Had a few problems with a couple of the gals that work for at this AUTO ZONE seems like they are in need of some more training. But sometimes it happens i just happened to be in a hurry that particular day and didn't really want to be going back and forth to the parts store to exchange things..but I did and they did so it all worked out.

Worst place to buy parts. Reps have know idea about even minor car repairs. Bad service

They are polite, no doubt! They could be a little more helpful...Example:I asked for some rear lights for my car. I read him the year make and model of my car, and he gave me the item number I needed. I grabbed the lights. AS I go to place them in (ugh!!!) They're the wrong size/number, they were just the WRONG lights. I had even asked home more then once.

Nothing against the store or staff. I can just never find what I'm looking for when I need something.

John the manager was beyond rude. I will never go to this store again. I find it hard to believe that a manager of any caliber would act like he did. This is a small town with plenty of options for auto parts, i will be going to O'Reillys and Napa. Corporate will be receiving a complaint, which John stated he wasnt scared of.
