I had no idea how bad this location was until I bought a car from them. I was not able to pick the car up for a week. This ended up with $50 in storage fees due to "lack of appointments." I've bought 5 cars through Copart with my personal account in the past and have NEVER had one single issue getting my cars picked up as soon as possible. Reading all the reviews, I'm not the only person this has happened to recently. It really seems like they are doing this on purpose at this location. My reasoning (what could seem to most people as minor) for getting so irritated to write this review, is my car had a nice set of now discontinued OEM all-weather floor mats in all of the pictures. I've always received my cars from all the other locations with everything that was pictured. At the bare minimum, you really should expect to get what is pictured, and has always been the case in my experience. When the driver took the pictures when it was being picked up, they had been taken out of the car and were not in the trunk when I got it. I have nothing to back me up because I used a broker and not my personal membership on this car. Unfortunately, the broker is absolutely no help at all with their canned responses. They really need to be looked at closely by Copart.

Worst management They should reconsiderate switching their manager. Such a rude and arrogant person, even the staff try talking to him and he just be ignoring what's happening around! Can't even look at the cars peacefully cause he be breathing on your neck! Like wth!

There are other reviews that warn that this place may steal things. I am afraid that is possible as I had all winter floor mats, umbrella, and water bottle in my old car. They were never retrieved even though they said that they shipped the items several times. I also noticed that my Honda emblem was missing as well. I give two stars because at least they worked with Geico to give me new mats to replace it. But I am still sad about my umbrella and water bottle.

I wish a zero rating was possible. On multiple visits the staff has been rude and what should have been a 5 minute visit lasted almost an hour. Literally just came in to pick up a plate. There was no line and no one waiting. 10 people at cubicles and several others in their offices and no one even says hello or acknowledged I was waiting. I checked in...no greeting at all from a single person, no one even working the desk. 25 minutes into the visit I asked if someone was available to assit and was told to wait. There was a single metal folding chair in the waiting area. The place is just a joke. I mean...read the rest of the comments/reviews...they seem to speak for themselves.

Specifically Miss.Kali O'neill was so kind and supportive & on-time. I needed pictures of an item i bought at a very short notice. She actually saved my life. Copart should have more professional and kind managers like her. Thank you so much Kali, You are a life saver!

We’ve been trying to pick up this vehicle since Wednesday and they don’t have any appointments until Tuesday. On the following week I called Copart to try to make any arrangement to pick up this unit they don’t have any appointment and they want to charge you for storage fee it’s not the customer problem if they don’t have enough people to release vehicles

WORST COPART MANAGAER HORRIBLE SERVICE! Kali Oneal is the worst Copart manager I've ever dealt with. Purchased a 2015 Passat TDI that said it had a New Jersey Salvage Title only to find out it has a Maryland Reassignment sheet which Pennsylvania does not recognize so logically I wanted to relist the vehicle as i cannot do anything with it due to their titling error. When asked to relist said vehicle Kali Oneal denied it without explanation. As it turns out this vehicle was bought and resold at this location multiple times and Kali has essentially "stuck" me with this vehicle as she does not want to deal with the headache of relisting it. Ontop of all of this when shipping was paid on vehicle initially the shipping cost was $190 which was paid immediately. After waiting over 2 week without an update I called back to see when the car was to be delivered and was told they needed additional money ontop of the original shipping cost to ship this vehicle which i reluctantly paid as well. Vehicle was purchased on 5/7/2024 and still has not been shipped over a month and a half later. Absolutely horrendous customer service at this location! Would not reccomend purchasing from this location at all! Copart should really consider finding a new manager for this location as I have seen multiple reviews complaining about Kali Oneal.

New experience for me visiting this business. At least a half a dozen people in cubes wouldn’t make eye contact or even acknowledge me. I finally figured out on my own that you have to sign in with their app. I waited over 10 minutes in a completely empty service area for someone to assist me. All I needed to do was simply hand them my signed title, which took less than a minute to complete.

Terrible experience with communication and delivery. Had to actively call back multiple times to receive follow up information. Their delivery estimates were double than originally estimated, I will not be buying from this yard again.

My car was towed here by USAA. When I went to clean out my car, multiple items were stolen. Be aware of your vehicle ends up here. Recommend cleaning out your car immediately after an accident.

Absolutely the worst yard to deal with. Kali is the most inconsiderate manager I have ever dealt with. It’s impossible to pick up a car from this location, they will charge you storage and not give you any available appointment times to pick up a car.

