I feel completely misled and disappointed. I placed an order for an engine from a 2022 Subaru Impreza (Order #: W11-6664-9424), which was supposed to have only 18,392 miles on it, according to the Carfax report. When I picked up the order, I later discovered they gave me a completely different engine—from a 2020 Impreza with 121,864 miles. That’s a huge difference and not even close to what I paid for. What’s worse is that the original engine I ordered is still listed as available on their website. I feel cheated and let down by this experience. Be very careful doing business here—double-check everything and don’t assume you’ll get what you actually paid for.

Was told on the phone they had a transmission on the shelf ready to go out the door for my vehicle I show up get charged right away then get told I have to wait until the next day in order to get it then I come back next day and they broke it an now have to order one so I get told it will be here on 3 days it’s been 3 days now I get told it will be here in 3 more days… the point is they were quick to charge me for a part that wasn’t even actually on there shelf.. now I’m out waiting over a week for something i could’ve got somewhere else immediately like they stated I could’ve here at B&R an to top it off the only option I got was to cancel the order and get charged a %20 restocking fee. Definitely never buying something from these guys again…

Highly recommend this yard,stopped by for a few parts for a Silverado of mine,Hugo helped me out with direction in finding what I needed ,had the parts in the yard,great people down there.
