Bought a short wheelbase diesel Pickup truck from this location, Not a dually, The online Copart listing said the truck was a "Run and Drive". Not only was the truck not a "Run and Drive", the loader refused to load it onto the trailer of the transport company I booked to ship it over 500 miles, loader said it was too big. After getting the supervisor on the phone I was told that they do not have the ability to load the truck, they will be closing the yard in 15 minutes and it was my problem to figure it out. After arguing with me for about 10 minutes the loader finally agreed to load it on the rear tip of the trailer blocking the rest of the trailer. After calling the supervisor again they brought 4 dead jump starters and could not get the truck started, which was listed as a "run and drive" by the way. finally another competent transporter hooked up a winch with a roller and moved the truck where it needed to be. The trailer was a low profile gooseneck trailer as well. The most incompetent copart staff I have ever had to deal with by far.

My car was totaled and towed to this company. My ins. carrier asked if I wanted the LP mailed or go get it. I'm laid up from the accident so I said mail it. The lazy employee ripped the LP off because they must not have had a screw driver or wrench so now I can't sue the LP for a new car and it was cost me $50 or $65. Thanks for nothing.

Always a good experience, but with the used car market where it is, and the raised fees from copart, it has become very difficult to get a good deal on anything. People just keep bidding up the costs till it's impossible to make any money flipping it.

Bought a car from Copart. Apparently it's still stolen in the database when I try to transfer title. Neither Copart or Ohio Police department will remove the status. Now I'm stuck with a stolen car that can't be tilted or driven. Don't buy from them. Very dishonest company.

Co-part is the best place to find the car, truck, SUV, semi, trailer, and really anything else you may be looking for. I found the truck I always wanted in this auction. It is an online auction but they have so many good deals here that I guarantee you that you will find the vehicle that you are looking for. I got my 1997 Ford F250 turbo diesel 4x4 with only 137,462 miles on it and it ran and drove for only $1800 dollars plus the fees for the auction but it's a very awesome place to go get cheap vehicle for yourself or to flip and do it again. You can make so much money doing this the right way, I know because I have done it before many times and I was never disappointed with what I got. I highly recommend Co-part!!!

Terrible place to pick up cars, they soo slow, I always spend more than 2hours to get my cars loaded. I hate when I have to come here!

I'm writing this review and giving this location 5 stars for only one reason, Adam - the site foreman is absolutely fantastic and amazing help.I'm a private transporter for a dealership in Toronto, Ontario and after a long exhausting drive I was frustrated to find that the vehicle the dealership had purchased was not drivable - I was unable to mount my winch to the trailer and a loader wasn't able to lift the vehicle onto my trailer as it was too big.Adam spent an hour of his time helping me load this F350 Box Van safely and professionally. Absolutely exceeded all expectations - thank you again sir.

this is the one and only copart they should have the people in the office are absolutely amazing the loader drivers are even better than that I wish all of the copart experiences was this great 😎👍
