Worst customer service! If I could I would give this place a 0 stars. They take advantage of you. They assault people be careful.

Drove from Houston and was told they don't sell parts. I had to buy the whole car. It's a junk yard yall. Pretty sure they just didn't want to sell to me.

the business owner and his family are very dishonest in their dealings with the general public. we negotiated pricing over-particular used parts I came back to buy them after I taken parts off of the car I needed to repair to find that he says you cannot sell it for that price that he's asking for more. or that he has committed that part to somebody else. Bottom Dollar he's getting more money from somebody else so he just took it out from under me.i Have been to this place on four different occasions within the past 5 years and found the pricing always high. the only reason I come back is there are no other options for me to get a particular part in the area. I will never come back to this place again and I would recommend others not come as well.

Called for a part, drove an hour to get there, got to the gate and the place was closed. Apparently they closed early today. Would have been nice to know before hand. Thanks for wasting my time!

If I️ could give a 0 that’s what they’d get! Screwing an innocent young driver that was stranded 7 hours away from Home is heartless and cruel! Saying she could pay by phone credit card with her dads credit card, but then after car was repaired renigged. Wouldn’t take phone credit card. Tell me how someone can come up with $1,700 cash at 25 years old? Scammers! And what? a salon in the back of the business?

Dishonesty and over charges n will not admit at fault and always have a reason for it n not business at all cannot be trusted

EXPENSIVE PLACE, DO NOT BUY IN HERE. The person taking orders is really bad and not understandable, he messes up and find the wrong piece and the. Hit you with the no refunds policy, this is place is BULLSHT

RIP OFF!!! Be careful as they will try to pull one over on you and get every little dime they can from you! Not out to help you but to fill their pockets with your money. Take my advice and look else where!!!

This place is extremely expensive , bad service, i just find a place where the parts are 90% cheaper than C & D , is only 1 mile away , the name is u pull it , and the funny part i see the staff from C & D buying parts there ,
