    I just have to say Mike Parry was PHENOMENAL about everything! He's fairly new, but you'd never guess until he tells you! Super professional as well as thorough and communicative. He was patient with me as I went about 3 days trying to get affairs in order for my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe hood that needed ordered. I had issues with my billing address and he was never pushy by any means. He totally understood the situation and ultimately it all worked out and I was able to purchase. Definitely recommend the Chicago location and if you can, Ask for Mike Parry!! He will get the job done and find you a good deal!! Thanks again Mike!!

    The warranty process is horrible. We did an engine for a client and it's a bad engine we called and we have gotten no response for almost a month the vehicle never left the shop and now they want us to jump hoops to prove its a bad engine do you really think I want to re do an engine for fun and free just how dumb does that sound.

    Purchased a 6.7 cummins engine from this company. They told me when I bought it would get pulled from the truck and put directly on a pallet to be shipped. They said it would be complete with nothing taken off it. After getting the motor it

    Disappointment is an understatement. We ordered a silver fender that was shipped from their Cincinatti location to this location. When we showed up from Wisconsin (shipping not offered) it was discovered that the fender shipped was brown. Someone in their system changed the order without flagging it. We will at least get our money back for the fender in so many days but our driver's time, fuel expenses, tolls and everything else is expensed by us. When we ask if there is anything they can do for their obvious mistake the gentleman disregarded everything.

    Thought about leaving a professional review but they're clearly not a professional company. I mean these guys can't get your parts there on time if their life depended on it. We can get to the dam moon in 3 days but you guys show up 2 weeks late with parts. Man how I miss staffords. The parts might of been junk but at least they showed up.

    Found that they had a fender that was a perfect match for my car. Description on the car-parts website showed there was no damage to it. When I picked it up, it was wrapped up in bubble wrap and a box, nice touch. But after getting it home and opening it, it was severely scratched. Very disappointed that happened. But, after talking with them, they offered a solution to the damaged fender, which I thought was very fair. Overall, I cannot complain about the customer service they offer.

    I should review places more often but OMG these folk were amazing. I called Joel let him I know I was on the way. Had it pulled off, cleaned. I was helped with loading. Honestly I am incredibly satisfied. I was in and out within 15 minutes. The guys were extremely helpful. Very very happy. I hope I don't come back but if I do, I know it'll be a seamless process. Awesome!!

    Alfredo and Mike have excellent customer service. I was able to find what I was looking for immediately. I’d been looking for this particular item for weeks and it was found within minutes at Stafford. The price was cheaper than what I was quoted at other places.

    Alfredo not following through, and Mike, thanks for professionalism. Was given a price on airbags, and confirmed by their manager that they can be shipped, few phone calls later when ready to invoice, they changed price on airbag +$400 and said they dont ship. 5 phone calls in, on holds, result - Big waste of time.🤦‍♂️

    Don't ever buy an engine from here scene the name has changed along with the employees and the warrants, so that being said, when you buy a engine from here and it goes bad you call the sales person that sold you the engine to let them know the engine they sold you was bad and that we needed another engine comes with a standard 6 month warranty parts no labor okay so for us to get another engine we need the following video proof of you doing compression test to each cylinder picture of your vehicle vin# picture of your miles on your vehicle and they want you to find the heat tabs on the engine while in the vehicle how when they hide them so if you don't have all the information they need you don't get approved for a replacement an till they get all there information they need just a heads-up will never buy from here again

    I’ve bought a few items from this yard. They’ve always been absolutely great. Brenda is the best person I’ve ever dealt with at a salvage yard. Super helpful, very pleasant to deal with. She always calls with any updates on parts being pulled, etc. Very easy process. Ask for Brenda!!!!!

    this company says they have a complete part and then they go back on their sales peoples word. They told me they had a part i needed and then instead of standing behind what their people say. they tried to make it right and discounted the part and then i got a call that oh my manager said they can do a certain price and got a call few minutes later that the owner said no to that so again not standing by what their people say do not get parts from here they are not a good business practice. the salesman even said i was going to fast and assumed the part i needed was complet well i guess they were wrong and wont man up and back what they say horrible business

    Jon and his team are trustworthy, and do a great job. Prices are reasonable and they get the parts ready in a timely fashion. This is the only salvage yard I use in the area.

    Disappointed in their attention to customers i was to buy some jeep roof rack cross bars i was told i would get a a call today to pick them up.. I didn't get a call.. I guess he changed his mind 😒... I find it strange that i had to wait a day to pick the piece up when no tools are needed.. Im guessing he never meant to sell me the piece from the beginning... I went here monday may 09..Spanish speaking employee.. I didn't get his name but im sure they know who this is... Very disappointed, i needed the roof cross bars today for a kayak for a fishing trip.. Smh

    Went today 3/10/2022 in they morning To buy some parts for my vehicle, There was nobody at desk and other people that work there didn’t said anything. I waited there for around 10 min and nobody ask me if I needed help or something and I left. Need improvement on customer service.

    I live in Rockford, so Stafford's Auto Parts is about 60 miles away. I needed an engine for a Camry. I talked with Rob, and he said yep they had one it was still in the car they could take it out and have it in Rockford by Wed. When I talked to Rob on Tues. he said they took the engine out of the car but it was not good :( BUT they did have another one, and even though the other one was more expensive they would give it to me for the same price!!!! WOW, that just bought them a customer for life....and I will be telling EVERYONE I know about Stafford!!! You just don't find good HONEST people like that anymore. So not only did I get a GREAT ENGINE at a GREAT price but it also has a warranty and it was DELIVERED FOR FREE!!! CAN'T ASK FOR ANYTHING BETTER!!!!!!     called in, got a quote for an air bag. couple of days later called back to get that air bag, was told that they dont sell air bags AT ALL. I had to ask him couple of time to make sure I understood him- "dont sell air bags". I dont know what to call that... lying? "leave me alone" attitude? What ever it is, Im not coming back. By the way I did talk to the same person.
