I see people giving this place bad reviews so wanna make sure I give my story. I made an offer on a part. The offer was accepted quickly. Purchased the part. Then was called today and informed that the part was damaged and was immediately refunded my money. They acted quickly and was super nice about everything.

Worst customer service. You have to follow up with every single step. If you are in rush with your parts buy from them other wise you need a week or two to finalize you order and be shipped. With the price reasonable price. But as I said I called more than 10 times to get my order until shipped out. I don’t think I’ll make this mistake again

They will provide you the best service so you can buy. Tell you the item is in great conditions with maybe a tiny scratch. Drove an hour got a bumper and then only noticed how damaged it was with dents and scratches when I brought it back also had broken tabs. Called them, they transferred me many times to my seller and he wouldn’t answer for like 3-4 calls. Finally he answered. Told him about the issue he said restocking fee 20% or we can work it out. I didn’t want to drive all the way back so we made a deal on a partial refund. He said it will take two days to refund but it’s been almost two weeks and still no partial refund. Tried calling and leaving a message to call back but never got a call back. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Please don't waste your time buying here! I bought a hood a month ago and they sent me a message saying that the hood was damaged and could not be delivered, I asked for a refund and to this day they have not refunded me! I drove for 1 hour to get my money and they do not want to give it back because they said that there is no one to sign the check!

7/15/2024 The company finally reached out to me, and made a resolution that was adequate for the trials and tribulations I had to deal with. I appreciate the effort. ***Update*** I have left Sam multiple emails and he finally responded after resending the same one three times, finally got a response with the phone number I called it. Nobody answered, I text messaged no response. I even Facebook messaged him and did not get a hold of him or his co-owner partner or brother? When a business response/replies they should have a good follow through, not this place, it’s just a tactic to get people to think the reviewer is lying. Looks like I’m at the point of contacting my credit card company. A few months ago I setup a delivery to replace my 2005 2500 dodge ram rear axle and the leaf springs, I provided all the information to get a proper replacement on the rear end which was 3.73 with limited slip/ posi traction. When the parts were delivered I received one leaf spring ( should have gotten two). I called back and had to pay another 75 dollars for the leaf spring and would not deliver for free. The following Saturday I installed the rear end in the truck and changed the fluid, I noticed it was an open differential. No one was in the office when I called because it was the weekend. Monday morning can around and I was informed they would pickup the rear end and drop off a replacement. The day they were gonna deliver it changed then I was advised the following day the axle/ rear end was bent. I was told they would not provide me a refund or partial refund because “that was the best price” and some other stuff. Not the customer service I am proud of and just disappointed with the salesman.

A great place that charges a reasonable amount of money for parts. Things are great and customer service is awesome! Everything is working, instead of the expensive shipping charge (says free shipping on the website but I still got charged for shipping). Besides that, I am a happy customer. Will return if I need some parts in the future!

10 stars plus!!!! I was looking for a new door for my dad's truck and couldn't find one anywhere in Washington state and I was fortunate enough to get in touch with Ahmed. First off Ahmed is the man! He went up and beyond expectations to help an out of state customer. The customer service was absolutely excellent. If it wasn't for Ahmed's help I'd still be out of a door. Shipping was very fast and the item was just as described. I can't thank him enough he saved me thousands of dollars in repairs that I didn't have. Honest and trustworthy customer service. Well I was skeptical at first with buying a used engine , I have a 2012 Range Rover HSE and I was Looking to replace the engine cause the vehicle had a blown head gasket. I called several places and just didn’t feel comfortable or confident with the person who answered the phone. Finally I called this Dismantler cause a friend referred me to them and said there very reputable so I called and spoke to A gentleman named Samson and he said he had a Engine but would call me back the next day after they perform a leak down test on the engine to make sure it was a good engine. He called me back the following day and assured me that the engine passed the test and was a good engine. So I took the gamble cause I felt comfortable with the way he conducted his self and was very confident. 2 weeks later we installed the engine and today we finally fired it up and it runs like a dream no issues and no engine lights whatsoever drove it all day and no issues . I would highly recommend this place for parts or engines there Honest and stand by what they say and there reps are very knowledgeable and respectful. Thanks again for the good product and service we will be using you again and sending you business in the future, thanks to Samson and his team at Benzene Auto Dismantler !!! 10 Stars

They sold a faulty engine, did not have a replacement. This meant I had to find another engine for our customer, and in the back and forth we had to wait over 1 week for them. Fast forward I bought another engine, and it has been over 1 month without them reimbursing our company for a defective part! Beware these tactics usually mean the company has cash flow issues. So they got 2500 of our money, I had to shell out another 2500 to someone else all the while it is now December and this debacle happened in November! Shame on Benzeen

Worst customer service. They don't return calls or emails. They sent me a bad transmission. They claim they have a hassle free 1 year warranty. They definitely do not. They told me I need to file a warranty claim. Now they are saying it's a return not a warranty issue. They are trying to do whatever they can to get away with not giving me a refund for a bad product. I guess I'm going to have to call my credit card company to get this disputed. Do not order parts from this company. They do not honor their warranty.

