4.5 stars based on 30 reviewsABSOLUTELY the worst business I have dealt with after 30 years in the parts business. Bought a transmission on 01/09 with a 6 month warranty. Started the install on 01/12 at the DEALERSHIP I work at. Transmission would not turn freely on the bench. Called and was told they called a transmission shop and that we damaged the front pump!!! He said he would not be standing behind his warranty and could care less I drove 12 hours roundtrip to get the transmission. Basically I have a $600 boat anchor!!! NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS

Been going to you all for 18 years and you can't even call back to let me know if you have a few simple parts, you all act like I ask for so much, when I am the customer. To top it off, the last time I was there your staff was very disrespectful (the tall old dude and that other female with the attitude) as well because Angel was not there.. I'll be spending my money elsewhere.