One of the worst Copart’s I have ever dealt with. I thought Newburgh was bad. You just wait until you purchase something here. They will hold your vehicle hostage. No available Appointments to pick up. By the time you find a transporter, there are no available appointments for the next few days. Transporter cancels and you are left to find another one just for the cycle to continue. Kali the GM here, will not help you in anyway. Imagine having a car towed. You show up and they say you can’t pick up until tomorrow, and you still have to pay for the storage overnight. You show up the next day and they tell you exactly the same thing. This is what’s been happening here for an entire week. This is not how Copart started, they are becoming worse than salvage yards. Willis Johnson did not start Copart to be headache for people. But as the current upper management continues to run the company, it has become all about investors and not the individual buyers. The buyers are the reason Copart got to where they are today. All the cars that were damaged additionally by loaders, clean title vehicles that turned out to be salvage, the “run and drive” cars at Newburgh that never ran and drove. Managers and Yard supervisors getting paid a cut to falsely advertise the cars. How do I know? I spoke with a seller from Paterson, NJ that told me. Copart is one of the most unethical, unaccountable organizations in the United States of America. They get away with “murder” and there is nothing that me or you can do about it. Thank you Kali for being the nail in the coffin.

Now, we all know that Copart can be difficult at times. You know, charging fees in order to charge you for the fees that they charge you to spend money with them type of stuff. etc. However, I have had the pleasure of working with Kali O'Neal on a couple different occasions now. She is very quick to respond and is sincerely interested in solving the issue I have with Copart, no fault of her own. Willis Johnson should be counting his blessings with Kali, though I wonder if he even knows that she's guiding his MD yard. She's helping him reach that $3,000,000,000 net worth marker faster than he knows! So, thank you again Kali. Just couldn't help myself with this one. =)

They give 3 days to pick up cars, but you have to schedule appointments for pick in three days. Then they charge you late fees and storage fees. Perfect way to do business.

Went here to simply hand over my car title. April was working at the front desk and went I went up to the front desk there was no greeting whatsoever. April is stone faced with no personality and she could care less about customers. She’s very rude and I got the obvious impression that she hates working there. Get someone who cares about customers to work the front desk because April is making this Copart location look terrible.

Just tried to drop off a title THEY NEED from a totaled vehicle. Waited half hour then was told other people infront of me. Needless to say, I left. You have 8 people at desks, 1 working the counter and cant even take a piece of paper. WORST PLACE EVER!

From all the coparts that I have bought from this one is probably is the worst . It's impossible to get appointments for pickup vehicle and they still charge storage fees. Kali refused to take off any fees.

Quite frankly, I was surprised by the great customer service over the phone when I first called, followed by even better, polite and helpful clerk in person. The only downside to my trip was that somebody had already removed my firstborn baby's shoes from the mirror. But yes, I'd probably do business with them next time

Took almost a hour for what is typically a 10 minute process. I even called ahead to expedite my business I had to conduct there. Would have been helpful to know that I would have to download a app potentially even 2 apps )that was never explained) to even gain access to the building. Had I been told over the phone I would have been prepared

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Tree fell on me vehicle December 23rd right after I went Christmas shopping, left a bottle of Chanel Chance and a tube of Aquaphor in my car needless to say the Aquaphor was still in there and of course they aren't responsible Sooooo angry right now🤬

A white only staff location and a very racially biased location. I stood in line while the staffs tended to White customers and even people that came after me. when I complain, they answer me by saying someone else will be right with you. while they call on white customers that just arrived and take care of whatever business they are there for. and worst of all they have bathroom in the yard but they will not let the customer use it. They recommended I take my wife to the park across the street to use the grass or I have to drive 3 miles to get my wife a bathroom to use.

We bought a vehicle with a title pending. A note said that it will take over 45 days to get the title. The car was bought on December 14 and today is March 26. 103 days has passed. There is no title, no updates, no ETA for us to get it. Copart does nothing. More to that they say that this is a common thing with this seller. And there is no warning, nothing is done for customers to be protected from these issues. Bad attitude, bad service, bad customer experience.

The staff is extremely unprofessional! They have a young little small smurf working that is extremely rude to everyone. Honestly if you hate your job or even dealing with people WHY HAVE A JOB IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! There’s a way to talk to people no matter what she needs training on inclusion or just leave. The fact that no one else in the facility says anything about how she handles clients is outrageous!

Never buy from there location, u can receive car on parts only with lot on missing parts on it, really bad description and not true, bad management Buyer for them nobody, they r don't care about u. Lot of stolen parts on the cars, they make extra money on rerunning the car 10% from the price. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AUCTION AND SPECIALLY from BALTIMORE LOCATIONS. The staff is a rude forklift driver doing their job very poorly, arguing with the drivers who came to load. Copart forklift driver yells at truck drivers, acts defiant.

This business lacks leadership. They require a County Sheriff to admin Traffic Control on Old Westminster Pike every morning during time of Elementary hours bus/parent drop off. Seeing flat bed trucks turning around at the school during drop off is not safe at all. They need to figure out a way to have their customers pull completely into their facility and complete a turn around. Old Westminster Pike is not a parking lot. For them to fail to understand this every morning is insanity.

This is a big fraud in Copart, i bought a vehicle and I paid for the vehicle, I sent a driver to the facility to pick up my vehicle is Copart Westminster, (Maryland) all proven abortive, I was told I should book appointment before I could pick up my vehicle and there is no appointment until 4 days, and I was told I am going to pay for storage, I have paid for the vehicle and I send a driver you fail to release my vehicle and asking me to pay for storage? This is a big shame to copart. This is a terrible and a way to fraud buyers.
