The absolute incompetence of this company is incredulous. We had a job scheduled for repairs to a gas station local to this area - in which I thought best to give a small/local business our patronage. I couldn’t have been more dissatisfied with this company. Sure, the scheduling was easy, but when it came time to reschedule, we were unable to do so because the dumpster was already en route to being delivered to the site. Once the job was completed, we thought everything was fine and dandy until we received a call from the owner of the gas station, our client. There was a mound of trash just left on the side of the parking lot. No message or time given to arrange for the trash to be collected by our company. When contacting Beacon to express our concern and dissatisfaction with the issue, the gentleman on the phone told me that they were not licensed for general trash removal and that it “wasn’t their problem”. This is absolutely infuriating and entirely unacceptable. If don’t want any headaches, don’t use this company. They’re a waste of time (pun intended).

I had called and setup a scrap metal dumpster and upon finding out the project was delayed they had told me that the dumpster was unable to be canceled since it was already dispatched. The dumpster was scheduled for pickup upon arrival they made a single phone call with no text message or voicemail that there were extenuating materials besides scrap metal in the dumpster and proceeded to just dump it onto the sidewalk within 10 minutes of arrival. THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL WAY OF HANDLING BUSINESS I HAVE EVER COME I TO CONTACT WITH!!! Shame on you and your company for treating customers like this. Good luck everyone getting my business ever again or anything from any of my associated businesses.
