I would highly reccommend BW Auto Dismantlers and Jeff!! My 2013 Mini Cooper needed a couple replacement parts and contacted via phone call first. Jeff sent me a quote via email. BW has it set up to pay online & they email or call you when your parts are ready to pick up. Prices were fair. Overall great experience from first contact to pick up. I ordered some parts from here back in early November and had to return them due to a car being a total loss and the other part coming damaged almost 1k worth. My coworker and I have called well over 20 times and have been responded to once with “I will forward this to my accounting department” other then that one interaction I have not received a call back over the course of nearly 2 months!! Extremely unprofessional. You’re better off buying from literally any other dismantler in the area. 👎
