    They didn't cause my wheel bearings to go out, but they did crank down my lug nuts with a impact soo tight that I broke 2 ratchets, (one was a half inch snap-on) three extensions, and a 4way. And when I spoke to them about it, they laughed as though it was funny. I wouldn't recommend them to people I dislike.

    The new owner Thomas is amazing! I got an accurate quote on the work that needed to be done and when my jeep required more work he asked me before doing anything else so that I could make the decision to do it right away or wait until next time.     We've been taking our cars to Midsouth ever since it re-opened in Oct. 2017, under new ownership. We had previously gone to various franchises in Columbus, but never felt completely comfortable that we could trust them. At Midsouth Automotive, we know that our vehicles are maintained and repaired with expertise and care, that they are not selling us anything that we do not need, and that their fees are fair.
