    Good luck getting in touch with them. They don’t answer the phone. It’s just constantly on hold. You could call throughout the day and you cannot get nobody on the phone. Don’t know how customers are supposed to just take time out of their day and drive up there not knowing if the parts available shame on them

    Hire a receptionist!!! Customers call and your automated system leaves people on hold forever! Someone picks up then puts you back on hold forever again. That is not professional and just poor service. How would you like to be put on hold for 30-45 minutes not once but twice?

    Called them looking for a transmission and told him it needed to be for the exact model of the car, I even asked for a photo of the transmission and he said there was no need because they “wouldn’t make the rookie mistake”. After like a hour drive with toll I got to a crowded reception, they made me pay first then I got to look at the part I was buying. Which took like 30 minutes wait and was of course wrong after I tried to make sure this wouldn’t happen. They gave me a manual transmission and I needed automatic, they told me they had one. Made me wait another 20 or 30 minutes and was totally different in the wrong year. (2013 i needed 2010) After all that all they could do for me was a refund and send me away. I do not recommended this place at all as they are very unorganized.

    Sometimes I drive all the way from Tampa to B & T Auto Parts because of the Quality of the parts and the Courtesy of the staff. Never had a problem. They have good stuff that they guarantee

    I made the worst mistake of purchasing a tailgate to B&T. Pictures provided online and via email are false advertisement. When the tailgate arrived was completely damaged from prior accident. I marked just some damages that where never mention to us. The tailgate is unable to be fixed or even used. We have called numerous times and we get put on hold; and then hung up. We have a personal phone number to one of the sales rep and we called and texted and no answer as well. We have emailed them and no response as to a solution. Do not purchase from this company they are very unprofessional, unreliable; I would not recommend them at all.

    Gabriel was very helpful and pleasant to deal with on my phone order. He also verified correct part and condition before shipping. Then to top it all off, he sent tracking information.     It was a pleasure doing business with B&T Used Auto Parts. Since I did not live in Orlando , I worked with Juan over the phone and via text. Juan texted a picture of the wheel rim that I purchased and shipped it to me. So , I was relying on him to ship what I saw in the picture. He did and it was exactly what he said I was purchasing. Accordingly , if I have the need for used auto parts in the future , I will definitely contact B&T and only work with Juan !!

    How about answering the phone. 3 days calling and immediately put on hold for 15 mins each time with no answer… don’t waste your time with them

    So it's Monday 9:15 in the morning.I tried to call them.And was immediately put on hold.Not even greeted after 13 minutes.I hung up, I decided to call back because the ball was Went to this place for parts.And it was on old winter garden road.So it was close to my home after calling and waiting 13 minutes.I decided to call back at nine thirty only to be greeted with the same answering machine that left me on hold for another ten minutes. Customer service. It's at it's worst. No one should be on hold for 15 minute back-to-back. I never did get through on the phone with anyone. I'm way out in Stanford. This would be almost an hour drive to Come There to See If They Have the Part. All they have to do is pick up the phone and let me know they have the part or not.. I guess I'm just frustrated because I really needed them to pick up the phone and yet they don't.Perhaps they have so much in store business that they just don't need to pick up the phone.Perhaps they don't have enough people working there to even pick up the phone. Nonetheless, very disappointed that they could not even help me today.They didn't have the part I would understand but to not pick up the phone I don't understand

    Purchased $ 950 transmission the mechanic came look it, never try it, when taken out from the back of my car, transmission was damaged. Yes it was inside my 60 days fake warranty they didn’t take accountability for selling me wrong and broken transmission. They sold a me broken Vanza transmission for a Toyota Highlander transmission l purchase on April 22, 2024 and return it on May 7, 2024 they didn't give me money back and the fake warranty was on 4/22/2024 to 6/22/2024. " junior esparis" will lie to make money out of you ,he's a fake seller, he's rude, has no customers service skills, I asked for junior for money, he said that "I'm trespassing he will call police on me to leave the store. They don't do refunds nor exchanges but when they're taken your money one of them will tell you they do. I believe they pay to put good comments for them. Terrible place don't go there

