Do not buy a warranty through this place! We bought the top warranty from this place and they have done nothing but look for an excuse not to honor it! I’m just glad my mechanic kept up with everything, pictures, and etc. now I turn it over to a lawyer! Sad that they do people that way! They were quick to sell something but not so quick to stand behind it!!!!

Was told that they had a part for my vehicle one day and said come back tomorrow and they would have it pulled and ready me the next day, Pre paid for part. The next day I came in waited over an hour for the part just for them to tell me they didn’t have the part I needed nothing even similar to what they said they had. I was also cussed at and yelled at because it was somehow my fault for the wait time and them not having the part I needed. Stay away, lazy and very helpful customer service and employees.

Ordered a mirror to fix my Honda Civic and they sent me a mirror for a Cadillac SRX. After telling them what had happened they wanted to then charge me 200$ for the mirror that I originally thought I had already purchased for 85$? Not sure if they were trying to pull and fast one on me but I’m not going to fall for a 115$ upcharge on something that I was under the impression I had already purchased for 85$.

Grimes Truck & Auto Parts is a large facility with a huge inventory. That said they really deal in wholesale with commercial companies and don't do much to cater to retail customers. I went there looking for a replacement radio/nav for my car. They had two cars on the lot that had the radio. However, they do not strip the interior and electronics from their cars and warehouse them as some other lots do. Instead they leave them in the chopped up cars, exposed to the elements. Both cars had the part but they were not usable as the sun and rain ruined the parts. The most disappointing aspect is the radio was listed on car parts website and their site as good condition which is why we went there.

Had hard to find parts. Austin was super knowledgeable and friendly. First class customer service.

Called them based on stock listed on their website and 3rd party sites. Stayed on hold for a LONG time twice to finally talk to someone. They said the engine I needed was not in stock. I informed them that it is listed in stock on both their site and 3rd party websites.They blamed things on the pandemic. I understand if someone doesn't have stock, but listing that you do have stock when you don't is an internal issue. I hope they get it resolved because they wasted my time and really didn't seem to care at all.

Terrible customer service - rep ended up saying "the part was unavailable" after being assured it would be pulled within a few hours. Look elsewhere if you can help it

Make sure you call a week in advance for your parts then get a tent ready to camp out while you wait for them to get it.

Good company to do business with I especially like working with Rodger he has taken care of me for years now and when something has gone wrong he has always fixed it!

They pretend they are busy , but they are not. Website says they got part, but when u go there they said no we don’t 😡
