    Wish could give zero stars! My vehicle was stolen and got a letter from these guys saying I owe them $850 in fees and $20 per day for storing my vehicle- have been calling all day an no answer!!! Service: Car towing

    Worthless management. ZERO customer service. On top of that, now my vehicle has a “check brake system” light on.

    Ordered drive shaft with them, had my driver sit in the truck for 12 days waiting for part. They feed me with promises to call me back and check when it will arrive and never did, plus stopped picking up a phone from me!!! I ended up towing my truck to different shop. Very little English, unprofessional. If you wanted to loose you time you are welcome to stop by!

    I had to retrieve a car seized by Border Patrol. The staff at Del Rio Towing were quick and efficient. They even helped me jump start the car so I could get it on the trailer. The area was very neat and organized.

    Don’t waste your time calling here. Broke down 20 miles outside of Sonora called guy said see you in 30 minutes left me on the side of the road for 2 hours no call back and would not answer the phone. Called Leo’s wrecker service and he had no trucks at the moment but still sent me a 3rd party to pick me up and bring me home in under 30 minutes. CALL LEOS WRECKER SERVICE NOT DEL RIO.
