Great guys helpful friendly and a cool place to go I wouldn't get parts anywhere else

I was stuck in akron trying to get to Cleveland alternator went out ..guy at auto zone told me about bumper to bumper they were courteous and professional there was a mix between the year and the type of motor the mistake want theres they did there do diligence went thru my vin found the correct part called me when it was in and worked with the shop to get them the part ..if you need a part and everyone is overcharging think about these guys they can get u on the road and save u money thx much guys

Very friendly and helpful on the phone. Had the part I needed at the best price in town. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, he went on the back to get the part and brought it out right after I walked in.

Bought a power steering gear box from there. Got the first one and it was completely garbage was locked up and couldn't get any of the bolts of it ruined my puller bent it all up. Had like a half inch of flaky rust on it can't believe they would even sell it to anyone. Went back and got another one it's wasn't to bad everything came off for it in my truck but it must be missing a couple teeth or something has play in it now. Only good thing or doesn't leak but my stupid self just left it in my truck and never took it back. I was just sick of working on it after I had to keep pulling them out and putting them in. U really wish I would have just went and bought a new one after all the hassle. They even were priced higher than about any where else. I also went there once for a battery because they said they had the one I needed and they gave me the price so I was like cool I went there to go get it and it was priced higher than they said. I was extremely mad because that was all I had then I couldn't even afford it. I will never go there again.
