The service is horrible, I ordered a condenser fan and the radiator fan and was told it would be pulled for pick up on arrival however when I got there it was not pulled.The time was just after 1pm on 2/25/2022 when I got there, the sales rep told me to wait unlit 4pm he would have it because the parts pullers were busy working on orders that were ahead of mine. I returned at 3:50pm and was told that its coming out now but it wasn't told to until 4:45pm I was told they only had one and not both.The owner of this company is paying guys who sit at the counter and have casual conversations instead of answering the phone also instead of taking a few orders at a time and go into the yard and verify that the parts are there and inform the customer of the status of their order they don't.Based on the prices this company has the potential to grow but the staff needs training or replacing.

I should have paid attention to the reviews, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID these people unless you enjoy bad customer service. This is really COVERIDGE CORPORATION using "B&T" as a Fictitious Name. Spoke with who I believe is owner Christian Ramos (or some other employee) who had the audacity to claim I was trying to "F him." Unprofessional and beyond rude. This, after they send me a garbage engine that couldn't be used due to a bad piston. Engine was worthless and they knew it. Why else would they leave it out in the rain, unprotected with no spark plugs open to the elements for over 3-weeks?! If they genuinely believed this engine was good to begin with, they would never have treated it like the scrap metal that it is. Hucksters are trying every trick in the book to evade accountability... find a provider with decent reviews and better reputation than these. Will likely end up in court to resolve.

Not what I expected at all. I'm used to going to Pull-N-Pay Orlando, but I just needed a simple, easy to get to 1-wire Horn Connector for a 2005 Honda Civic. Essentially every Honda civic, accord, etc, have the same style, simple, 1-Wire round plug/connector. It's one of the easiest parts to access, especially when the bumper cover/fascia is already removed from vehicle. Literally would have had to cut ONE wire and unplug it from the horn. So aside from requiring some dikes/wire cutters, I could have grabbed it myself. B & T Used Auto Parts, which upon arrival, just said my boss won't sell you a Connector. It's a one wire connector... if a vehicle is already totaled with front end damage, I would almost guarantee that the headlight assembly and connectors, AC Receiver/Drier connector, etc would be broken already on the left engine wiring harness branch. So, why not sell the single wire horn connector that's at the end of the left branch, at the very end. A lot of Honda's have two horns, you could just as easily just cut one out of circuit, because they share the exact same wire, literally. Snip one, leave other, Done deal. This is why I don't do local salvage yard or used parts. I'll drive all the way to Jet Stream Drive, for one ridiculous connector and grab 1000s other little plastic clips, zip ties, etc, while I'm there.Edit: Added a few stars since the business owner took the time to respond to my negative review and wished me luck on getting the connector. I may have had the wrong expectations, as stated. I will leave my original review so that others can make an informed decision about whether or not they may have the wrong idea or mistake the type of business interaction expected.

As an out of state buyer I am often skeptical especially when purchasing used parts. These guys stood behind their parts and corrected issues in a mutually beneficial way. A++ great business highly recommended.

The prices are too high for used car part and staff should never tell a customer go to carpart.com or pull and pay. Its a business if your there here for orlando customers, you should do anything for Orlando people to be the number one used part store .Times are hard an not everyone get a new car
