Never again Will come here came from New Haven ct wait a lot time they told me have the transmission was not out they tell me again wait couple hours to take the transmission out and they broke the transmission taking from the car Wao all day here waiting for nothing 3 hour drive if you guys know I was far way why don’t take the time to take the transmission out slowly I se you guys don’t care for customer thanks for nothing never again 😡

I definitely recommend Brockton Auto Parts they have everything and anything you’re looking for. Melissa is super great and kind. The part that I needed wasn’t going to be ready for another 45 minutes. She offered to call me when it was ready so that I didn’t have to sit and wait with my kids in the car,…umm, yes please and thank you!!! Other places wouldn’t even bother offering.

Supposed to take a trip 7 hours away- noticed a crack in my tire. Called Everett’s and they told me they had my tire, but when I arrived someone had purchased the last 8 they had while I was driving there. I love Everett’s and they were apologetic but sent me next door to this place. Guy at counter was very kind and helpful, and the gentleman that changed my tire was awesome. Honest and good dude. Thank you so so so much guys!

I was looking for a mirror assembly for a car, found it, and removed it. Was told that the price was going to be twice the OEM price and that we weren't allowed to pull parts off of cars. While waiting in line, someone else was trying to exchange parts for something of equal value and was told it was going to cost extra money.

Was just there today and you’re better off going to Everett’s right next door. Don’t even waste your time here. No other Junkyard I’ve been to the last 3 years has been this bad with that kind of service. (Edit) not sure what you’re referring to with Try before you buy? I made a phone call, was on hold for 20 min, then decided to just stop by anyways. So like stated previously, don’t bother with this place

So rude.. The guy behind the counter denied the conversation had over the phone.. Made us feel like we had the wrong place. We call the number, he picks up. After confirming we were indeed at the location he continued to give us zero customer service. kept talking over us, cutting us off I was asking a question and he cut me off, straight up. .. Had no interest in seeing what we were looking for. Didn't answer our questions. Frankly, he sucked. We felt judged and turned away. Pathetic place of business

You might as well buy new parts from the where house in Randolph. Went to this place, and nothing is organized. I wanted to get a bumper for a car, and they told me it would be the same price as a brand new one from Randolph. Waste of time going there.
