We came here slightly after 3:30PM during the weekday. It gets crowded later on, since a lot people just got done with work, and are also coming in. There is a QR code at the front door, where you can scan and hold your place at the line. We fill out some paperwork, and decided to wait outside, since it was getting crowded inside. The waiting space was cramped, and you will be rubbing shoulder with whoever is waiting alongside you. My recommendation to this place is to have the option to call/text the people waiting outside when they are ready. This way, the people waiting outside do not have to constantly come back in to check on their status in the line. This beats having to be cramped in the waiting area, especially during the pandemic.

Web states to come visit their yard, so we dropped by to see the vehicles for auction. They wanted $25 a head just to look at their cars. I'm fine with a bidding fee, but just to look at a car to see if it's something you're interested in bidding on you have to pay to see in person. Sounds like a side show at a carnival. Bunch of clowns.

If you are considering COPART I recommend changing your mind as fast as possible from the idea! These folks remind me of Wal-Mart or any other titan company; they Could care less about customer service or decency, it's all about the money honey! My first recommendation to a private buyer (regular member, not car lot buyer) would be to read ALL the fee schedules and disclosures. If you don't want surprises this is key to the buying experience, buy a car and you may end up paying as much in fees as the darn car cost! Second, in my experience Copart has a MAJOR customer service problem at the local and corporate levels; I was hung up on by an employee because she decided that treating a customer with respect is just too much trouble. Contact corporate, the local manager, and even their virtual customer assistance; might as well try to get a psychopath to feel empathy before trying to get anywhere with these tyrants. I REALLY did not appreciate the way I have been blatantly disrespected and ignored. Third and final recommendation is to look at the location of the vehicle; if it is an "Off Lot" buy it can and in my case will take a cool minute before it is transferred (LOCALLY, not from another city mind you) to the COPART lot for buyer to pick up; and I hope to God it is not some further scam and the car actually is all that the report said it is, I'm Not holding my breath! Might as well deal with a used car salesman, at least you get some feigned decency from them!!! Other than those issues everything was gravy.

Bought a $40,000 truck, picked it up on a Friday, was told they didn't have the title and wouldn't have it till Monday and they would overnight it to me so I had it on Tuesday. Also, the truck was not as described at all and is missing $12,000 in parts to make it run. I have called emailed and texted them with little to no response and no title. It has been over 30 days and still no title. I have also requested my money back and I get no response. Another sad part is, I can't even get the manager or the regional manager to take my calls, call me back or email me back. I do not recommend Copart in Oklahoma City!

ATTENTION:: All drivers or customers picking vehicles up. Yard closes at 4:30 If not there by 4:30 You will not get loaded. Office closes at 5:00 pm.. Got my paper work at 3:30 was loaded by 4:30..picked up one car...much better then last year! Had to wait 4hours to get one car loaded on my trailer .pretty big copart .i do appreciate the effort to get the drivers in and out..they also increased the amount of people they have working the counter inside. Hope other drivers will have the same experience as me..waiting sucks especially with the ELD MANDATE all coparts /iaai should follow the quick in/out process. Ever minute counts when running e-logs..👍👊

I've been to my share of Copart facilities and I have to say my experience here paying for and picking up my motorcycle was one of the smoothest experiences I've had at a Copart. The lady behind the counter was very efficient, friendly, and helpful. I believe I talked to a girl named Jennifer when I called and she was very cordial and helpful in explaining procedures for motorcycles and COVID. The forklift driver was also very helpful and guided me into the garage to load up the bike. All in all, an amazing experience compared to some other Copart facilities...

The selection was okay. The CSR that called us was very rude and did not like helping us with our issue. She tried to pass us onto the one of the managers who kept telling her that she could help us. I think she was fairly new but stated she worked in the yard so she knew all she needed to and that she was right and management didn't know anything. Very unprofessional. I will be filing a complaint with the company as well.

Terrible "virtual queue" system goes from 5 minutes then 14 then 16. But don't you dare question them about it! The sad excuse for a woman behind the counter will just talk to you like she does her children. Learn respect.
