix the solution and be on my way. I was wrong! they couldn’t fix the transmission on the third time to the point they just finally gave up. I was extremely disappointed that their professional couldn’t fix the problem. What was the point of asking for a rebuild if you can’t even fix it the third time? That’s embarrassing and big disapproval. The whole team is nothing but unprofessional. I remember calling on the second rebuild asking if the transmission is ready and all they said was “It’s ready but bring a 12-pack of beer” like seriously 200 bucks was enough for your greedy rear end? Well, anyways, two years have already passed by and I no longer have the truck, but this experience will never be forgotten of how much of a disappointment they are. I highly advise you to stay away from this company because they will rob your butt out of line.

    Like if you dont have the item, tell us before getting there, had to drive 50 minutes to get there and didnt get anything because it was ‘gone’. So unprofessional

    Called about fuel tank that showed in stock. Showed up and went out twice and couldn't find vehicle. Was told the crusher came last week. What's the point of having a phone if you can't communicate.

    Very good experience here. Everyone was very helpful and they bent over backwards to help me. I drove a thousand miles to get there and it was worth it.

    Don’t buy or come here called before I went up there to make sure they he had part they said yes we got 3 of them got there there was none worst experience ever don’t recommend no help at all

    Don’t go buy there I bought a transmission with them and it didn’t work and I took it back on warranty period and the guy keep the receipt and they didn’t have an other one by the time I have to be calling for 3 weeks and when they finally get one they said they can’t give to me cause of the receipt and he knows I show it to him when I went the first time for return Now they took the one they sold me and they keep 433 dollars that I pay I don’t care about the money I’m a business man too and I don’t like to take my costumers money like that

    No got any good feedback. Just a loss of 31*2=62 miles fuel cost. Not recommended at all. Poor experience

    I paid for some parts and they were promised to me the next day. When I tried to pick up they didn’t have them and only offered me credit. I feel scammed and I’m never coming here again. Steer away from this place. That’s not how you do business. I’m so mad.

    I drove 22 miles for parts they said they had , which turned out to be not there and they tried changing the prices from the first price they said.They were also not welcoming at all

    Keep your money and go elsewhere for your car/truck parts, They are Lie, rude, ... very unprofessional, They will not refund your money even if selling you wrong parts. Just DO NOT BUY from this yard. I don't know how they got some good reviews from other people. While I was there buying parts for my truck, there were 3 other people in the same situation, wrong parts and not getting refund from them. They will point to the receipt, it said "there is No Refund" on the receipt. Know the parts that you need and go somewhere else.

    I used these guys this past weekend. I am from out of town and needed a new wheel fast so that I could get back home. I saw online that Auto Parts House had the wheel I needed. I called to make sure and they said they could sell me the wheel, tire, and put it on for me. They had me on my way in an hour. Would definitely recommend.

    They like to Scam, I asked them before I got there, I saw that they had a 2015 malibu for parts on Facebook and I texted the guy, he said 70 for the radio and 60 each seat, 60 for plastic panels including the steering wheel and 30 for each door panel. I got there and they asked 120 for the radio and 150 for the plastics trims without the steering wheel so I told them the prices they said on the phone but they said that they couldn’t do that price because it was too cheap for them even tho we had already agreed on a price.

    Horrible customer service, went to buy a hyundai santa fe alternator I tried to explain to him I needed a 3.3 one and tried to tell him the details to the car, he said that is enough I am talking too much , he gave me 2.7 litre one anyway, trying to hope it fits and I am thinking I got the right one. I kept quiet despite his rude service coz I needed the part and thought the price was reasonable. It did not fit. When I came back he don't have the part and could only give me 75% of my money and got mad when I got angry with him. I drove 50 minutes twice you should say whether you have the right parts and if not accept your mistake and refund the money. Don't know how he is still in business. Not going back. Ithe is different if I pulled the part. The part was in Stock for the next 25%rip off. He probably will sell it to two more unsuspecting customers.

    Bought a Chevy Vortech engine from them, and they pulled the old "bait and switch" They had a truck that had just come in, and they let me listen to it run. Engine ran great, no noises, no smoke. I commented that even the oil filter looked new. Paid for the engine and was told to come back in a couple of hours to pick it up. Came back and got it, and noticed the same like-new filter, so was comfortable that I got the engine I paid for. took it to my Brother's house, 600 miles away and installed it, only to find out it had bad lifters, and ran like crap. After looking more closely at the engine, I realized that it was not the engine I purchased. Called them, end they assured me that it was the engine I paid for, and that I must have done something wrong. What can you do during an engine swap to make the lifters go bad? Nothing!! Crooks and con artists, all of them. STAY AWAY!!

