They always treat me fair. I have used them several times. I also recommend them a lot. I see some negative reviews about waiting. Look for yourself. They are busy. I find what I need. I let them know, and if it's going to take a while, they will call me when it's ready. I own a business too and I know how frustrating it can be when people don't want to understand that sometimes things take time

I own a shop, and im always looking to support local businesses, but i can't never buy anything from this place. They are overpriced, and they just don't want my business. I used to go there for convenience. They wanted to charge $20 for a plug that i found at O'Reilly for $9.00 Today, he just flat out told he doesn't do business with me. For what i read, he just had it against my business. My recommendation is to LOOK AROUND FOR YOUR PARTS BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE
