I went for some parts off an obscure vehicle and it was the only place that could tell me off-hand if they had the vehicles I asked about that I knew my obscure vehicle shared parts with. This was also the only place that was a true junkyard and not a scrap yard that you could pull parts from. It showed with how they were careful while moving vehicles, unlike the other places I had previously visited while searching for parts.Once I was able to get to the vehicle to pull parts, Byrd, Cal (or Kyle, my hearing is bad), and Jesse were there to help and give advice while always staying professional.Between my two visits, this has been far and beyond the best, most professional, and helpful junkyard in the Phenix City and Columbus area that I have visited. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Was close to closing time when I arrived. Wasn't an issue at all. Everyone from the counter to the fellas in the yard harvesting parts were all good spirited, friendly, and didn't hesitate to address any questions. Come in for 1 part, left with 3! They earned a customer today.

This is the fastest tow company that I have experienced in the Columbus area. Cameron was very attentive and had a great customer service. I had issues with requesting them again with my insurance at fault but I m saving their card for anything in the future.

Y'all this place is huge. First place my husband went to that actually had the types of stuff he was looking for. We (myself, hubs and 2 kids) walked through the entire place and while it was work for him, it was fun and interesting for us.

Faulks charged me 150 bucks to pull me from this hole to the concrete! Like really man, never calling them again

I highly recommend their towing service. Tim (drives the white truck) was extremely helpful after I had a tire blow out while driving. Unable to fix the tire on site due to a stripped lug nut, he drove me around to 3 different auto repair places until we found someone who could fix it. Thanks again Tim!

I had an awesome experience they came to help and inquire what I was looking for immediately upon my arrival. They were very attentive to what I needed they took the time to take me around to four different cars until I found exactly what I wanted and needed and the price and my opinion can't be big I would recommend them to anyone in need of car parts or anything of that nature they get two thumbs up!!
