    Came to pickup cars here. These guys are joke. They are always short staffed. I’ve been coming to this location for past 2 years and every time they give me same excuse that they are short staffed. Management should look into this problem and hire more people, specifically forklift drivers. This is the only Copart facility with this problem. These guys should learn from Copart in Sacramento on how to operate.

    It is very fair 2 stars for their service, be prepared to wait here an hour to preview a car, it looks like copart doesn't have an owner or Manager. The 5 minutes means an hour?

    I don’t think this location hired humans for the job .They hired wild. Especially the front desk lady and manager. I think these ladies supposed to do cleaning not service. 👎👎👎👎

    Does anyone care about this location or how they treat their customers? Looks like management could care less about it! Extremely rude ladies work upfront! -0 customer service skills! Maria definitely needs some training. Been a loyal customer for so long but every time I come to this location - the longest wait time and such an unprofessionalism and it’s only from the ladies!

    I’m a transporter who had one car to pick up. Don’t schedule an appointment if you can’t afford to wait an extra 3 hours. I had to wait 3 hours just for them to bring me my car even with an appointment. Like other reviews there’s multiple forklift drivers but only one delivering cars to the trucks. Super slow and unprofessional. Drivers and transporters do not pick up from this location if you can not afford to lose your whole day.

    So my car came to them with some small scratches and tears from a dog however when I received car back there was a much more damage done then when it left

    i’m a transport/buyer and oh my this is ridiculous having to wait over 3 hours long for one truck,i’ve only seen one forklift driver and two other forklift driving in the back never came out front to help,it’s 2022 and @Copart makes no progress at all.the one star is for the poor forklift guy that’s doing his best on his own

    2.9 rating definitely too high for this place. Pretty sure bunch employs leaving a fake positive reviews. I don't believe anyone who bein here for any reason can be that satisfy that he will rush to positively review this place. This place is complete garbage. There is NO service. They treat you NOT like human beings. They careless about anyone.

    I called to make sure my vehicle was there and I could retrieve my belongings from it. The lady not only told me it was there, she gave me their address as well as instructions as to what I needed for identification and ownership. She even gave me their hours. I showed up there the next day to find out my car hadn't been taken there yet. The girl behind the counter just blank stared at me, shaking her head, offering zero excuse or further help. I realize these folks probably deal with a lot of bent customers, but this level of rude was uncalled for.

    Places a scam. I purchased a vehicle when I went to go pick up the vehicle. All the moldings and emblems were missing talk to Girl in the office to speak to the manager they said the manager wasn’t available when I seen him in the office standing right there. This place is a straight scam. I would give it zero star.

    The staff doesn't seem well trained. They had me come in physically to the location 4 times and and at the end of it all weren't able to list my car when I called ahead of time to double check if the car is sellable. Plus they still made me pay for the listing. Plus once you get here, they work slow. Many hours of 4 days completely to waste

    the car was bought, it was indicated that the damage was at the back, but the car turned out to be flooded! because the car was open and when it started to rain, the car flooded

    It makes sense that 2.9 is their current rating. This location treats you not good. Customer service is something many business have forgotten about when the pandemic hit, but its definitely something to start considering again. Its as simple as Treat others as you would like to get treated, something this place lacks.

    Disgusting rude associate did only job while pushing customers out of the office! Only 1 employee performed her job at 11am. Had to wait 1 hour instead of 5 minutes promised by website queue.

    Currently waiting in line just to be able to empty my car. Line is 10 deep, they have only ONE person at the counter. Lots of others just sitting taking calls but apparently not qualified to handle the counter. Horrible customer service planning for people that come into the office.

