This place has comedically horrible customer service. I was waiting for someone to tell me I was being punked and Ashton was standing by with his camera level awful. My horse trailer has been here due to insurance company dragging their feet 7 months on a claim. The insurance company finally released the trailer, gave us 10 days to pick it up and this office told us to bring a cashiers check, that was it. We arrive to get it after driving about 10 hours straight from TN. The front desk receptionist is again, comically awful with customer service. Tells us she will have to get approval for the cashiers check, that they are “cracking down on them” …the cashiers check from a bank, that we were told to bring… after watching them run from office to office, not saying a word to us as we stand up front. They sit in the managers offices for 20 min, she comes back out, again no explanation what just occurred or why it took them running around to different offices and 20 minutes to get approval for the payment method we were asked to bring by them….and she processes my $1200 storage fee, directs us to the lot to wait for someone to come get us. Another guy comes to get us and takes us to the trailer that was not placed on a block so it’s sunk in the ground so low we can’t get it on our truck. They tell us they can’t help and won’t touch it. They aren’t allowed to. We are clearly frustrated and ready to be done with this entire process and so the guys offer to help but have to get the managers approval. The manager, who I have never met or had any interaction with prior to today, comes out slamming his doors of his truck and is immediately hostile and don’t forget, comedic level rude….does not address us, walks past us and talks to the lot guys then angrily comes and tells us it’s not their job to help us or how the trailer is dropped off there, and we should have been prepared, there’s photos on line (online photos are from arrival not showing it sunk a foot in the ground), and it wasn’t their fault no one told us it was sunk because we did not specifically ask that. He continues to stomp around slamming doors, talking to the guys as if we aren’t standing right there, making rude comments and passive aggressive statements regarding the trailer and insurance company dealings. The lot guys offer to lift it for us out of the hole and the manager tells them “if they break something, their fired today”and continues to try to discourage them from helping us…telling them “it’s going to be so bad if they break something and he isn’t going to be responsible, they’ll be fired”. I mean this guy was hyped up and hellbent on making our lives as difficult as possible it seemed. Not sure what made us the target for his (hopefully not regularly occurring) vitriol today. Told us we could go to the parking lot and call a company to have them come lift it. Those were our options. The lot guys offer to try to lift it and say they’re willing to help but had to get approval. They get it out of the hole, we finally get hooked up and the manager once again slams his truck door to move out of our way and follows us out. Does not apologize for his nasty demeanor, lack of professionalism or say anything for that matter. Hopefully out of embarrassment but that would require a level of self awareness I don’t feel was present with this guy. I don’t know how this place stays in business with this lack of basic human decency and customer service skills but at the very least this manager deserves his own TV show if he greats customers like this on the daily… and I hope so badly he was just having a bad day. A real bad day apparently… Otherwise I feel bad for these guys who work for him because they did at-least have the hearts to help us and see we were tired, stressed and just wanted to get out of their hair and on our way home. Anyway, thanks to the guys who helped us be able to get out of there. This ordeal made us never want to step foot in the state of Oklahoma again. As for the rest of you….i hope you all have the day you deserve.

Had to wait in line for like 20 mins before another person came to help. The lady that waited on me was very kind, an helpful. She went out of her way to process my paperwork today so I wouldn't have to wait until Monday. Thank you so much.

PLEASE READ. Incompetence. Rude staff yelling at people. They claim they inform you what to do, but they don’t and yell at people and blame them. Their system sucks they need a whole new system as well. I sold my car and they couldn’t find my vehicle, even though they have it. I called for the past week for my check and they told me they don’t know anything even with the LOT number. I brought my physical title to sign and asked the front lady if she needed anything from me and she said no. I show up Friday and yells at me why wasn’t it uploaded? That’s not my job and she told me that she told me to do it that never happened.🙂 make sure you guys claim you arrived because they will cancel your appointmentments. Adjuster released my vehicle for a whole week and copart did not release my vehicle to sell. Good luck.

We came here slightly after 3:30PM during the weekday. It gets crowded later on, since a lot people just got done with work, and are also coming in. There is a QR code at the front door, where you can scan and hold your place at the line. We fill out some paperwork, and decided to wait outside, since it was getting crowded inside. The waiting space was cramped, and you will be rubbing shoulder with whoever is waiting alongside you. My recommendation to this place is to have the option to call/text the people waiting outside when they are ready. This way, the people waiting outside do not have to constantly come back in to check on their status in the line. This beats having to be cramped in the waiting area, especially during the pandemic.

My truck was taken to co-part for an insurance claim awaiting the estimate. While the truck was there it was piled full of junk and debris. I filed a follow-up claim with my insurance and co-part denied their part and denied damaging my truck bed. I emailed and called to speak with a manager and they would not respond or speak with me about the deductible I am stuck with paying.

