If I could give 0 stars, I would. Whoever answered the phone this afternoon, seriously needs to work on customer service. EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I'm so glad they didn't get my business. This person didn't have any clue about the part that was needed. "Well you're just waisting my time now." Was not at all an appropriate response. I wouldn't ever recommend this business after today.

Never a bad experience here. . Hard to believe any of the bad reviews. Since all I've ever have had we're good. Thank you guys for all the past and future parts

Don's Sportcar salvage Had the parts I was looking for that surprised me as I have been looking for these part from California to denver, and at a really good price compared to other salvage yards from California to Denver the other yards that did have the parts I needed wanted ridiculous amounts of money for them. thanks to all the guys at don's Sportcar Salvage

I buy parts from Dons often. Most of the time we go once a week or more. There is no pressure. Staff is super friendly. They treat us like family. If i just need a ciuple of small items they usually wont even charge me. Their selection and vehicle inventory is huge. Always have what i need.

These guys are awesome. Super friendly and helpful to everyone and they got a TON of hard to find something stuff there. You can feel the history too when you're in there it's pretty cool

At first the experience wasn't bad. I had called about the part the day before, because I live an hour away They were busy, so waiting is understandable. But one old balding individual, was very rude. One gentleman was working behind the counter, a much younger guy just sitting on his can. When the helpful gentleman was reassuring customers that he was sending out a search party for our parts. He loudly announced, ' we have been open all day!' I arrived at 3 to the establishment, he announced this at 4PM with an hour to close. He never offered to help just sat there being a douch bag. Turns out didn't have the part anyway.

I wish I could give this place no stars. I called to ask if they had a vehicle I was looking for. The man who answered the phone was very short with me when I told him I was looking for 06-11 civic. He asked me what parts I needed and I told him I need “a lot”. Seeing as I am essentially rebuilding a whole car from the power train to the body I had a very long list of items I was looking for. He was extremely rude to me before I could even specify all the parts I needed and then hung up in my face! This is a salvage yard, all I wanted to know was if there were ANY parts for the vehicle I asked him for. Chances were if there were any I would have bought them ALL! Apparently this place doesn’t care to show common courtesy to its customers nor does it care about making any money. Do yourself a favor and source your parts elsewhere unless you enjoy being dehumanized.
