    I just want to say to what a blessing Mike the owner is! He was so pleasant and super patient with me he worked with me on the prices and everything. He is so honest and doesn’t take advantage. I had to get my AC compressor replaced and he did that and also fixed a part that went bad when my AC locked up. He has to be the most honest mechanic I have met in a very long time and my car is running like if she was brand new! He wasn’t hounding me for a payment either he was more concerned with getting my car up and running and making sure I was very happy. I left crying tears of joy and my AC is so cold!! Definitely recommend him and I would drive an hour to go get work done here again. Chris was also super kind and very helpful when I dropped my car off. They are good people.

    I grew up working on cars with my dad. He taught me one thing - used parts are sometimes just as good as new parts! I am forever grateful for Deluxe Auto Parts. We were desperately looking for a YAW sensor for our Hummer H3. One phone call and not only did Deluxe have it, they removed it for me. Put it in the Hummer and it worked perfectly! Saved me so so much money and time. Check with them before you buy manufacturer!!! THANK YOU Deluxe!!!

    Called about a hard-to-find part and the salesman said it would take a couple of days. So, I provided my credit card number and waited to hear back from them. I've called every week for the last 3 weeks and have been told it hasn't arrived yet. Every time I called, the guy couldn't wait to get off the phone. Checked credit card account and saw the amount wasn't charged yet, so I called to ask about the order today. Luckily, I didn't talk to the same salesman. Was told since they hadn't charged my card yet, they hadn't been able to find the part. The person on the phone then asked the salesman about the order - he claims he never took such an order - an outright lie. Unreal.

    They do not honor the 90-day warranty. Bought a rebuilt transmission and had it professionally installed and it burnt out within 50 miles. They refused to honor the warranty. Adam was very little help, wouldn’t return my call and refused to send me a copy of the bill and warranty. Beware of doing business with us this company!!

    This is a warning to Deluxe Auto Parts on 230 Omaho in Corpus Christi are crooks. They sold us what they claimed was a rebuilt transmission but it was not and it was locked up. Will never work! They will not take it back and we just purchased last week. They threatened my husband and son while trying to talk to them. Be warned they will rip you off!! Please spread the word!!

    They lied and said they could get a part that they obviously could not, because it never came in, then when our mechanic went in to get a refund credit for that part, they were extremely rude and unprofessional. Even lied about having spoke with someone at our office and faxing it over. When I called to ask about the credit that they never faxed, I got yelled at and hung up on. Never using them again. Whoever I spoke with was a complete DICK

    This place ain’t like it use to be I bought a transmission for 1600 and it didn’t work told me I had 90 days warranty took it to get installed and it was a bad transmission I called them about of course nothing was done!! Stay away folks there not what the seem to be !! Don’t say I didn’t warn you

    I've been doing business with deluxe for right @ 10 years now they dont care about anything but the initial sale and after that it's on you and im fianally tired of biting the cost warranty wise on there bs patched up parts when they fail they say there low miles when there not even close to it would high RECOMEND anywhere else

    These people are the rudest sales reps n management I have ever come across. Too lazy to walk their ass outside or type in a computer to see if they have a certain vehicle in stock. The will say come look for yourself then hang up on you. Worst ran with the worst most unhelpful, rude, lazy employees and management in any business not to mention the most ridiculous prices. Better off buying it new.

    Needed a window for my 94 civic. Wanted $200, went to San Antonio junkyard and got the whole door with the window and door panel and window switch with side mirror for $70. Their prices are ridiculous. You could find a brand new part for the prices the ask of us for used parts. Save y’all’s time and look else where.

    WARNING do not buy anything from this place. I was told I would get a part the next day and it will be a total of 6 days before I get the part. I told them to cancel the order and I was basically told that they already charged my card and they don't give refunds and that I'm stuck with it. Sad!
