I called about 5 tow companies. Towing 10 miles with a vehicle that is drivable onto the tow truck should cost roughly 100-150$. I was told by other companies up to $185 and was given so much attitude and spoken to disrespectfully. So I called Buzz. He was kind-spoken, honest, upfront and even suggested I call another company closer to the drop off destination so I could save some money. His honesty is what earned him this review. ! He willingly gave the business to his recommendation, to benefit me. Most people wouldn’t do that. Not only was he truthful and had my best interest in mind, but his recommendation was also kind to me and spoke to me with respect, as well as was timely and easy to schedule with. Being a 30 year old female, it was obvious that the other companies were charging me the higher prices right away, assuming I didn’t already do my research, and when I started to ask for description how they came up with such a high price they would get an attitude. I was grateful to Buzz for treating me professionally and quickly getting me taken care of between himself and his recommendation. A few days ago, I realized by car had become victim to the viral TikTok trend in regard to stealing Kias. However, whoever attempted to steal mine could not get it started, they just absolutely destroyed my steering column. I called Buzzy and explained the situation. He told me he is more than willing to come get my car but referred me to another towing company that was closer and therefore would be cheaper. On top of that, he had me send him a photo of the damage to the steering column so he could assess the damage to see if there was anyway to get the car started and avoid towing altogether. Then, when I called the towing company he recommended, they didn't pick up, so he called them himself to get ahold of them! Buzzy truly went above and beyond in more than one way for me.
