    It needs to be specifically ordered for you because I don't have it in stock. They manipulate you that way. Because you are unable to return or exchange anything that is special ordered. That's not how business is conducted. Taking care of the people you serve is more important than robbing them. Never once more! To exacerbate the situation, individuals become aware of the policy only after receiving the receipt. Helping people, not making money, is the main focus of most businesses these days. Your policy is to maximize profits at the expense of the people you are trying to help. it is detrimental to businesses.

    Grotesque any honestly horrible service, I tried retrieving a receipt from these guys for an insurance claim and I was met with rude and repulsive responses. Very unhelpful, they wouldn’t even do the courtesy of emailing the invoice, the service is horrible seeing that I was a previous customer and spent a lot of money on their used parts. If you buy anything from these guys, be sure to keep the receipt! I would recommend going getting your part from elsewhere; the quality of their product is not up to par and their customer service is inferior!!!!

    Honest and friendly. Not intimidating like some places can be. They are willing to help you and try their best. The young lady at the front on the computer is very knowledgeable and George is always backing her up if she is not sure about something. The worker in the back was awesome.

    Awesome guys, I'm in Chicago I ordered from them for my Volvo 850 shifter and cable, overall the part was in good shape but the cupling on the shifter was broken which wasn't a huge deal since I only needed the cable, I explained it to them and they quickly responded with a credit towards my next order. I highly recommend trusting these guys, coming from a person like me who's always sketched out and anxious these guys really kept up with me and did a great job and shipping was on time. I'll definitely order from them again

    Very good place, has whatever I need or can get it within a day or so. Every time I go there every one is very helpful and I see them treat everyone with respect. Old school shop, no arrogance or drama just good service and competitive prices. Highly recommend

    Asked about a part and the tech gave me a price, mentioned it was the same price as new(was looking for used) from a franchise, and he angrily said "if you can find it cheaper then go there" and hung up on me. Would have been fine with asking if it was new or not but didn't get the chance.

    I have yet to actually install anything, but if my 5 minute phone conversation is any indication as to what I'm getting, I'll be happy. I just called up, told Trevor what I needed, he looked it up in his system, gave me a great price for what I was looking for, asked where to ship it, and paid for it over the phone. I'm disappointed I didn't call here sooner in my search for an engine. Update: Well it seems as if I spoke too soon. Once the mechanic started working on the engine (which I will say arrived promptly), he found that many parts of the engine I had purchased were missing or loose.

    If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went to George’s used auto parts looking for a radiator fan, fully knowing that they are in fact “USED” parts. The first one that Trevor, the counter person, sold me did not work. I went all the way home and put it in just for the fan to not spin. I called George’s Auto Parts back and they told me they would test it out. When I brought it back, the counter person, tested it and it did not spin. They went to the back and brought me the SAME defective part. This place is ran by nothing but CROOKS. Save your time and sanity, you’re better off buying new or using a different used parts place. 0/10 would NOT recommend.

    Worse customer services ever. They also are lieyers!!! They dont get their story together one person tells you something other person saiys a diferent story. They have a color blind person doing vehicles serveys in regards of color of the vehicle and damages. Becarful going in here👮‍♀️👮‍♂️🚨🚓🚔

    Poor customer service, I asked for a tmc and they sold me one that doesn’t work I asked are you allowed to sale parts that don’t work he said you bought it oh well made me sign a paper stating the numbers match up then tell me that’s for him not to argue with me never again will I buy anything from here worst experience ever I asked can I trade it in I don’t want the money I just want a part that works he said no

    Conducted business VIA phone until pickup of part, it my case was a rim. Quality of the rim was exactly as promised and even returned a lesser quality rim which was sent accidently which others would have given to me even though i had paid for better quality. Honest shop and guaranteed to get the exact parts you need in the condition promised.

    Definitely like coming back here when I need things, just wish they would be better at following up when something is ordered and there is a delay. That aside, they’re really good.

    Do not buy parts, do not pay c.o.d. for engines from this company, do not trust that they will stand behind their fictional warranty. They will not. Our company purchased an engine from George’s, when our customer installed the engine it had no compression. When we called and spoke to George about the problem he swore that he had tested the engine and it was good. Upon removal, return, and inspection of the engine the intake and exhaust valves from #1 cylinder were laying on top of the piston. This engine was never tested by George’s and sent to us bad. When we asked for a refund for the $2500.00 we paid, George would not give one. We returned the engine several months ago and still have not been refunded. After discussing this problem with other local recyclers this is apparently not the first time this company has done this. DO NOT BUY PARTS FROM THIS COMPANY.

    I recently bought a car part for my vehicle and pay for it right away.the part came 2 days later when I was supposed to get it the next day. On top of that the part was the wrong one I spoke to 3 different clerks at this place and all gave me the run around one guy told me that they would of gave me Crédit wich it was a very lie. No credit and no money given back and on top off that they didn't even try to find a resolution. BUT yet they were very quick in taking the money now I'm stuck with a part I don't need.I went online and bought what I need for half of the price they charge me what a bunch of crooks here at this place I will never ever go back to this place ever again trust me they are full off bolony.

    You tell them what you need you give them the VIN number and when the part comes in wrong it's your fault. They deny that you are correct in knowing what you need. In fact they're in the wrong because you know what you need...

    NOT SINCERE AT ALL. THEY SOLD ME A FAULTY ALTERNATOR-(KNOWING FULL WELL IT MAY NOT WORK), THEN TELLING ME I COULD GET A "FULL REFUND" BUT I WOULD HAVE TO "PICK" FROM OTHER ITEMS THEY HAVE, NO CASH REFUND. AND THEN WHEN I ASKED IF I COULD GET A SPAIR TIRE AND A SIDE MIRROR, (TRYING TO GET "SOME" OF MY $70.00 BACK), THEY SAID THEY DON'T HAVE ANY OF THEM. SO BASICALLY I GOT BEAT FOR $70.00 ("THAT'S SAD WHEN YOU GOT TO BEAT PEOPLE TO KEEP YOUR BUSINESS OPEN")!!!
