Shady business practice--i was quoted over the phone 500 for parts I drove an hour there payed for the parts because he said he needed them payed for before pulling them... Then returned the next day to pick up the parts I was quoted for and payed for... he tried to charge me 100 more after I had already payed the day before and refused to refund me for the whole purchase when I didn't even leave with the parts This is a shady and rude business owner I would have brought all the money the first day or not even purchased the parts from them and not have waisted hours of my time driving to this place with a rude unreasonable business owner Also purchased a bumper from them that had damage and the grill chrome flew off it because they sold me a damaged part but I didn't have an issue with it when I saw it was complete... I only noticed the broken tabs and other small stuff when mounting it to the car and I simply fixed it and moved on... But for those 2 issues I am putting 1 star

I work for a local used dealership and every time I call Bumper to Bumper Matt is awesome! He always answers my questions (multiple times lol) I never feel rushed and they have great parts and very reasonable prices. I would recommend.

If we could give them more then 5 stars we would!!! We recently purchased a used engine to replace the one in our 2016 chevy cruze. We were nervous, cause you never know when buying something used what your going to get but they really took their time preparing the engine to be sold which made our big engine swap go so much easier! The engine we purchased exceeded our expectations and I'm happy to say our car is back on the road and running better then it ever has! Matt and Tony have exceptional customer service skills and I would recommend bumper to bumper to everyone!!!