    Nice people but way understaffed. It just seems like The Copart Giant doesn't care about their members time and money. The buyer fees are astronomical and costumer service is horrible. It takes over 2 hours to make a payment for a vehicle and about 3 hours to pick up a vehicle. No wonder the tow truck drivers are refusing to pick up cars or request a triple price for their service. The staff is shorthanded and aggrivated by the frustrated consumer. Based on the buyer fees they are changing I'm sure Copart has the budget to increase the staff and speed up the process. The fees grew over 500% with in the last few years while the costumer service declined by 500%. Seems like another monopoly jiant that doesn't care about the average hard working people. I can go on and on about the unfairness of this place, like horrible picture quality and false vehicle condition/damage descriptions and when you dare to complain they say "why didn't you look at the vehicle during the preview" oh really? If you do decide to preview plan on spending at least 5-6 hours at this place and there's a chance that they won't let you view it because they will be closing. I did a lot of business with Copart in the last 25 Year, it was good in the early days but on a major decline in the last decade. I'm also a shareholder and will be moving my investment into another company very soon. My apologies for this long review, Google asked for it and here it is.

    A new low in dealing with Copart for more than a decade. When I called the office to ask why my brother is still waiting in line for more than an hour and a half just to get a gate pass so he can drive home the vehicle, a rude lady from the front desk threatened me that she will suspend my account after I told her that the situation is not acceptable. My brother told me that some transporters cut the line and they got bunch of gate passes while he was in front of them. He almost got from Phoenix to Sacramento, flying, sooner than he got the gate pass from the front desk waiting in line!!! Can you believe it is possible in United States? Too bad the corporation does too little to improve the customer service for too many years. They will replace the desks, paint the buildings to look nice, but they don't do much to improve the customer service. Sometimes you will be treated worse than in a third world country. You will see it for yourself! Most of the time, they will follow up to all these reviews that they will pass the feedback. It is not enough. We are leaving in 21st century in USA!     If I could give a zero star review I would. I’ve came here plenty of times and always see people arguing with the employs in the front counter now I know why. I came to see a vehicle that is a “Run & Drive” and says it has the keys as well. When I was took out to the yard the vehicle did not had the keys as they normally do. So I went to the counter because sometimes they have the keys up front. The person checked and they didn’t. So I asked Lynda why don’t they update the car information that says the keys are available to there are no keys. And the woman said we will when someone brings it to are attention. I had just brought it to your attention what do you mean by someone. So I asked her more question and just ignored everything I asked while looking at me. The people working who take you out to preview are cool and nice. The front counter is the whole opposite.

    Bad bad bad service, the manager is terribly bad, she didn't want to give me the car just because it was already 3pm, I won't return to this location anymore, I drove 2 hours for nothing 👎👎

    The wait time is working not as it suppose to. It first showed me 15 mins wait, then I waited 2 hours to preview 2 vehicles. The personal working slowly or the system is bad I don't know. By the way only 1 person has been ahead of me. So I don't know what they are doing for 2 hours

    First time picking up here at Copart. I followed the instructions on the door that was clearly marked. I scan the QR code I registered and within 10 minutes I was at the counter. I made sure to bring a mask and everyone was so nice there. Especially Becca.

    The worst customer service and rudeness is abundant at this place! Instead of answering a single yes/no question, a CS rep bluntly told me, to step outside. While there's a line of people waiting, those cubicle workers don't seem to even try speeding up the process....

    Wow seeing all these bad reviews so I called to check on a lot. waited and waited and then I just got hang up on. I mean before I do anything with these guys they are shinning to their ratings. I think they are trying to reach 1 star as a goal. :-)

    Super friendly staff, bilingual, could be quick at times. Guests/customers need to have a better understanding of the kiosk service customer line system. Other wise great co-part.

    Horrible customer service. The sign in webpage showed me 30 min approximate wait time for 1 hour. Then all of the sudden I get a txt to come in. I went out for lunch and so they canceled my wait. Like what the point of having approximate wait time when you can't rely on it?? Just for looks? Horrible experience

    My experience with Copart @ this Antelope location was very good. The Receptionist that helped me was very polite. The fact that you can digitally enter your place in line is amazing. It keeps everyone alot happier by not having to stand there, which seems like FOREVER. It allows you to get tha blood flowing in your legs & feet by walking around or, to just go sit in your car & relax by yourself, or whatever, etc.) until they page you. The loooong waiting has always been the only issue I've ever had with Any/All of the locations. Theres plenty of places to park. It's always clean for a place that stores damaged vehicles. They seem pretty organized. And no ones ever rude or even shows any attitude or grumpiness while your being attended to. Other than the long wait times I dont have any other issues with Copart not being a great place to do your business with.
