Very easy to get to, they helped me get a part for my car that's 14 years old already and I couldn't even get the piece from my dealership. But I called them and if they didn't have it at their location they ordered the piece for me and it was to their place the next day! All I had to do was give them a deposit and I came back the next day and they had the exact part I needed. They loaded it in my truck and I was off.. they are a great company to go to if you can't find what you're looking for and the price they charged me was great! I'm happy all in all.

I needed a specific rim for my car! Being a woman I generally run into problems trying to ensure I am getting the right item. Between my lack of knowledge and others lack of patience with me I rarely have a good encounter/experience. I must say dealing with Shiloh was superb. I found what I thought was my rim on the marketplace. I contacted Shiloh, he immediately responded and even sent me pics in the pouring rain😊 as if that was not enough, when I asked if I could send him a pic of my rim back he was more than willing to compare my pic to the rim he had just sent me a pic of (I know that’s my OCD)🤦‍♀️. I just had to be sure before traveling 70 miles one way that this was in fact what I had been in search of for the last 5 months. Shiloh quickly replied “exact match”. I quickly hit the road bright n I early was in and out (yes they even put it in my car for me) in 5 minutes flat! Round trip 90 minutes. I highly recommend Clyde to all! Keep up the good work guys and keep being patient with us woman we don’t mean to drive you crazy!

If you value your time, do not come to Clyde Auto Recycling. I called right before to coming there to confirm that they still have the part I need. When I came and was ready to pay for it, I was told that I have to wait for 3.5 hours for the part to be ready for sale. When I asked why they did not tell me about it when I called them before coming, they said I did not ask for it. So, their mind it is perfectly fine if a customer waits for 3.5 hours, not a big deal at all. The price was cheaper then in other places, in retrospect, it was the first warning sign. Also, the item was described as in good condition, but was fair at best once I examined it. That did not matter to me, but might matter to you.

This place is a joke. We order parts all the time for our shop on repairs we are working on. Don’t list your parts in alternate parts usage websites if they’re not insurance quality. Sorry if we buy parts and they come damaged when they’re listed as better shape. Will not buy or recommend

I was looking for some car parts on Facebook and found them at Clyde Auto Recycling . I asked them a good amount of questions as to what I needed and what he had . They offered prices and I went to go see parts. The parts were what they described to me on line . I bought the parts and they said they would be ready for pickup on Monday ( 4 days later ) . I went pick up the parts in the early am. They had a man help load onto my truck . All the parts were removed to my satisfaction . I will be able to install with no problems on my project . Just for all to know I worked mostly with SHILOAH , and my very early questions were responded in a fast and great manor .

Very helpful, I came from an hour away and I hadn't given a credit card to secure the rims I wanted. So the rims weren't off the car. They got the car out , took the wheels off right away and helped load them in my car. I thought the counter staff and yard guys we're very helpful.

bought a rear end for my truck threw out the old one .drove truck when finished rear was making the same noise as the old one pulled the drum off saw rear axel seal leaking and pinion bearings making noise.bought a rebult rear from united motor parts and they need the old one for a core. did the job 2 times pluslabor and fluids and rear cover that was leaking .i was not happy yo find out that they had to find it from somewere else not noing if it was good so i stop payment on amex and they called me threating me with my attorney here listing to the whole conversation .all i want is my 450 pluss the core wich is 350 since i threw out the original one. they should be paying for my labor and fluids and rear cover

This place is great if you think this is a bad place then u are someone who probably tried to get over and do some dirtbag stuff so to justify your actions you blame them , usually when you call a junkyard they don’t pull the part even if you say ur on ur way because that’s labor time for there guys you have to put a deposit down , or when u get there u have to wait or you can pull the part yourself , this place I called five minutes ago said I’m on my way to pick the window up he said give me a half hour to get it out for you , I was going there to do it myself cause I’m used to that at junkyards but I decided to call here the part is half the price even less then other places and no hassle or wait to get the part !!!! So honestly if you don’t like this place it’s has to be something you did because I have not seen one issue here , oand btw parts exchange from other junkyards is actually a really big thing with junkyards , know your facts before you try to impact the credibility of someone’s business !!!!!!!
