I've driven a round trip of 300 miles for a used transmission and paid for the extra warranty and picked up a rim and used tire. I'm very pleased with the service, the counter and yard staff are very responsive and sort of fun sense of humor. I'm very anxious to get this tranny in and will follow up with a conclusion. Thank you for a smooth purchase process and great staff --edit .... transmission is in, runs and feels as advertised viz low miles ...! Thank you you guys

I was amazed at the cleanliness of the restrooms, literally cleaner than a lot of food places

I love going here. The people are always so helpful and kind. The salesman are always ready to help find any parts you can’t find in the self service yard. The cashiers are always so kind and helpful and the guys that bring up the parts you order are always so happy and helpful. Always recommend this place over any other junk yard in the area.

My uncle recently went here to ask for the price about a few parts, but he didn’t understand English very well so my father tried to translate for him. Needless to say, the lady at the counter was extremely rude to both my uncle and father and were treating them like toddlers even though they’re both capable individuals. If you or a loved one wants to buy parts here, you better have a translator on hand or it’s a free pass to receiving poor treatment.

They LIE about prices and whoever answers the phone depends on the price you're told. One says a complete engine is $350, another guy says just the short block. Thats not an engine!! Then they tell you that they dont sell engines on weekends......come back Monday?!?! Absolutely the worst yard I've ever been to. Pick-n-pull has A-frames with chainfalls to pull stuff and the vehicles are on stands. How do you get anything underneath, like torque converter bolts?!? You DON'T. So unless you want to play price games and not even be able to get any parts, come on down this dump. Or hit Pick-n-Pull in Johnston or Cumberland RI. This place is useless. Would give 0 or -5 stars if I could.

It’s a great place to find used parts for used parts like new in an unbelievable price. I bought used tail lamps for my Honda Accord which looks brand new. Stuffs are very good. They also sell used cars in reasonable price. According to them “ Everett's Auto Parts in Brockton, MA is New England’s automotive salvage headquarters, with an extensive self-service yard, full-service yard, scrap processing, and more. We stock over 1500 vehicles for our parts customers, making it easy find everything you need, every time. Just check for your part in our online database, or give us a call. Even if your part is not in stock, we may be able to locate it for you through our nationwide parts locating service. Do you have an old and unwanted vehicle? Just give us a call. We’ll pick it up and pay you cash! Everett’s Auto Parts recycles over 25,000 cars annually. Nearly 90% of every vehicle is recycled or re-used. It’s great for the environment, and it’s also great for you, with competitive rates and immediate cash payouts.”

Everett used to be ok to do business with. Seems like things have gone downhill since covid. They sent me TWO defective engines which could have easily been avoided by performing simple checks before sending the engines to us.. both my time and their time was wasted unnecessarily. Also the person on the phone was not easy to deal with.

Worse customer service. I'm from out of town my tire started going bald and I called to ask if they had any tire in stock guy was so rude couldn't help me after I gave the tire size I told him I couldn't come down I was a hour away that the tire wouldn't get me there that if I got there and they didn't have the tire I needed it would waste my time and it wouldn't be safe for me to drive down there. Then he said I'll transfer me to someone else only to get there answering machine and no1 has called me back since.

Bought an 800 differential for my work truck, when they brought it to me they had it lifted with chains on a forklift, damaged the break lines costing me another 400 to purchase new ones and labor, when I called to tell them it was damaged (because I didn’t know untill my mechanic told me) they basically called me a liar and that they don’t carry things that way… (look at your cameras Mike) then they tell me to bring back the 3-400 pound differential back so they can take a look at it, mind you my truck is currently in pieces. Scammers and HORRIBLE customer service.

Iv been coming here for years i went there for a tire which the size is hard to get but yesterday i got it 😁 and also my side mirrors 👍 price is fair for both items i got but I see they built a bathroom in the junk yard for ppl too which Is definitely great 👍 up grade and the staff are friendly and know there stuff. I wish they had a list online of what they had in stock for tires I think that would definitely boost business.

You’ll spend a lot of time waiting for them to pull the right parts and when they screw up, you’re going back there two and three times unless you have a lot of time to fix your vehicle, you might want to go somewhere else is great but pulling the correct parts is better and more time efficient

Everytime you call for parts the parts guy just hangs up on you without all your questions being answered. Very unprofessional do not call this place it’s better to just show up. Been going to Everett’s for years and this has become more and more of a problem.

Helpful and friendly staff. None of the non sense attitude you typically get anywhere else with this line of work. If they have the car you’re looking for, run down and get what you need. It’s actually a fun experience if you’re into cars.

I need to make a shout out to Danielle who works in the tire service department. Not only was she very professional, she took the time to help me pick out tires for my vehicle. She was extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend you see Danielle for any of your tire needs.

I want to start out by saying what a pleasant experience I had today with everyone I talked to but most especially Danielle over at the tire center.these days it’s not often that you encounter, honesty, integrity, and hard work. Danielle is one of the hardest workers I’ve seen in a long time she runs the tire center like a well oiled machine while explaining everything to you I would like to say Everett’s auto parts you are so lucky to have her. I’m 55 years old and this is only the second review I’ve ever wrote. This was my first time there as I did not know it even existed but I know now and I will keep coming back. Thanks again Danielle keep up the good work, you’re awesome.

I called them and asked if the had any used 205/70 R16 tires and they said yes. I just got here and they said I’m sorry we don’t have any. I drove AN HOUR to get here for nothing. What a trash way to do business.

Extremely rude. In definitely overprice. $10×6=60 for 2006 speaker with no brand then they laugh because I afford 5 each. then they tell me a couldn't I leave the speakers in top of the counter that I had to bring them back to the car so what I did I brought thim back to the proper car that's the kind of person I am.

Absolutely ridiculous. Had me wait all day to have my car towed for cash. Never showed up. Never called. Missed work over this . Unbelievable. Could have at least called and cancelled. I tried calling them they just told me to be patient and the driver will call when he's close.. nope. No call nothing

I’ve been here twice in the past couple months and both times it was the rude woman in the tire place. First of all, I came in at 9am by tow truck. She was not there yet. When she came in, she did not acknowledge me, and just turned on music and went about her day. Around 9:50, I asked her how much longer it was gonna be because I called my boss at 9:10am and told her I was just changing my tire and would be on my way. Her answer, with an instant attitude was “well, you can’t rush tires, you just have to wait” She then goes out back and comes out to me still with an attitude! She told me that my tires “were being rotated” I think. So I wait. She says I can pay while I wait but I told her my purse was in my car and her answer was “oh”. I will never go back here again! I paid $92 for one tire when I NEVER pay more than $70 total at BROCKTON TIRE and have NEVER waited ONE HOUR for one tire to be changed! I was the only person there when I pulled in. Next time I will wait until 9am for Brockton Tire to open because the customer service there is AMAZING!!!!!!

I pulled out both front and rear valve covers and ignition coils out of a 2012 Acura MDX for my 8th gen accord V6. Layout of the cars was pretty good and I didnt have any difficulties at all. Total rang up to 90 bucks. CANT BEAT THAT!!!! OEM front valve cover alone costs $245. Rear is $250. Each denso ignition coil is $120 a pop. So instead of paying $1250, I just paid $90 yaaaay! 3 stars because honda and Acura are supposed to be the top selling cars but their collection was abysmal. Out of the 15 cars I checked, only one was worth pick n pull. Overall ,happy with my trip today and 5 stars if they increase the inventory
