    I have a 2003 Cadillac and I need a part for my car I have called easily 30 phone numbers and I have to say most of them were less than cordial. I've been feeling like customer service is a thing of the past until... I called Big 3 auto parts when I say he went above and beyond that is putting it mildly I have to say he restored my faith in humanity and though he didn't have my car part he gave me hope and numbers of people in this business that may have my part ... Wow ... What a guy I can only assume the business I owned and ran by like minded people. I can't wait to have another car issue because I kn who I'm going to call BIG 3 AUTO PARTS . To the man who took my call thank you from the bottom of my heart ... Your doing an amazing job I appreciate you and your customer service. Give this man a raise!!!!

    The guy that answers the phone has a bruised ego and rude as hell. No one needs a damn lecture about what you know and what you don't know just shut the hell up and help someone learn how to treat customers ridiculous Seriously get out of the business and have somebody else do it

    The man seems honest and that goes a long way with me. But he's not the friendliest of people. That's also fine. But often the prices are significantly more than Pick n Pull. Understanding that the man has to earn a living, I understand, but I too have a paycheck to stretch.

    I needed a taillight for my work truck to pass inspection. When I called them they said the had 2, but they actually had 4 or 5 trucks like mine. They sent a guy with me who was very helpful I just can't remember his name. They charged me $40 which I was very happy with since I couldn't find another taillight anywhere else. The guys in the office were far from being polite and had no customer service experience. That's why I gave them a couple stars. If you need a part like I did you can't be to choosy, otherwise I wouldn't go here.

    I've serched all over for a drive shaft for my 1990 chevy van Big 3 had it and the price was awsome, sence im retired on a fixed income. I really appreciate them. Oh the guise were very helpful.

    Employees are amazing. My window I bought fits perfect. The were quick to pull the part n have it ready for me to pick up. And kept me updated. Will definitely buy from the again. Thanks guys

    I think it honestly depends who your talk to. First guy hung up on me. He didn’t tell me what I should look for so we could get the right part. Second time I called the guy asked me a bunch of questions and we were able to get the exact part I needed. Overall, the guys are great. I was in and out.

    I needed a tire and steel wheel and they had the best price around. Not only that but the tire was in great condition. Will definitely be my first choice if I need auto parts. The men inside were extremely helpful as well and answered any questions my boyfriend and I had.

    Needed a wheel hub for my f 250, explained that it was a 2002,4x, auto locking hub and system. After taking the hub off my truck I realized they gave me the one with no abs. Price was about the same as a new one would have been , actually a little higher than a new one. That was the bad, the good is that they are very good at tracking down parts for you in a short time. They also did a return for the hub with no fuss. Wrote me a check even though I paid cash but oh well.

    They never have parts for vehicles I call about and the man is kind of cranky on the phone. Acts like it's somehow my fault for needing auto parts and also that I should have a man call up there so he doesn't have to deal with a female. Btw Sir, I know far more about my vehicles than most men know about theirs.

    have dealt with them a few times over the years. a little overpriced and usually the guys working there act like they don't have time for you. On the plus side, they usually have what you need and I've never had a problem after installing a part from here.

    These guys are awsome. ....wasn't 100% sure they had the right part...so they put me in thier pick up truck and took me to the donor vehicle to let me see for my self ...they had the part ready and waiting just like they said.....I had a very good experience with big3 and I know that if I need anything thing else that I'll be back ....

    Hung up on me in mid conversation, kept getting make and model wrong on a part that needs to be same make and model. I get its hot out still no reason to not listen to what customers say and then hang up on you not once but twice. Will not be spending my money here......

    they do take credit cards and also they will give you your money back with a receipt if it doesn't work the only downside is that the price can be stiff like 50 dollars for a third brake light on a Chevy trailblazer

    Don't let you pick your own parts. Guys in there are quite rude. Be sure to hold your nose when you go into their office... Smells like beer, dip, and BO

    God awful service and some of the most ignorant and unfriendly human beings I've ever met. I wouldn't get parts from them if they were giving them away. Save your time and dignity and steer clear of these folks. Thank me later!!

    $300 for a used tailgate and $35 for a hood latch. Ridiculous, you can buy both new for less then that. Dont waste you're time!

    Very horrible customer service. First their lazy as can be for mechanics second don't know how to check a bolt pattern correctly. Need yo hire younger and smarter employs. Would t suggest going here unless no other option...

    This place will literally go out and find you any part you need. All you have to do is ask them if they would be able to find it and it's incredible what they get a hold of.

    Not very friendly and completely over priced they wanted $100 ea. for heads and speedway sold them for $32.00 ea. Wow. I have given them a try before and they never ever do right.

    Outrageously high prices.. $150 for a used 17 inch wheel,which costs $129.99 with free shipping for a brand new one.. Wish I would've read the reviews before wasting my time.