    Very professional team even in my madness! My mind wasn't comprehending 3 rims at $50 each came to $159+. Mind you, they have a sign that says, "we don't charge you tax, we just collect it." The guy said very politely, didn't you just tell me you like the sign and we had a conversation about the tax. I understood that but I was computing the rims at $25 each so I was totally discombobulated. He was very kind and patient until I figured it out and the entire team had a good laugh with me. They're very kind and made it super easy getting what I need because they actually have their inventory listed in the computer and I didn't have to go on a scavenger hunt to find what I needed. It was a 50 min drive and I'll definitely go back. Wish they would open on Saturdays but I understand they need a wknd too. 😀 Customer service/Service period is always, always #1 with me. I write about good experiences and bad experiences.

    Purchased $1600 transmission the mechanic got backed up never took out the plastic when taken out of the plastic it was damaged. Yes it was past 60 days they provide they didn’t take accountability for selling me a broken transmission.     Juan was really helpful throughout the whole process, I bought a used engine and he gave me the best price I could find in both Tampa and Orlando. Really good communication. He should me the engine before they pulled it from the car.

    The service is horrible, I ordered a condenser fan and the radiator fan and was told it would be pulled for pick up on arrival however when I got there it was not pulled. The time was just after 1pm on 2/25/2022 when I got there, the sales rep told me to wait unlit 4pm he would have it because the parts pullers were busy working on orders that were ahead of mine. I returned at 3:50pm and was told that its coming out now but it wasn't told to until 4:45pm I was told they only had one and not both. The owner of this company is paying guys who sit at the counter and have casual conversations instead of answering the phone also instead of taking a few orders at a time and go into the yard and verify that the parts are there and inform the customer of the status of their order they don't. Based on the prices this company has the potential to grow but the staff needs training or replacing.

    Worst customer service, they always keep you on hold for a very long time and then they don't have the part. When you go there , you see them just talking to each other .

    Horribly run auto salvage location. Pre purchased a part that they showed in inventory. Was given a return time of 2 to 2.5 hours. Waited two and a half hours and returned to be told the part had not been pulled yet. Waited an additional 40 minutes at the location to be told the part was unavailable. This is something that could have been communicated much earlier, allowing me to source it elsewhere and not waste precious hours of my day. Uncaring attitude from the staff with the exception of the person who processed my refund who did attempt to locate the part from a different location in the area.

    Are they out of business? I've called 4 times this morning and the calls just get put on hold by their phone system and that's where you will stay till the end of times... or at least until you hang up and call a different company instead!

    I was surprised to see the inventory that they have. They have provided us with nothing but excellent service. Guided us through the inventory showed us many different options and we’re very friendly the entire time. Highly recommend you swing by if you’re looking for used car parts.

    Got a part from these people and they act like they have a 30 day return guarantee. I returned the item(A/C Compressor pump) in 15 minutes after realizing that I no longer needed the item and you guessed it...they refused to take it back despite selling it to me just 15 minutes earlier. For that reason, I do NOT recommend this to anyone.

    First, I called far a particular part and was told it is available. Told the person I spoke to that I was on my way to purchase it. Got there and told one Gentleman that I was there for said part, he again checked his computer and said yes it is available. He then took my tax ID certificate and proceed to collect payment. I told him to let me see the part first and then I would pay. I waited for at least one full hour before he came back to tell me he does not have the part. While patiently waiting I asked another Gentleman at the counter if he know if they are pulling the part. He was very abrupt in asking me "Did I take your order, I don't know anything about your order.". Very unprofessional. I drove 45 minutes both ways for absolutely nothing.

    Went in looking for a rim, they went and said they had the same one I needed but said I needed to come back the next day to pick it up because they had too many orders. Went 3 days later to pick it up, didn’t even have it ready, had to go look for it for 20min and they brought the wrong one. So the guy came out to look at my rims and he took a picture of my rim and said “I have it 100% don’t worry it’ll be ready for pick up tomorrow” my friend goes in to pick it up for me and says “oh I was waiting for your friend to come in to say that we don’t have it” so he couldn’t have just called me and told me that. He expected me to go drive 45+ minutes to tell me he doesn’t have it after he assured me he did. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
