One of worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Very unprofessional and careless with vehicles and equipment. The customer service over the phone was horrible. They do a lot of laughing and playing which is annoying. The establishment is also very filthy including the parking lot. I got my car back with 3 miles to empty with trash all over my seats. You could tell they were joy riding and blasting my subs which pissed me off. I’m even looking at changing insurance companies for having me deal with a company like this. If this is the company that my insurance deals with then count me out because I will never allow them to touch another vehicle of mine.

My vehicle was towed to copart by usaa after being struck by another vehicle. Vehicle was considered totalled, and I opted to retain ownership. Copart contacted me to have my vehicle returned to me on thursday, September 26th and I was told that it would be returned to me in within 48 hours. Copart was contacted multiple times during that time. I did not receive my vehicle until today, October 2nd. Much longer than the quoted 48 hours. They also stole my license plate, and someone had rifled through my vehicle, but fortunately I had already removed all my valuables. The tow company that returned my vehicle to me was very professional, however, I was not too pleased at my vehicle having been towed while on. If it was idling from the time the tow truck driver called to tell me he was picking up my vehicle to the time it was delivered to me, it would have been idling for just over 3 hours, burning through the half tank of gas that was in my vehicle.

Just one loader dealing with so many trucks. They either don't have loaders or don't care about drivers.

After my vehicle was totaled and towed to Copart, my license plate cover was removed and then lost. Normally not a big issue, however this particular cover has been in the family since 1997. It has been every family vehicle since my grandfather passed away in 2003. Don't trust that they actually looked or that every employee is honest. Sad that it's gone, but it is what it is.

This is literally the worst Copart you can go to. Just go ahead go inside for appointments. . If you think you going get loaded fast here you got another thing coming. I’m still waiting get my item right now in the pick up area and it has been 3 hours. Me and 7 different people waiting get loaded 4 other people was already here before us so no telling how long they have been here. We just talk to another comes here everyday and says they always slow like this. So it’s not just one day thing . Will be contacting BBB.

So first time really reviewing, but wanted to. So just went today and I got to say it wasn't bad but not the best either. Staff was friendly and they kept smiling faces when I managed to get their attention. They seemed attentive when addressing me but focused more on their designated task. Of course I was there near close so it is be expected. Overall not a bad experience. Just get there before the last hour of closing.

State Farm hired Copart to pick up a burned trailer on my hunt club. I spoke to operator twice on the days before pick up was scheduled. She assured me I was in the system. And they knew it had to be picked up on that specific day. I took a day’s vacation. I was there. I even got a tractor and drug it out so tow driver wouldn’t get truck muddy. They stood me up. When I called (spoke to same operator). She informed me it had been cancelled but couldn’t tell me who cancelled. Said she would speak to Mgr. Mgr said nothing she could do but reschedule. I asked to speak with Mgr. But amazingly she had just left the office. I asked for her to call me next work day. But as you have already guessed, she didn’t. Jerks.

Sold my junk car, they gave me an 8 hour pickup window, which is a bit ridiculous but whatever. I gave specific instructions on how to reach me prior to coming to pickup the vehicle. Not only were the instructions not followed, but they took the liberty of still taking my car despite not being able to contact me, leaving me with the options of driving an hour to finish the transaction or trusting people who can't manage a phone call with mailing me a check. Which one would you pick?

Copart was hired be Wheelzy to pick up a Yukon I was selling. Copart issued a check to me for 1450 on the 26th. As of the 30th, the check still hasn't cleared from the same BofA. I did my part by signing the back of the title and it's long gone while I am still waiting for my money. Not very professional service in my book.

My insurance sent my car to this place without telling me. After finding out they send them to this lot to do estimates I kept a watch on the site. Not even 24hrs later CoPart had put my car up on their site as an upcoming lot for bid. I never heard from my insurance, never signed any papers for my car to be listed. I went straight to the lot to clean my car out. Once they brought my car to me, I found they stole items from my car. Items that can’t be replaced as they were gifts from loved ones that had passed away. They then told me that they weren’t liable for the items I found missing because I didn’t list it on a piece of paper the first go round when I found a few things missing. They told me they never had a theft problem before. Recent reviews would prove that wrong. One of the ladies that works in the place was very rude and hateful! Every time I walked in she would roll her eyes and not even come to the counter to help me.

My truck was taken here, without my permission, after my wreck because it was labeled as a "total loss". After about 4 days of being there we found out the truck was actually not totalled and that we needed it back for an estimate and to get repaired. Not only did it take a month for my truck to be returned, but I later find out that over $150 of my personal items were stolen out of it while it was there. I highly recommend avoiding this place.

