These guys are great. They really care about their customers and how they’re feeling. They address concerns directly and actually listen to the customer. My driver was very professional and personable. They were a little later than the time quoted for pick up that’s why I give them 4 stars but honestly with traffic and all…I’m just being frustrated. The reviews speak for themself, but I have to add another. My car died randomly in stop and go traffic right before the Punahou exit. I was towed to Moanalua Park and got in contact with Geico. I live in Makaha and was told I would be lucky if I could find a towing service that would be willing to go out west side, especially considering the time (5pm). Within 10 minutes RJ was there, with the most compassionate attitude I’ve experienced on island to date. I cannot speak highly enough of his service, turning what normally would have been a nightmare into something I could not stop gushing about to my partner. I want to add, this man is the owner of the company, spending his Wednesday evening making the trek out to west side. The absolute epitome of Aloha spirit. I honestly feel almost glad I broke down (as ridiculous as that sounds) because I got a huge reminder that truly good and kind people do still exist in this world. I thought I needed to get towed since my car wasn't starting. RJ showed up quickly & he was very helpful about my situation. I told him I put my car battery in myself a few days ago & he offered to take a courtesy look at it real quick since it was late & I had my daughter with me. He noticed that my battery terminal was loose.. He tightened it & my car instantly started up no problem. Unfortunately, I no longer needed to use his service for a tow (sorry for wasting your time), but he did all of this within a few minutes & I really appreciate it tons for his generosity & kindness! My car decided it didn't want to start at the gas station. Called my roadside assistance who sent two towtrucks before TIP. One said he couldn't make it on base and to get another. The second one didn't even answer phone calls. Five hours later insurance company called TIP and he made it too me asap. Wouldn't let the gate guards get away with just sending him away and got me home. Real chill dude.

I recently moved and had my car waiting to be shipped out at the port of Honolulu when I received a call from the shipping company that my car wouldn’t start and needed to towed to be fixed. I had already been off island for two weeks and couldn’t be there to handle. Tip Tows turned a very stressful situation into a very easy one! They made me feel at ease with their professionalism and kindness in a stressful situation. Communicated with me the whole way through the process. I hired them again to take my car back to the port and again it was a breeze! I highly recommend to anyone needing towing services! Life savers!
