Called about a fender 3 months ago I saw on Car-Part.com and was told it was gone. No problem! Looked for the fender again last month, and they still show it in stock. Called again and asked them if they found it or if they forgot to delete from their inventory. I was told they didn’t delete it, but would now so it would not appear in searches. Looked again today…still there. Both times I called in I spoke with very rude folks trying to get off the phone. Short answers and not much info. I’d recommend the owners put their sales reps on commission and then you’ll see them take care of every caller.

I bought a couple parts from here, price was fair for a few smaller parts. For bigger parts they have high prices. Yesterday I went to go look at a few parts and the guy on the desk was very rude and had an attitude apparently they have a new policy where you cannot pull out parts or even go look at it despite if they work or not. It’s fine but I just want to see if it works or at least look at the condition in person before buying and he did let me do that less than a month ago when I came for speakers and they turned out to be bad, he was like no worries and I left. Now, his excuse was it’s an old car we don’t care if it works or not do you want to buy it or no. He even said, if you want a working or new one that works, go get a new one somewhere else. That in it itself is crazy!! But there are way to say that, but no he showed rudeness and a very bad attitude. Will not do business with these dishonest and disrespectful people again. I used to like this place and done business with them quite a few times but now I highly do not recommend it. They will sell you bad parts with no return!

They offer prices over the phone and then blatantly increase them, in addition to selling parts and seeing that they don't work they want to deduct part of the money you paid, it seems like a complete mockery to customers!!!
