Pick-n-Pull in Antelope is my go-to place for used auto parts. The entry fee is $2.00. Their inventory is expansive and it's easy to check inventory on their website before I even go to the yard. The staff is also very friendly and willing to help locate cars in the yard. With the good selection the only minus is price because it seems to have gone up recently; however, Pick-n-Pull does makes repairing my vehicles affordable. Overall, I highly recommend them for all your used auto part needs!

We had a great time and $2 mission is so worth it we got to walk around and look at all the cars and all the history of their crashes. Makes you wonder the story behind every crash. And then of course I got my $200 blower motor for 25 bucks got to love that.

I generally like Pick-n-Pull, but this location staff is ridiculous. Sold me a part for $8.99 using totally different part name because they didn’t find the right one. When I asked why is it so expensive the guy told me “I’ve googled the part number and it is $30 online”. I paid and googled it myself to find that it is $10 everywhere. When I showed it to them the only response was “It is our price policy, we can offer you a store credit refund”.

Most uptight pick n pull I’ve ever been at in 25 years of wrenching. I’ve been to 15 or so PnP yards in that time and the employee attitudes at this place is seriously unpleasant. “Free” wheelbarrows are locked up and require a deposit to use. Had me open my tool box on entry which is understandable, but then made me move all my tools around to make sure something wasn’t hiding, I have never once had to empty my toolbox... Got a stamp on entry and was given the 3rd degree when re-entry even though I showed my stamp while walking in. The manager woman was one of the most ignorantly unreasonable people I’ve had to talk to in a while. To top it all off the car that I drove 100 miles for had the damage intentionally left out of frame. They could’ve just taken a picture of the whole front of car but instead left half the car out of the picture. You couldn’t pay me to go back to this location. What a joke.

great experience. we were the last ones out at about ten to 6 on a Sunday. could tell they were ready to lock up and go home, but the dude at the counter was patient, answered all my dumb questions. even looked up my phone number and got my account on the computer. still had a couple of minutes to go and got a great deal on some obscure parts that you couldn't tell where they came from and after it was all added up, I asked for a "senior discount" he put it in and gave it to me. made the cost and the trip out there even more worth every penny on time and money. hands down, one of the best pick n pulls in northern California, for sure. but, then again, they're all pretty damned good places to go for less expensive old car parts. so, thanks to the crew for being so patient and not blasting it out on the p. a. that you were ready to go every two minutes. I really appreciate that and I do recommend that this is one of those places you don't forget. just go. check it out. know what you're looking for and get to it. leave a review like this and you just never know what might happen.

overpriced, unneccesary and unintelligent waiver system. they dont save your info so you must fill a new form out every visit. photo required. not worth it anymore.

I want to say how Vee was an angel when I called. Not because she had what I was looking for but how she handled my call. She was professional and went above and beyond.

My first time there I was greeted by a very helpful woman who described the process well and gave me pointers. Prices were decent and the yard was well organized.

I was looking for a couple of used tires, but the kind I needed are somewhat hard to find these days, let alone specific parts for a 30+ year old vehicle, but at least I didn't have to pay the admission fee to look at the loose tires, at the front of the yard. The place would be great, otherwise, they have a general data base of inventory that,'s fre to browse online.

First timer here, was able to get what I needed quickly. I lucked out as my car isn’t a common one.. and there were only 2 cars to choose from ☺️ But thankful they had what I couldn’t get online anywhere! :)

It’s a dismantler. The $2 cover charge is ridiculous and everything in the lobby is over priced. The lady that collected my entry fee was polite and friendly.

They gave false information about the availability of a car, after which they refused to return the money for entry. Terrible service, I don't recommend it.

My visit here today was good I was able to find what I needed the price was perfect, the layout here is easy to locate what your looking for, plenty of cars to choose from. Overall the location was pretty good just the porta potty was the only thing that o saw that really needed some serious attention, there was no hand washing station or sanitation stuff if you had to clean the seat and it looked like it hasn't been serviced in quite awhile the poo was atleast 3/4 full..

