Very nice and patient and very friendly. Super confident thank you Pedro. I had a junk car picked up yesterday. Terrence was the driver. Everything went well. He knew all the paperwork how to do all the paperwork he was there on time. Everything went well just like they said it would very friendly customer service. It was great doing business with renter apart. He had a very good attitude. It was cold out. It was wet out. I really think he needs to be recognized for all his hard work thank you God bless. also, I would like to recognize the lady whose name was “April “who is very helpful and helping us over the phone how to get the paperwork organized and the time and the place. The driver of the tow truck would be there and everything went well. It was nice to know you had a whole team on your side thank you Wrench A Part.
