I needed to replace the wheel on my car. I have an older vehicle and wasn't sure I would be able to find a match, as my car still has the factory rims. Called the Ferndale location first.. They referred me to this location. I spoke with Kevin and he found the wheel I needed. This made me very pleased cause I didn't want a mismatched wheel. Also, Kevin's service was top notch. He was knowledgeable and kind.. He had me laughing at his sense of humor. A total character. To the owner, you have an awesome employee in Kevin. He deserves a raise! 💜😉

Everyone I dealt with at Highway Auto was great to me. They had my part ready in less than half the time quoted, and even refunded the money for another part that wasn't good enough for the road. Refunded my PayPal right there, no waiting. I drove almost 50 miles to get there, and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Great people.

I was struggling to find a wheel for my ATS, I needed a spare because I was switching my wheels away from the factory run flats and now needed the spare in my truck. Yhey pulled it for me on short notice and I was in a half hour.

Took the money for the wheel my son needed. And still no wheel. That was 2 days ago. It's appently to cold to pull parts but warm enough to take money. I would suggest NEVER doing business here.

People inside were nice and the price is fair. I got a bumper because I needed the bumper COVER I pull around he puts the rusty steel bumper in my trunk before I could lay down my mat or tell him didn't want that part. I tell him I don't need the steel bumper he drags it one handed out my SUV over my carpet and even over my bumper cover so careless it's like a 30 lb part it left marks on my bumper cover. They don't care about your vehicle at all literally dragged it out one handed over the plastic interior and my bumper just wow.
