    This place was very helpful in locating what I needed. I ordered a whole new set of seats for my 2012 Honda Pilot. They were Grade A rated and after a good cleaning at home they clearly needed extra love to get there. I also had to go back to exchange the two front seats because they had different wiring harness. Nonetheless Justin helped the entire time and kept me updated. I put it all together and I'm happy.

    I was looking for a part for my car. I had the good fortune to find the "New England Auto & Truck Recyclers" webpage, sent them an email and promptly I got a response indicating they had the part. I had the real pleasure of interfacing with Justin Roy. If I would have to rate him between 1 to 10 being 10 EXCEPTIONAL, I give Justin 11! I have some experience in the Customer Support field. Justin gets the Golden Trophy because: He was pleasant, prompt, and enthusiastic. I can sense that he is passionate doing his job and individuals like him, in large or small company, can make a great difference. If I would be looking for another part for my car.. with no doubt I would contact him.. and I will encourage others to bring their business to New England Auto & Truck Recyclers. If I would have my company, I would do anything possible to hire Justin.. I am more than positive that he would be a great contributor gaining and keeping happy to customer and that means a good flow of revenue. Ernie

    Needed to replace my radio in my 2014 Explorer. I had a rough start getting a good radio. The first one was bagged and left outside on a rack only to have water inside of bag. The second one The cd player wouldn't load properly and I brought Justin out to see it. He promised me that he get me another one and would wait until I installed it to make sure it worked properly.I'm giving it 4 stars because Justin was adamant about me being satisfied.

    So we bought a tail light which turned out to be wrong, decided to drive out and see about getting the right one. Sales Manager was super helpful and was able to insure we ordered right part and got it replaced within a few days. NEATR is a great option to save some money vs OEM parts. Great website and super helpful if you make the journey there.

    This place is the biggest scam going. I called to inquire about a transmission that they had listed for a 2008 Ford F-350 4X4 with 76,108 miles And a 6 month part warranty. I spoke with a Justin. Justin assured me that this transmission was driven and tested. With some hesitation I decided to give Justin the thumbs up. Justin gave me all of the wire transfer instructions. Once the money cleared their account they said they would ship the transmission to my repair shop in up state NY.The transmission arrived, we removed it and prepped it for install. Well this is the issue, the transmission of for a 2 wheel drive truck. I call snd speak to Justin my sales rep. We go back and forth, he calls me a liar saying that there is no way we sent the wrong transmission. That I was trying to scam him. I asked for him to arrange return shipping for the wrong part. Justin said we want you to return the part to us in person to make sure it’s ours. I’m 5 hours away I said… Justin said that’s the only way we will take the return. I drove 5 hours each way to again argue with Justin and owner JC. Both were rude to the point where I walked alway to regain my composure. Finally after another hour of back and forth they agree to accept the return. They told me they would mail me a check. I said that was unacceptable and I wanted my cash back that I wired them. JC told me he didn’t keep those kind of funds on hand. I told him I would wait while he went to the bank. He said he didn’t have time. Instead he offered me a post dated check. I reluctantly accepted it and drove home. Finally after 10 business days almost 2 weeks the check cleared. Stay far way from these slime balls, I wish I did

    I called and was looking for a Front Passenger door for a 2012 Toyota Corolla. Dan was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable. He even taught me a few things I didn’t know. He found me the exact same color and style for replacement on my car. He was very kind and sent me several photos of different doors to let me pick what I wanted. I will definitely do business again with Dan and NEAT. More company’s should have employees like Dan. BRAVO

    Well, if you have to buy a part for your car, they make it easy. After my son cracked the wheel on our Jeep Cherokee, I found a website that said NEATR had one. My wife called them to verify they had it and I drove up and sealed the deal. Upon arrival, I didn’t have the order number but Justin Roy remembered my wife’s name from her call 2 hours earlier!! Good customer service!

    Had been looking for a hood for my infinity q50 called and they where able to find it and have it delivered to the place in 1 day . When i got their not only was my part in great condition the customer service and the help their was amazing . When i arrived i was hesitant about the actual part fitting my car but justin roy assured me he was able to make it work . Its not everyday you find employees with positive attitudes who go above and beyond for their customers .he went above and beyond in helping put the part in the car . I was totally suprised at the service here . I was expecting i had to do it all by myself . I drove two hour but it was well worth it . Will be coming back to the remain parts .

    Note to self, when it seems or sounds too good to be true it usually is.I drove 3 hours each way, yea 3 hours each way to pick up a wheel for my daughters car. It was the only one on the east coast and I needed it today.I called and spoke to Jay, and yes I am a women and he took advantage of that fact. I had asked him multiple and I mean multiple times if the wheel was in useable condition. He swore me up and down that it was.I said I’ll take it, but can you do any better on the price? Jay said sure, leave me a positive google review (or two, he was serious) and I will take 25% off of your order. I said can I do it when I get there and see the wheel? He said sure why notWe pile into the csr on a gorgeous Friday morning to drive up from 3.5 hours away. When we walked in the door we were met by a man eating his lunch that consisted of re heated fish 🤢I asked if Jay was available and that I had ordered a wheel with him.Jay walked over and couldn’t really remember what we had talked about. So I refreshed his memory. He goes over to his computer and comes back a couple minutes later. He goes “ya that wheel is missing and I meant to call you but got side tracked”WHAT I screamed followed by some profanity…..I wanted to speak to a manager or an owner. I was told none were available and that they are all owners and managers here. I was disgusted and left.Trust your gut, I wish I had

    I've been using NEATR for probably two years now for my business needs. When I call NEATR, I dial up my man Jay everytime. Nothing against the other salespeople at all, they're all great!When it comes to parts, NEATR has the pricing and availability of parts I need to run a shop. I've dealt with LKQ before and they're ok but I always prefer NEATR. The staff is just so much more knowledgeable and willing to help get their customers what they need and for such a great price. I couldn't recommend this business any more!
