So rude.. The guy behind the counter denied the conversation had over the phone.. Made us feel like we had the wrong place. We call the number, he picks up. After confirming we were indeed at the location he continued to give us zero customer service.kept talking over us, cutting us offI was asking a question and he cut me off, straight up... Had no interest in seeing what we were looking for. Didn't answer our questions.Frankly, he sucked. We felt judged and turned away. Pathetic place of business

Steve helped me find the battery patiently. My another battery was told by autozone saying it is bad. Steve tested it and told me truth it is good. I appreciate his honesty. The lady in front desk helped me find out my battery still under warranty. Highly recommended!!

Horrible service, been calling for 3 weeks every day . they put me on hold for 15 minutes and then i get disconnected. I am trying to get in touch with management with no luck. 3 weeks of the same call tomorrow. Then the owner hang up the phone They gave me a bad transmission and now they don't wanna honor their part by changing my transmission is just the right thing to do very disappointed.

Walked in and bought a side mirror for my Toyota sienna the service and the staff was absolutely professional and how they presented themselves I will return again I will recommend this place 100% you're 100% better than Everett's Auto will ever be you call them up they don't have this in stock you're driving there they don't have this they don't have that but it's all on the computer they need to update the computers and they don't and the service just plain sucks thank you very much for your staff showing such professionalism

What a great experience! Needed to sell a car for parts and needed it to happen that day. They were super nice and accommodating both on the phone and on pickup. Really professional and genuine and nice. Was given a fair price and they really made it happen for me. Will use them again!

If u need a rim, or door panel or fender, more than likely find it here. Especially if u have a more common vehicle 5-15 yrs old, might be harder to find a part if ur looking for a rare make or model. You save a lot of cash though finding a part here rather than an auto part store, & def. a dealership!