It’s bad that I can’t put -1, I’m a single mother and can’t afford to buy a car from a dealer, I decided to buy at an auction, I chose a car that had a clean title, primary damage is hail. I was fine with that. No more information. I came to pick up the car, and there was a surprise, half the engine was missing from the car, I tried to contact the manager, they told me he is busy, the parking lot was closing and my car was already on the truck. They asked us to leave. I wrote a letter with a photo to GM Austin Hampton. I received the answer, "you are the owner of what you bought" this means Copart can violate the rights of the buyer by providing false information, if the engine wilI be there but not working, in this case I don't have complaints, but is not there. YOU ARE FRAUDSTERS. You are required to indicate that the car has mechanical problems
- SShianne Bush
Rude. Unhelpful. Tell you one thing, and then NEVER follow through. Communication is nearly non-existant, and when you do get it, it's convoluted and inconsistent. Wasn't even an insurance issue, I was simply selling my car to them. Edit : STILL TRYING TO GET THE MONEY THEY OWE ME!!!! Their own bank won't cash out the check they wrote me!
- JJeff Morgan
The Oklahoma City location has horrible customer service. In the office, one person sort of works the counter while all the rest file their nails. The guys in the yard don't care about anything other than lunch breaks
- MMartin Blaney
The place sucks mule eggs. Latasha and Moniqua will act like you are invisible. The place is worse than going to the DMV for driver's license issues. Rude, nasty people.
- llisa delisle
I get the should a could a would a's but when you are in need of a vehicle to make a living to support your family when you buy something they said runs and drives I guess my idea of runs and drives is different from theirs and to top it off the ladies in the office are rude rude rude so I'm out over 2000 and I'm done with copart
- AAztec Autos
they don't even deserve one star this company is the worst company I have ever worked with as a seller or buyer. horrible just horrible .MIKE MAGEE is the only person there that helps

I've been to my share of Copart facilities and I have to say my experience here paying for and picking up my motorcycle was one of the smoothest experiences I've had at a Copart. The lady behind the counter was very efficient, friendly, and helpful. I believe I talked to a girl named Jennifer when I called and she was very cordial and helpful in explaining procedures for motorcycles and COVID. The forklift driver was also very helpful and guided me into the garage to load up the bike. All in all, an amazing experience compared to some other Copart facilities...
- LLoreta Loreta
The worst place to do business with. I would not give them 1 star, if I had the option.

