I’ve been dealing with a recurring battery issue and had to get my car towed each time. From the first tow, when I was frustrated and upset about having to get my car towed, Chris’s positivity and professionalism really helped me feel better about the situation. Due to my battery issues today I requested a tow and to my surprise Chris C. showed up and, I was genuinely happy to see him because I remembered him from my last tow - it was almost like running into an old friend! During both tows Chris C. was professional, prompt, and efficient. He made sure to call ahead of time and let me know his ETA, which I really appreciated. Even though being a tow truck driver must be busy work, Chris never hesitated to take the time to listen or share something positive. And only stuff under ,10lbs aside from a broken 2'x2' fire pit. Was quoted between $150 and $250. Thinking it would be in the lower end considering I moved all the stuff into that pile in less than 5 minutes while still recovering from a spine surgery. But ended up $249, one of the charged was for "supervising" since I was not there, even though it was all piled out by the road. Can't imagine it took much to load up the trailer. Only gave two stars because technically $249 was in the quoted range. But if you're looking for junk removal for small things I would not recommend this at all. Cost more for this than to have the 3 bed 2 bath house cleaned and carpets shampooed for a move out. Positive note would be the woman who schedules and makes the calls is very patient and friendly.

Haven't been in much in this yard in over a year but now anytime I now need a part I'll go to 195 for the parts that I need. The prices are a lot more reasonable than a lot of other places I've been pulling parts from warranties are better than some other places also I've had no problem funding any parts that I've been looking for for all my vehicles that I've been working on so from this point on 195 has my full gratitude for their services from the premium yard to the old yard. And a customer service is pretty much on the mark I'm walking in to the yard too leaving the yard thank you for y'all service guys appreciate it