Pure time killer!!!!All these girls are lazy and lie about having signed u in, just to have u waiting longer. They claim that they have a new system that's supposed to make things better. Pure lies. They're pushing through the drivers they want to get in and out. With this type of moral, they're probably taking money under the table via cash app to get particular drivers in and out do fast😡

Do not waste your time working with this copart. You will wait at least 2-3 hours even if you have appointment. No, They are not busy, They are just dont care and dont work! Trust me, this copart is very bad managed. P.S. I scheduled appointment for 2 pm, but received a 1 car at 4:46pm. September 28th gmc acadia. All brave hotshot drivers were waiting beside me. Forklift guys were taking a break for 2 hours that’s what we were told after we all start complaining about it in the office

The workers are very rude and make you waste a lot of time, I’ve lost 3 hours to load one car, and i was the only truck driver waiting for load. I really don’t recommend that place !!

I called this location for pick up two cars and they say I can get them if I get there before 4:15 when I got there at 2:05 they said I can’t get my cars cuase you have to have an appointment. So why do you tell an customer that you can get the cars when they won’t even try to help you if you don’t have an appointment. Thank you Copart Montgomery for wasting my time and my fuel.

I would have given this place a negative rating had it offered it. My husband's truck was taken up there (Montgomery, Al) on or around April 7th, 2019 after it had been involved in a accident. Our insurance company had it towed there not knowing if was totalled or not. Today April 22nd, my husband went to Montgomery, a two hour drive to get our belongings out of the truck. When he got there he found ALL of our important papers thrown in the bed of the truck, the steering column had been busted up, the drivers side sun visor had been torn off and thrown in the bed, the floor mats where stolen out and other personal items including pictures were also missing. Our laptop that was under the passenger side seat was gone, my husband's bible was thrown in the bed of the truck and was ruined because of the rain, his Maui Jim sun glasses were stolen from around the rear view mirror, his fishing rain suit was gone. All kinds of receipts and legal papers that was in the center console and glove box were gone. My husband had not given our insurance company power of attorney to do anything with the truck and had signed no papers. Legally the truck still belongs to my husband. The man/owner even called the police to my husband and told them my husband threatened him which he did not. That owner is just a thief and knows he's been caught. All of this has been turned over to an Attorney. So, if you don't want your vehicle demolished or stuff stolen out of it PLEASE do not let your vehicle be taken here. They are nothing but theives and liars! Also they have employees and friends go on here and post these 5 star reviews. We were also told that today.

So far my car has been told further than it need it to be then on top of that when I decided to get it back I was told that the insurance company was not paying the payment and they were not delivering the vehicle which was a total lie lie by the receptionist my insurance agent called copar and let them know I'm know that the vehicle was to be delivered immediately yesterday Monday the 6th of December yet nothing has happened nor is the location open Yeah although the Internet says all 3 locations are open terrible terrible service

I notice they dont answer reviews of trucj drivers that are getting a very short end of the sticj with thus new appointment thing its not working out for transporters that have to drive hoyrs ti their next destination and cabt get an appointment for same day pickup we used to do 2 loads a week now just one so iur revenue is cut in half...these new yiubg loaders cant handle a hard days work abd dont understand hand the simplest hand gesture to load always on their headphones not paying attention...the girls inside are nice and helpful.. GET RID OF THE APPOINTMENT APP!

If I could leave 0 stars I would, They took my vehicle without me even releasing it and I still had all of my stuff in it. I called and they said they would mail my things a month ago and then called yesterday and said that they can’t because of the size. Then they stated that I had to pick up the stuff today because the truck would be going to auction tomorrow. I live over 2 hours away and work full time so by the time I got off they would be closed.

Registered buyer for years. I understand during Covid pandemic no indoor restroom use. However, I wish this Montgomery location would follow their sister Midway Copart lead and also use portable wash sink outside of their porta-potty facility. If you make a bathroom available, a place to wash your hands should be available as well otherwise we're all crosscontaminating each other as patrons. As we pay enough in buyer fees, load out fees and membership fees we should have this available included in our fees

This could be one of the worst Copart in the United States and I’ve been to a lot of them I thought south Chicago was bad and I will give it to the guy this morning he got me loaded really quickly but I only had one car but as far as the way the operation is run management is a joke the parking lot is full of pieces of metal and plastic and screws and bolts and wheels and axles and it looks like a dead gum junkyard

Staff is very uncoordinated got there around 11 didnt leave until 5 and every time you walk in to talk to the staff in the office they just tell you that the forklift drivers are working on it even though some of them are doing nothing and get off the loader just to goof off knowing theres an overload in transporters in the parking lot
