    Which was good place til I got here in Ohio and found out they drilled too way deeper into transmission valve body I have no way return it since I’m in Ohio smh check inside transmission pan before buy it

    Waited 3 hours for help because of a safety concern asked if someone can come lift the truck to relocate the stands they made called a bunch of times and every single person that answered said someone will be there shortly and just hung up on me waited and waited no one came then called again and one person sounded like he was going to get it handled saying ah! You shouldn't be treated that way your a customer trying to buy parts from us and that's unacceptable making it sound like I was going to get helped that I deserved even said that the manager was the one going over to help me never showed up once again then I called the last time and said your just going to half to come to the front desk bro! So I did and said my peace respectfully and left before I left they offered to help me I just said unbelievable

    What a disappointing experience to say the least. After paying $3 to go on a hunting mission after looking at a map in lobby that lead me to a huge paved yard at a nearly 100 degrees temperatures with no where to look for signage/floor painting directions of any kind as to where to go and thanks to a kind Samaritan that lead me to the right direction as no one was there to assist you otherwise. Found the right car where I was in need of the window trims and after doing all the hard work cine to find out was same price in FACT more than online where I could’ve saved the hassle and have it delivered home at no extra cost. I was at awed by the cost of parts since it was my understanding that would save me a significant amount for going through the hassle plus the drive there and back. Total lack of sympathy by refusing to see the price I was able to find versus theirs and picking up pieces I picked out and trashing them and saying that owner would rather “throw them away instead of piling them up” (thought could turn it into inventory) sad. Then telling me that because I spoke to manager (the Venezuelan gentleman that greeted me) I had messed up my chances of getting a deal then same young man proceeded to say other shady stuff that were plain lies. Asked for refund after paying by card then gave back to me casi without counting and without thinking of it when got home and counted amount was incorrect. Was short changed and I then wondered why didn’t he count cash as he was giving back to me as usually practiced. I was almost in tears as I felt totally bullied and tried to have taken advantage of. I emailed corporate same day this happened in regards to my money so they can check transaction through video, haven’t heard back

    Come here if you want to pay new prices for old shit. Everything seems like a scam pay to get in and they don’t tell you the price of something until after you’ve pulled it and wait in line. Seriously confused on how they come up with their prices, I had high hopes for this yard I’ve visited multiple times once for a interior door handle for a 03 matrix, they wanted $25 for that. Why if both sides on a website costs the same amount? Condition was terrible as well. For a 2007 Nissan Altima mirror with 0 paint and all scratched up with a crack they wanted $40 like what?????? Please tell me how do you come up with your prices, because online is retailed at $30 and it’s not an uncommon car it’s very easy to find parts for these shitty cars. I thought you go to junk yards for cheap shitty parts what happened to that?

    Very disappointed with this company. As we drive down from Maine to Florida as one employee I was dealing with on the telephone and know that I was driving down there. As one employee said yes they everything part I need for my trucks. Yea right they don’t even the truck that come close or parts I need . As I need 6 doors and 2 beds . Change for $3.00 just walk around the yard. To see this more like a crop shop . We find parts I need at the place at next place. Like I said I’m very disappointed with customer service and waste of my time

    On sep 25 I got mount support for a hynday paid with card. On Sep 26 I call them explained that I lost my bill then I asken if would be posible to get a credit store in exchange of the parts that I bought on sep 25, they said Yes, como over we can look over with your card, then I drove 30 min to get to the store and when I tried to return it they said they dont have time to look over the bill. then they tried to make the excusa that call center and store are different. I lost the money and I left the parts on the cashier.

    August 17,I have been threated like a thief, I have been going there since they opened years ago, buying any little thing for my old cars ,I bought on Amazon led lights for my car saved the bulbs in my little tool box ,I didn't find what I was looking for, but I found a steering wheel cover that I can use, this young girl saying she's the manager started taking out my light bulbs out of my box and wanted me to pay them, my light bulbs. What the hell, the other girl didn't check my box and this one me to pay for my own parts, that's not the way to threat your customers, I get text messages from them for years of sales,and this is the way I get theated. I may forget about having little parts in my box, remind me let me know, but don't theat me like this

    I wish there was a zero star rating for this people. They told me that had the part that I was looking for and they did NOT. After I told them that I was coming from an hour away and took a day off from work; when I got there they couldn’t even help me. Horrible service. Low life people
