Kate has been awesome. i never have a problem if the part is damaged or incorrect. the returns are handled when they need to be. If you need a salesperson at this location i would consider asking for Kate.

Jerry is great for finding exactly what I need every time. Delivery guys are great, always so professional and kind. Highly recommend. Delivery driver who has my areas route is great too* always polite and answers all my questions, super patient

I called them concerning wanting to buy a left front fender for a Ram 1500 in the color code PRP. The part was listed as being located in Massachusetts, more than 3 hours from me. After it being confirmed by the sales person over the phone, I drove the over 3 hours to get it only to find out that it was NOT in Massachusetts, it was in New York. When there, they assured me they would freight/ship it to me at their expense due to this mix up. I followed up with Ryan when I didn't see it after a week who again assured me it would be shipped. It has now been two weeks. Still no fender and of course, they will not return my calls concerning it.
