We had engine trouble on the freeway and called B&R. They said it would take them one and a half hour to get to us because they had to finish another job first. About half an hour later, we got a call back from Steven in the office, who said the other job was taking their driver longer than expected, so Steven would come and tow our vehicle himself. He showed up in another half hour or so. Not only did Steven volunteer to drive a tow truck on a day he wasn't meant to, he actually ended up coming earlier than the initial estimate we were given.
