I got a flat tire from a pothole on the HIGHWAY 😂 I got tip tows towing through my USAA roadside assistance and they arrived within an HOUR! I believe RJ was the employee who communicated with me while he was on his way to me, very friendly and helpful! Still showed up when the address pin was wrong and helped me out! Thank you so much for the awesome service and for helping me out!!!

I was calling all around for about 2 hours for a tow and NO ONE answered even when it says 24/7. I called Tip Tows and they answered immediately and assisted immediately! I needed my car towed from Schofield to the croc center. The service I got from this company is incredible and the pricing was affordable. His effort to park my car into the stall in such a tight parking lot (because I didn’t have the key) off the flat bed was very much appreciated. Thank you for the assistance. If you ever need a tow this is the one to call!

I called the company just to check if they were coming in my area when my car got stuck. I had waited for for 2 hours, but that was okay. The guy from their office that l talked to was unfriendly from the start. I didn't need to be spoken to in such a rude tone, especially in time of distress and need. Maybe he was in a bad mood, who knows? But still unprofessional. The tow guy who came and helped me pull out my car was kind, patient and courteous. He took very good care of my car. So kudos to him!
