This Copart was exceptionally efficient; there were no wait times. Upon check-in and paperwork completion, my vehicle was immediately retrieved. The entire process concluded within ten minutes. Furthermore, customer service was outstanding.

Bought a short wheelbase diesel Pickup truck from this location, Not a dually, The online Copart listing said the truck was a "Run and Drive". Not only was the truck not a "Run and Drive", the loader refused to load it onto the trailer of the transport company I booked to ship it over 500 miles, loader said it was too big. After getting the supervisor on the phone I was told that they do not have the ability to load the truck, they will be closing the yard in 15 minutes and it was my problem to figure it out. After arguing with me for about 10 minutes the loader finally agreed to load it on the rear tip of the trailer blocking the rest of the trailer. After calling the supervisor again they brought 4 dead jump starters and could not get the truck started, which was listed as a "run and drive" by the way. finally another competent transporter hooked up a winch with a roller and moved the truck where it needed to be. The trailer was a low profile gooseneck trailer as well. The most incompetent copart staff I have ever had to deal with by far.

Was here a few weeks ago after unexpectedly winning an online bid. The entrance to this location was a little easy to miss so definitely keep an eye out once you're getting close. It's right by the railroad crossing which was pretty cool to see. The office area is spacious and they keep it clean and easy to maintain social distancing. The office workers are informative and answer all necessary questions prior to purchasing or viewing the vehicle. They also let you know which days you are able to walk through the lot to see the items up for bid ( Fridays or Mondays I believe) which is a great option if you live in the area. If you're traveling from out of state and that may not be an option for you, they offer different payment / viewing options to make your purchase run smoothly. Overall it was a great experience, the paperwork processed quickly and the people were nice and patient. I would definitely recommend this location and would visit again the next time I accidentally win a bid lol
