Absolutely horrible location. Had an appointment (that you are REQUIRED to make ahead of time or you “won’t get your vehicle”) at 11am, for ONE car. Waited 3 hours to get loaded. Not because they were busy but because the loaders have absolutely no order they go in or consideration for the carriers who have appointments. Not to mention you can only comfortable get 4 carriers in their lot at once because of the amount of cars sitting in the yard. Then you also have a cop who’s sitting on the street making every carrier move if he doesn’t like where they park.2 carriers arrived and were loaded within 10 minutes. 1 blocked one lane of traffic and the entire entrance to the lot. But instead of the loader telling him no he had NUMEROUS other people infront of him waiting to be loaded, he just proceeded to load this guy. The ladies inside were wonderful and gave me the necessary info i needed to speak to someone regarding this issue but they can’t control what goes on in the yard. 2 loaders and only 1 loading. The whole 3 hours we were there 7 vehicles we’re transported off premises. 7. This is my job, our jobs, and this kind of set back is unacceptable. Not only is it our time but also our money too.I would avoid this location at all costs unless you’re ok with spending most of your day waiting, watching other people get loaded even though they just pulled up and you’ve been there for hours.

This is a big fraud in Copart, i bought a vehicle and I paid for the vehicle, I sent a driver to the facility to pick up my vehicle is Copart Westminster, (Maryland) all proven abortive, I was told I should book appointment before I could pick up my vehicle and there is no appointment until 4 days, and I was told I am going to pay for storage, I have paid for the vehicle and I send a driver you fail to release my vehicle and asking me to pay for storage? This is a big shame to copart. This is a terrible and a way to fraud buyers.

I used this place as a middle man to get my car inspected for repairs. Coparts employees stole all of my personal belongings from my car. Even switched my nice ice scrapper for a broken one.. these ppl are degenerates. Never again

I purchased a car. Transporter went to pick it up but noticed that the Front was crashed. Bumper hanging I called Copart wanting a refund because On pictures the car was 100% nice, one owner never in accident undamaged. They told me that the best they can do is take care of my $15 storage fee. I was furious. Im posting Pictures. Lot # 59656369

This business lacks leadership. They require a County Sheriff to admin Traffic Control on Old Westminster Pike every morning during time of Elementary hours bus/parent drop off. Seeing flat bed trucks turning around at the school during drop off is not safe at all. They need to figure out a way to have their customers pull completely into their facility and complete a turn around. Old Westminster Pike is not a parking lot. For them to fail to understand this every morning is insanity.

I don’t remember the name of the guy who helped me but he was AMAZING! He went above and beyond to help me and it was so greatly appreciated! And getting my car picked up and taken care of was a breeze! Thank you!!!

Most of the staff is friendly and helpful but there's this one person; she's so rude, and pretentious with this bewildering god complex. Smh horrible customer service. If you're so miserable there get a new job.

Quite frankly, I was surprised by the great customer service over the phone when I first called, followed by even better, polite and helpful clerk in person. The only downside to my trip was that somebody had already removed my firstborn baby's shoes from the mirror. But yes, I'd probably do business with them next time

We bought a vehicle with a title pending. A note said that it will take over 45 days to get the title. The car was bought on December 14 and today is March 26. 103 days has passed. There is no title, no updates, no ETA for us to get it. Copart does nothing. More to that they say that this is a common thing with this seller. And there is no warning, nothing is done for customers to be protected from these issues. Bad attitude, bad service, bad customer experience.
