Oh boy, due to the virus copart is drastically changed and in a somewhat bad way to customers. They ask your Paid registration! You can't bring anyone with you! They ask you to have safety jackets/vests and you need to bring them with you. Everything is done so long... Electronic line, then line in person, then waiting for keys, then waiting for copart rep to show you cars. Actually, if not the employee in the yard, I'd give it a 1-star rating. The employee in the yard was awesome! Very down to earth and helping you in any way. Anyway, go with craigslist or other... Don't buy salvaged cars for high price from copart. Plus it's a black box without visiting and visiting is just pain in both knees. Let's be polite! :)

I called as they have a ton of wrecked cars to bid for parts, fix up..The woman pretended I had no idea what I was talking about. I said if just spent 4k on new parts and brand new tires and I'd hate to just see it go to a scrapyard? She was clueless. I was referred to Copart by several auto body shops. I actually had to go back and double check the number to see if I called the right place. Maybe she should review the Companys website she works for because she might think she works for a restaurant or a property management company? I don't know. It was very strange

WARNING : FRAUD AND ILLEGAL PRACTICES ARE USED HERE.I brought a vehicle in to be auctioned and they do not take checks so I used cash. I received no receipt. Next... the vehicle was to be AUCTIONED yet they said the vehicle was sold as buy-it-now. I did not receive any paperwork for the transaction that I paid any money or what method my vehicle was to be sold. Their excuse was I would receive all paperwork at the end of the transaction yet how do I know what service they are selling my vehicle by ?ANOTHER PROBLEM is they “inspect” vehicles pre-sale yet they use incorrect terms and generalized description so they are covered for liability. Their inspection was completely false and made up. My vehicle was a highly desirable vehicle for Hawaii and they tried to sell it without my knowledge of what I wanted. I am certain an employee wanted it so they falsified everything possible so it would sell for my specified starting price rather than go to auction at all. When I found out my vehicle sold rather than auctioned, I got my attorney involved immediately and now CoPart is going to have legal action against them. Finally, the employees do not follow directions nor listen to customer requests and needs. They have no knowledge of their job and function more like a monkey using scripted answers. The employees continually interrupt or talk over customer expressing concerns or problems. I was promised calls back and never received any. I asked for supervisors or manager and then transferred where I waited on hold and calls eventually dropped.FINAL MESSAGE : AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! !DO NOT USE OR REFER YOUR FRIENDS !CoPart operates using illegal and deceptive practices so their employees or allies can purchase vehicles at heavily discounted “deals”. They play games on the phone and every employee says something different.WARNING ... FRAUD ... ILLEGAL ... LIARS ...

As a previous reviewer mentioned Copart is indeed a corrupt evil empire, and like so many 'former' customers described it best - a criminal enterprise. The Honolulu branch is proof just how wicked Copart is.Long story short I bought a vehicle that was advertised as having a key (with integrated remote) -clearly seen in one photo hanging around the steering column on a zip tie and absolutely no body damage. Received the vehicle after being shipped to the mainland with no key and damage on the quarter panel. The idiots at this copart location tossed a random key in the car (knowingly or unknowingly ) when it left the yard but when I contacted the manager and complained about it she basically said "read the terms". Are you kidding me?Isn't this fraud to advertise a vehicle having a key and being a "start program" but then sell the said vehicle without the key (obviously they lost it) and not take responsibility after you lose it?Why put a random remote/key in the car that has nothing to do with and doesn't belong to it and BS me with your stupid terms made up to only benefit you and your company but not the customer?Isn't this why you are in business and make billions? Because of us -the customers?I had to pay $300 out of my pocket to buy a new remote with integrated key, have it cut at the dealership (since it's a laser cut) and then program it. I bid on a car that already had a key. Am I not entitled to receiving that vehicle with the key? Or do you think you are smartest a-hole that ever walked the earth? When you think of copart think of FRAUD. This is what copart is all about -fraud and indifference, defrauding the consumer through various schemes and dishonest tactics and not giving a dam about it.This is not just bureaucracy, this is utter fraud. So, my advice: don't even think about buying junk cars from copart, not worth it. Not worth your time, not worth your money, not worth the headache. And when you get a dud, like I did, and you will get one, forget about complaining to the managers or even the corporate suits. They will laugh at you and send you to he-l, in a polite manner. Cause that's how copart rolls. They have "terms", it's how copart's evil empire is built, around their terms.

I needed a zero star though, Completely and utterly useless!! STAY AWAY.There was no zero star for some reasons, as this is exactly what they deserve in that office. I'm closing my account anyways. They are evuuuuulll, as said by one of the reviewers. Forgetting something in a car shdnt be hard to get it, hence the 5star review the last reviewer gave Copart HN.Now dealing with this office over the phone, you will cry some aliens exist in an office that raked over $300 M in revenue in 2017 [Google, 2018] . Money built on deceit and thieving strategies.Long story, I live abroad, bought a car of which I couldn't pick bcs it was meant to go Africa. Spent $2000 US in sales and fees costs Anyways, had no option but to resell as consignment, which 'm ok with a sì dont have any help whatsoever with the rising costs.Several calls to the front desk amount to speaking basic English bcs they live in space, they don't seem to understand anything. I lost over $1000 in sales and fees to resell that car in that auction after 3runs. She even capped it asking if she was to sens my cheque to Africa, bunch of unlettered drop-outs.. I asked if it was an African address I had on their records. I had to repeat a couple of times for her to know where to send my cheque.Teeming fans and the public, stay away. They are rip off. Only if I had known, I won't have ventured bidding at their auctions at all.I particularly have a problem with the rude staffs plus the manager, she feigns ignorance at everything Horrible set of ppl.

Copart is a corrupt and scam company, local dealers sell engine damage vehicles as donation vehicles or bank repossessed, stay away from copart buy only cars that have less than a few years on them, they will screw you over. Copart mangers helping dirty local dealers get away with the corruption, if your white dont expect the same treatment as dark skin. Its a hell on earth company. Stay away, that is the only way to not lose your money. All order vechicles have problems mechanically, they are supposed to be mark as mechanical, all older have all kinds of engine and transmission problems.

The manager needs to be more professional. Speaking down in a condescending manner to the employees with customers in the office is in poor taste!!
