My daughter and I was in an accident today about 6:30pm this evening and a tow was called for both cars and Chauncey’s came out and Kris sat with us for over 4 hours while we had to wait for EMS to arrive which was @11:45 pm and he was very sweet, patient and understanding! Service: Car towing

I've used Chanceys Wrecker Service several times. They're always very timely. The technicians they send are always friendly and professional. I'll use them for all my towing needs.

I strongly recommend that no one ever uses this company. Today at around 4pm. They came to tow my vehicle that was clearly operational and insured and after my husband kept trying to explain to driver #323. He still insisted that he had to tow the car even though my husband was trying to move it. After 30 minutes the driver #323 stated that in order for him to move his truck and not tow the car he had to pay him $100. After calling his boss that crook also told the driver that he needs to pay him the money to keep him from towing the car. If this isn't an example of how a crooked company will take advantage of good hard working people than I don't know what is. I strongly recommend that no one uses this company ever. There are other decent and respectful wrecker companies to use in AUGUSTA. If you don't want to be taken advantage of than don't use this company. I hope that $100 was worth it. The driver #323 and his boss obviously does this type of thing to people to get money on the side and it's not right. I'm the last person that you want to take advantage of. I had a 67000 pound boom lift stuck in my front yard in mud. they came out same day with their giant winch and pulled me right out. They were awesome every step of the way, I was severely stressed, but the operator was very confident and he was awesome! Chancey’s will always be my go to for life.

Would not recommend using. It took over 5 hours to receive my truck that I called first thing in the morning for. After 3 hours they said they were picking it up and it took another 2 hours to receive it and it was only a 20 minute drive. Service: Local hauling

They are crooks don’t let them tow to their facility. Call another company. Tow straight to repair shop or your home. They will try to take your vehicle and charge you excessively for storage. AAA paid them in full for my tow the still put 65 on for clean up which they did not do $30 administrative fee for the certified letter they send to try to impound your vehicle. $40 per day for storage. Technician accused me of letting battery run down by leaving high beams on. I don't drive at night. Told me to leave car running for 45 minutes and if didn't crank call them again. Was more concerned that he didn't like truck he was driving. They took away his big truck. Name was Lon.

Although my towing time was slightly delayed, the dispatcher was pleasant to work with and kept me up to date on the driver's location and estimated time of service. The driver was very respectful to me and my vehicle and provided excellent customer service. I am really impressed with how smooth the process was.

I called this morning at 9 47for a tow I spoke aerial the dispatcher for a pickup to milton Reuben on Washington rd ,I was told by her it would be a hour it is now 230pm and no one showed up for a tow, I called back and the dispatcher said she was doing what she could and was a very rude person I have used them before and had know problem , they really were not caring at all this dispatcher had a no care attitude and very nasty personality. , the tow truck driver kris was very understanding and truly cared I was told and showed the time he got the call it was no no fault of his own afterwards I calmed down and told him I was not mad at him. but waiting 5 hours is totally unnecessary I hope the owner will see this review and look for a new dispatcher kris #323 was great only wonderful things for him , he deserves a pat on the back , he's a great guyService: Car towing
