Needed a pair of front bucket seats to replace the torn up ones in my Audi. I did an online search and found that Benzeen had them in the right color. I called up and spoke to Cody to find out their condition and he was very helpful and courteous. We worked out a deal for the seats and a couple other items and I was assured I would be informed of any damage and given an opportunity to cancel before the everything was shipped out to me in Phoenix. The seats arrived in great condition and I’m very pleased with the overall experience. I would say the seats could have been packaged a little better, with maybe some bubble wrap to protect them, but they arrived unharmed. Highly recommend.

Purchased a bumper from them for my father in law. Sent them what I thought was the paint code. Turned out to be the wrong code. They should have known it was wrong but they sent me the wrong color of bumper instead. Bumper was also not in the condition they advertised. Father in law passed away before we could get the bumper installed. Once I toon it down to get installed I realized the bumper was the wrong color. They admitted they looked at the wrong code on the vin plate and didn't realize there mistake. How can a junkyard not know what a paint code is. They promised to send me back some money but stalled until I could no longer get help from eBay. Still no money in my hand after almost 3 months. Very unprofessional and zero accountability.

An engine was purchased with a 12 month warranty and failed before 12 months elapsed. Benzeen was notified immediately and was sent documents and photos to demonstrate the problem with the engine. Benzeen refuses to honor the warranty and refuses to provide paperwork that buyer requested.