    Called ahead for a transmission on an F150. Guy said they had it and it was already pulled from the vehicle. I was in a time crunch so that was good news. When I arrived Jerry Springer was on the TV, loud. They acted like I hadn't called them at all. Refused to help me look up the transmission type to confirm if they even had the part. When I finally got the part number from the dealer I was told it wasn't pulled after all and he acted like he was inconvenienced that I was even there. Sorry way to treat someone with 500 dollars in hand to spend. Don't go here.

    I drove all the way from balch springs tfor a transmission for my expedition last week only for it to be the wrong year. When I called and returned for an exchange they didn't have it on site and i was asked to return the following day. So 40 miles round trip ive made twice for no reason an still have to do it once more. Update. It's Sunday now and this guy hasn't made any progress on finding me the part ive already paid for. 400 no transmission and they won't refund my money. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Trash service ran by trash people who feel like you inconvenience them by coming to their shop and asking them to do anything besides sit there

    I work for a company. A company vehicle needed a motor. Auto parts house said and sold me a motor that was "ran and tested" which was complete b.s. Motor had no compression AT ALL as soon as it was even installed which was literally next day and tried starting. Drained the brand new oil I put in and it had some milky oil meaning the head gaskets had been blown before. Called immediately for a warranty or a refund. No refund only store credit. Who wants to let $1000 sit somewhere? I can understand $100 maybe but $1000? Waited PATIENTLY for another motor to be found and each week it was always "well we are still looking In the auction for a motor". After about a month and a half my boss (owner of company) told them at this point we'll need a refund or we'll have to take this to court. Well, because of that comment they "stopped looking for a replacement motor". It's been 2 and 1/2 months now and tried not take things the legal way yet they still won't refund anything. They offer Store credit and continue looking for a replacement motor. Why continue? So they can take another 2-3-4 months and each week being told "well we still looking for a motor". AVOID THIS PLACE. Better to go to LKQ than to deal with this type of "service and warranty" they provide. Update (11/25/2019) Auto parts house still hasn't warrantied or replaced the motor that I purchased almost 6 months ago that was defective. Still refuses to give a refund. Still gives a run around as to why "can't find a motor". Been calling every week. NEVER in 10 years of dealing with junkyards have I dealt with this type of service. Update (3/6/2020) Been arguing and fighting for a refund or a replacement motor THAT WAS NOT WARRANTIED. Gave me the run around, lies, excuses for months. At this point lost $1000 or should say was stolen from me. Will never be doing business again with them obviously. AVOID THIS PLACE so what happened to me doesnt happen to you.

    This place has the worst service I have ever seen. They are rude, their parts never work and they won’t exchange it for another one even though they guarantee you 60days. I paid $800 for the engine but I haven’t gotten nothing back till now. Steer clear away from them. They rip you off your money!

    TERRIBLE BUSINESS!! I ordered a transmission from them and not only did they send the wrong one, they charged me for the right one (300 dollar difference), and they REFUSE to make it right unless I ship it back on my own dime. I literally have to choose between keeping a roof over my kids' heads or paying for their mistake. They gave me the runaround for 2 weeks and refuse to let me talk to the manager.

    I would advise customers not to call this junkyard or even go there to look for parts.They are liars and have no consciences.They would sell you the wrong parts without allowing you to see it beforehand with the pretext of giving you a free delivery service.They often try to take advantage of their so-socalled "No Refund,Only exchange" Policy to rip customers off.I know Karma would catch up to them one day..👏🏿

    Called about a part, they said they had it and to come get it. The part wasn't ready but they pulled it quickly . A little high on the price but they negotiated to a fair price. The guy at the counter was so nice and friendly.

    Great service! I needed a new transmission for my Nissan Altima and Antonio Sanchez got the part we needed. It was a very smooth and easy process. I highly recommend this business and the service from Antonio was great!

    They are the worst human beings alive , I bought a radio from them that was supposedly working but it wasn’t. I went to return the radio and I would not give me a refund and they took the radio and would not give me the radio or the money . I wouldn’t want anybody to get ripped off like I did and I would steer clear away from them If I were you
