Not too knowledgeable about cars but the staff they are easily accessible and helpful.

Purchased a used 50000k motor with parts and labor warranty. Motor was junk . Sent me out another right away but unfortunately 2nd one didn’t even start . Did not fully cover all the labor to install both motors and said I couldn’t get back the $500 for the original warranty. My mechanic down approximately $1600 from receiving two junk motors from them .

Won't be going back here again. No one can give me a consistent answer to my questions, and it's not worth driving an hour both ways just to have a new person insist the last response was wrong. If you don't want to sell a whole car, that's fine, it's not something you do. But don't tell me we might be able to work out a deal, only to have the in-processing guy rudely insist that I'm wrong and send me away without so much as hearing me out. Jerry seems authentic and affable, people should be differing to him rather than making their own poor judgement calls.
