Very unprofessional, No one knows what goes on and will blame some one else who is not available. Lied to me repeatedly. Told me they were going to pick up vehicle on Monday, didn’t show, Then a Tuesday, didn’t show, Then a Wednesday, didn’t show, then a Thursday, as of 10:00am haven’t showed. Totally lacking in customer service and they don’t seem to care. They act like customers are a bother to them and make transactions as difficult as possible.If you need salvage go somewhere else as they don’t want your business... just your money.

Horrible loader operators .the guy will “yard manger” destroyed my car in front of my eyes and than when I said something to him he kick me out of the yard! Never again will I be there with Will the manger working very unprofessional and threatened me!... been to manny copart yards and this one needs help big time

Needed a jump start, waited 2 hours to get one and paid $85. How hard would it be to have a set of cables or a decent jump box as part of your customer service?
