I called to make sure my vehicle was there and I could retrieve my belongings from it. The lady not only told me it was there, she gave me their address as well as instructions as to what I needed for identification and ownership. She even gave me their hours.I showed up there the next day to find out my car hadn't been taken there yet. The girl behind the counter just blank stared at me, shaking her head, offering zero excuse or further help. I realize these folks probably deal with a lot of bent customers, but this level of rude was uncalled for.

The staff doesn't seem well trained. They had me come in physically to the location 4 times and and at the end of it all weren't able to list my car when I called ahead of time to double check if the car is sellable. Plus they still made me pay for the listing. Plus once you get here, they work slow. Many hours of 4 days completely to waste

It makes sense that 2.9 is their current rating. This location treats you not good. Customer service is something many business have forgotten about when the pandemic hit, but its definitely something to start considering again. Its as simple as Treat others as you would like to get treated, something this place lacks.

Absolutely horrible service. Work as slow as a human can imagine. 3 hours waiting and still waiting for vehicle. If you go inside and ask them only one answer waite outside it is coming.

lousy company recently I bought a truck and they said that it ran and drives it only had scratches but when I took it out the truck had a bad engine

First time picking up here at Copart. I followed the instructions on the door that was clearly marked. I scan the QR code I registered and within 10 minutes I was at the counter. I made sure to bring a mask and everyone was so nice there. Especially Becca.

Friendly people who knows what they are doing. Don't have to wait long to get in or out.

Super friendly staff, bilingual, could be quick at times. Guests/customers need to have a better understanding of the kiosk service customer line system. Other wise great co-part.

Called and got a good price for my Toyota pu on Sunday night. By Monday morning my truck was missing. They contacted me Wednesday after noon to make an appointment for towing. Now I see they canceled there offer but shows my truck for future auction. I will see you in court. After I get my truck with the cops. Wrong one to mess with. Wrong one.