I’m not sure if it’s technical issues or if they just have bad employees but my experience with these people have been unprofessional to say the least. It took me over an hour to schedule a pick up time with them because I kept getting placed on hold and hung up on after a couple minutes. When I called back, I would be placed on hold again and was transferred twice to two different people who had no knowledge of my situation or could answer why I kept getting hung up on and transferred. Once I finally did get a pick up scheduled, they told me it would be between 8 am and 12 pm (a pretty large window, which in itself is annoying) yet the tow truck driver did not arrive until close to 2 pm. I was never informed of the possible late arrival and had to call THREE times to get confirmation that the driver was still on their way. Mind you, the second phone call I was placed on hold and hung up on again. Either get a new answering/phone system or hire people who are actually able to answer questions and not just hang up on a customer when they aren’t able to help. Will definitely never work with this place nor recommend it to other people.

This place charged my card twice for the same purchase. When I tried to call numbers provided on the receipt, one is not in service and the other is just a scam- trying to sell some kind of medical device and asking for personal info. Be very careful when paying there with cards, use cash only!

Had never had to use before but a drivers side mirror broke and we needed a replacement so my son could get his driver's test sone soon. Staff explained the process and qas specific on directions to the area even though a map was provided. Got in and out cheaper, faster and easier than waiting for a dealership!

Barry, just gotta say has been hands down one of the most helpful employees pick n pull has to offer. The rest of the staff are all very pleasant to deal with as well. But Barry has gone above and beyond for my girlfriend and I when he didn't have to but did. Just wanted to say thanks and hopefully you guys take care of him as he has for us and I'm sure others as well.

Everything great except just good customer service. We called to try to ask a specific on a car, although because they were understaffed they could not check something in the car for me. So I had to drive 45 minutes for a maybe. Everything else, great 👍. Go here before you buy a new part, great prices.

I had been checking their inventory online for a rare hood for my Grand Am, and saw one had come in 8 days before. I figured it had already been sold (they always sell right away), but went to check anyway. To my pleasant surprise, it was still there and in great shape. I removed it and carried it to the cashier, and was even more surprised when she gave me the price of $30.00, having not even realized it was a holiday weekend, so everything was half price! So I got a hood that retails (unpainted) for $650.00 + shipping for $30.00, and installed it before driving home.

The reason I'm leaving one star off is due to pick n pull policies, not because of anything bad about this specific location. The employees that helped me were amazing! The store and yard were very well kept for a salvage yard. Thank you to Jack, Rachelle, Kim, and Tyler. I had a credit slip that got stripped clean of the ink due to a freak accident. Rachelle helped me initially and got me in touch with her supervisor, Jack. I was told, due to company policy, that if my credit slip was lost or destroyed there was nothing I could do to retrieve my money. Thankfully I used my toolkit card and they were able to find my return transaction. Jack made me an exception and permitted me to receive a copy of my credit slip. Big ups to him! All of the employees listed were very kind, sociable, and helpful. Thank you all very much! As for PnP policies, the company has some work to do. Please either offer a refund to CARD OR CASH(preferred), or incorporate credits to toolkit cards. After a customer returns an item they should receive their money back, after all it is theirs. Also, the company should include any and all extraneous fees (environmental, admission tax, etc) into the cost of parts so that people aren't confused when the final total is higher than what it should be. I don't think my two suggestions above are too much to ask. Please consider Thanks

this pick-n-pull (antelope) has the best of everything, employees, location, inventory, and i will go as far as to say that even the other customers are the best. i have been there twice today and its now just 1:30. first time i got the wrong year part, went back, super helpful dude behind counter gave me a new list of parts and 15 minutes later i am done and home. good day all around 3/20/22 today was perfect for acquiring my list of parts for repairs on 4 different Cars this week.. Antelope and rancho cordova have the correct cars, this is not going to be as costly in fuel or time. Makes my work week a breeze

After 4 different locations 😒 not a single almost had a common item! And the inability to know if there's actually a said item at any one location is definitely frustrating 😒 but overall layout and access is good . Fortunately I only had to pay at one location.

This location is nice and small everything is clearly marked and east to find. The staff is super helpful. The only thing I would have to say is inventory selection is limited primarily due to the size of the place it self but they keep fresh cars coming to keep things interesting

Easy in easy out. You have to be vigilant about checking the website for new cars as they are picked clean pretty quickly. The car I went in for was pretty much just the frame, however one pf the few parts left was an interior piece that had already been pulled off the car and kept out pf the rain. Just got to get lucky