Do not buy from this company. They are dishonest and make fraudulent sales. I bought a transmission they said was cleaned and in working condition. It was not. There were metal chips and oil on the inside, it was seized up and had metal chips in the crankcase. They claim to have a 1 year hassle-free warranty but they will not refund me. They do not honor the warranty.

I highly recommend!! Ok Sometimes as a woman looking for car parts that you don’t know or even know what they look like can be difficult. But not at BENZEENs! The sales Rep. that helped me was CODY & He was awesome, courteous, knowledgeable and very patient with me!! He even took my call and text after hours because I had a dilemma with getting the part to the shop on time! This will be where I get all my Kia Cadenza parts from now on… plus as an extra bonus the prices are right way cheaper then most but better quality parts!! I promise you they will have the part & if they don’t they will get it for less!!

Got a part from this place on 10/4/2024. I called multiple times and spoke to a guy(Ricky) who was supposed to call me back, I was trying to expedite the part which they said was possible, even got Ricky’s number and texted to no avail. Called again Monday and Tuesday to try and pay a difference to expedite the part. They said 5-7 days initially, part won’t arrive now until 10/15/2024, making me miss a multimillion dollar listing appointment. I haven’t gotten the part and I hope it works but if you value communication and timely business, stay far away from this place. I even left a voicemails yesterday only to wake up to a tracking number for next week. This place is horrible.

worst experience ever. August 16th I called and placed an order for a rear bumper and a tailgate; every thing was smooth, and we finished the order in less than 10 minutes call. The shipping was fast; it took as they said three days from their location to Denver Colorado. When I received the parts, the tailgate was without spoiler, which is part of it, and the bumper was without harness. When I called the representative did want to help, and he said I had to call the person who finished the transaction; that person never answered. The problem is the spoil is not a separate part, and every junk I called sell it with the tailgate, so l had to use my old one even though it was cracked. For the harness, similar situation with the junk yards; and when I called the multiple dealers, they said it is backordered. The problem is for the harness, if they unplugged it and wanted to sell it, that is fine; however the lazy person who took off the bumper was lazy enough to unplug one wire, and he cutted five wires. By the way, when I called, I stated that I wanted a complete parts and the bumper has to include the harness. One last thing, they said it has one year warrant, yet they didn't honor it and at least answered my inquiry. Until today Sep 28th, the car is still not ready because of their poor service .

Needed a muffler, the OEM had discontinued the parts and there were no aftermarket options available. Benzeen had one on hand. Hayk was a pleasure to deal with, extremely helpful and courteous. We ran into an issue with shipping due to the size of the muffler/pipe assembly but he found another option and got it delivered as promised. The muffler was in excellent shape and worked perfectly. Certainly will consider them again in the future.

I ordered a Rav4 cowl panel through Karlen1. He asked me for the part number and I gave him exactly what the part number was. I also asked him for the condition of this used part if it was in a good condition. He told me it is in good condition between 9 and 10 (excellent condition). When the part arrived, it got some damage. All the plastic clips under the pannel were gone, and some other area also got damage. Therefore, the part number I gave him was the completed part, and one of the attachment under the panel was missing. I called and talked with him on the phone about this problem and he refused to solve this issue. This is a junk yard and their products are garbage. I do not recommend this place to any customers period!

Upon my recent accident I needed to source a driver fender for my 2004 Lexus LS430. Now these vehicles were innovation before it’s time so needless to say these are still either owned by their first owners or very rarely have reached the junk yard; & just my luck Benzeen Auto came to the rescue. I seen they had the part I was looking for on eBay and within my colour too, so I was trying to get the best offer. I decided since I’m in Florida and they are in California it’s a 3 hour gap so might as well give them a call. A sales representative by the name of Hayk helped me throughout my process. He was very transparent throughout the whole transaction, from detailed photos to assuring my interest in the part. Not only that but he also gave me a deal I only imagined in my head so when opportunity struck we both came out winning. I got my fender and Hayk got the sale. Shipping took about 5-7 business days and packaging was superb. To summarize my experience with Benzeen Auto, it was accommodating and reassuring. Will sure do business again in the future.

Unfortunately my part came broken , most likely it was damaged in transit . This is very bad for me. But the guys work well, they quickly placed the order, made a discount. On the return: everything was quickly sorted out and refunded within 2 days.