I bought a 2007 Explorer here about 6 months ago. I paid all the fees the day of the sale and went to pick up the title and was told that there was a $5 storage fee. I had been in touch with them the prior 2 days and was getting transportation ready since they would not let me drive the vehicle away from Copart even though the vehicle was drivable. It cost me an additional $100 to rent a trailer to take a drivable vehicle home. One of the workers said they would waive the $5 storage fee since the vehicle could be driven but it was their policy to require all vehicles be towed or put on a trailer. Now, 6 months later, I try to log in to find another vehicle and found out my account had been suspended because the $5 wasn't waived I was told and my account showed that I owed it. All buyers pay a $200 purchase fee. Copart also charges the sellers so they're collecting $$$ both ways. So Copart just lost a customer ready to pay $200 over $5.
- SSarah Zepeda
DONT DO IT! When listing cars, they try to make them appear as though they have minor problems, but when you pick them up, you find that the engine is bad or that there is a serious problem. When I explained the problem to customer service, I was told, "We are not mechanics." When you call customer service to speak with a manager, they are either never there or are always busy. Really, are you serious? When I tell you that Copart has changed, I mean it—I've purchased over 50 cars from them. Their sole concern is making a sale. .. It's not worth it, so save your money and go somewhere else.
- MMike BOZO
Worst customer service I had to stay in my car in middle of summer for over an hour just so they let me in to pick up a title
- ooleg seu
Horrible experience. 10 guys waiting in line trying to load their cars and trailer . Waiting on one lady working the counter while 15 other employees just sitting at their cubicles Not even consider it to help out. one transporter said he was there for 2 hours he was about to blow a fuse. we were all frustrated. Avoid this location if possible.
- ddaniel breedlove
Drove 3 hours for them to tell me I can't look at the cars because they are short handed. After verifying I could look. Manager wouldn't let me look at 1 car. The less people look the less a car sells for. Not much of a manager.
- PPaolo M
Beware !! If you buy $1000 junk car you will pay $1700 total. 70% fees
- AAshley Brintnall
This place is impossible to work with one they spent 4 days after I gave them the exact number and address looking for my car. It been in the same spot for 2 months it can not even drive. Also, sent in the same envelope my lien notice, title and power of attorney. They got the lien notice but some how lost the rest. And all the can say is sorry I didn’t lose it in all the years I had it. Now I can’t get the funds I need to get a car before rental is due so me and a one year old will be walking. Thanks a lot. USAA needs to really consider who the partner with cause this company is awful.
- RRichard Feyh
Why do they take it in charge for heavy equipment if they're going to offer zero help to load anything? I even had to move a semi that was parked in front of my semi to pick up! And like all the other semis at the other Copart locations the control module had already been stolen out of it. IAAI much better.
- SSunflower Her
This auction billed my parents $99 when my parents have not auctioned for anything. They told my parents that they paid to put their credit card information in and there won’t be any billing unless they auction. We talked to customer service and they didn’t cooperate and acted dumb. Fraud fraud fraud. Don’t do business here.
- JJim Lebowski
Front Desk lady was rude with every white person that came in. Was nice to the Latino and a black guy before me. When it was my turn. Extremely rude didn’t wanna deal with me kind of agitated I was there. You don’t have to be racist against white people. It’s wrong and Not good customer service. You need to treat everyone no matter what color they are the same. Stop the racism against white people Copart!!
- EEileen Hopster
Sad to see sponsors materials left laying outside for a year (Magniflow system). You'll lose sponsors by being non-productive in showing actual usage of products. Don't repeat that error with the Holley sponsor. Your site will fail.
- KKaleigh Madewell
Absolutely awful. Do not go here, unless you have too. We had to go here after my car was deemed totaled, even though they had totaled it worse. The lady kept us waiting even when there were only two people waiting, by the time we got seen, their was a line all the way out the door
- AAlondra Gonzales
I just called to get an appointment for pick me car up and start the inspection from my insurance. The lady who answered the phone was so rude and wasn’t helpful at all. I don’t even want to imagine how they talk to the people who is doing business with the company. 😒😒😒
- FFelix Avila aguilar
never! But never! Buy cars here, never! The worse customer service I’d ever see, and they charge you more money for no reason.! Trust me if you find more ways to buy a car somewhere, do it you won’t regret it.
- HHeath Ney
Bought a $40,000 truck, picked it up on a Friday, was told they didn't have the title and wouldn't have it till Monday and they would overnight it to me so I had it on Tuesday. Also, the truck was not as described at all and is missing $12,000 in parts to make it run. I have called emailed and texted them with little to no response and no title. It has been over 30 days and still no title. I have also requested my money back and I get no response. Another sad part is, I can't even get the manager or the regional manager to take my calls, call me back or email me back. I do not recommend Copart in Oklahoma City!

I had one of my own personal cars I purchased from a customer that needed some engine work stolen by Copart!!. It had been sitting a while and it disappeared about three weeks ago. Was just about to file a police report when I got a call from Copart and they informed me they took the wrong car from our lot. They had been calling about picking up a Mini for a customer that insurance wanted to total out and I kept telling them it wasn’t ready. The tow truck driver that brought my car back informed me that he came to pick up my customers car and said he couldn’t find it but there was a Mini here that the vin didn’t match on. The dispatch lady told him to take it anyways!!! REALLY?!! Well there is damage everywhere on the body and undercarriage. They have been giving me the runaround for weeks. Telling me the damage was already there and when they told me to send pictures and a quote for the damage no one will return my calls or emails. Not once had anyone apologized for any of it either. Absolutely a joke of a company!

If you are considering COPART I recommend changing your mind as fast as possible from the idea! These folks remind me of Wal-Mart or any other titan company; they Could care less about customer service or decency, it's all about the money honey! My first recommendation to a private buyer (regular member, not car lot buyer) would be to read ALL the fee schedules and disclosures. If you don't want surprises this is key to the buying experience, buy a car and you may end up paying as much in fees as the darn car cost! Second, in my experience Copart has a MAJOR customer service problem at the local and corporate levels; I was hung up on by an employee because she decided that treating a customer with respect is just too much trouble. Contact corporate, the local manager, and even their virtual customer assistance; might as well try to get a psychopath to feel empathy before trying to get anywhere with these tyrants. I REALLY did not appreciate the way I have been blatantly disrespected and ignored. Third and final recommendation is to look at the location of the vehicle; if it is an "Off Lot" buy it can and in my case will take a cool minute before it is transferred (LOCALLY, not from another city mind you) to the COPART lot for buyer to pick up; and I hope to God it is not some further scam and the car actually is all that the report said it is, I'm Not holding my breath! Might as well deal with a used car salesman, at least you get some feigned decency from them!!! Other than those issues everything was gravy.
