Per insurance they wanted to bring my car to a safe place so car doesn't get burglarized and to not pay per day. When I received my car, seemed someone was lounging. Found evidence of alcohol, cigarettes and more bundled in a bag in the backseat of my car. My sun glasses was stolen as well, pursuing further into this.

This is literally the worst auto auctions I have been too. They are barely staffed and when they front desk associates are there, they just look at you like you are non-existent. The wait lines for a few people can last 30mins to an hr. If you can go somewhere else to make payment save yourself the stress

This place is unprofessional especially to transport drivers. You got people who get there early and wait to get loaded. Then have the forklifts drivers who work there say they are going in order when you know they are getting paid to get other drivers loaded faster. You got jokers that pull up 2 hrs after you and they leave before you. Bad for business.

Very slow service. Forklift drivers load you they are ready. For three days in a row, just been waiting over 1.5 hour everytime. Monday and Tuesday was 2.5 hour wait whole forklift drivers played in the bull pin. How do we supposed to get customers their vehicles on time?

Why does copart contract with tow truck drivers that have no TDLR? This is not legal and we are tired of seeing these guys show up and they have no tdlr numbers on their trucks or cards. We still allow them to take the car/truck because time spent is money spent and we don't have the time to deal with all of the stupidity. Please contract with drivers that are legal to drive in the state of Texas or I will be contacting your corporate office and the state regarding this matter.

I have been purchasing from copart for years (hundreds of vehicles from dozens of their locations) and this is by far the worst location I've ever purchased from. They lack the competence to accurately describe vehicles and the list goes on, unfortunately if I continue with what I have to say Google will not publish the review. I will never purchase from the Dallas south location again.

The lady that helped us was very nice but it is stupid that we couldn't see the car we bought until it was delivered at our house a week later. I understand some people try to break things to get it cheaper or get out of the deal. But if we already paid for it and had the title we should be able to see it.

Cowart of Dallas socks on getting waited on to pick up a vehicle they don't tell you where to go to pick it up. The young lady who finally helped me was polite and beautiful her name was Christina

Terrible service. There’s 1 person attending everyone waiting in the Bldg. I saw about 5 attendants and nobody was assisting. The wait is terrible just know that you will be here for approximately 5 hours regardless if you signed into the app ahead of time. The app is no good either, the wait time it gives when you initially sign in will read the same when you FINALLY get attended. App is pointless in this Copart. Don’t get happy if you see a wait time of 10 minutes, that only means 1 hr or more from sign in time. VERY VERY SLOW AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also if you are picking up a car the wait time is even longer! So have breakfast, lunch, and dinner ready! You will be here all day!

No one answer the phone , busy manger, busy staff, a junk yard better than this auction, I've making my all inventory from copart since 7 years , but i have no either choices
