I got my tractor trailer stuck in a real bad spot(basically a ditch). These guys showed up fast and did an incredible job. They were extremely knowledgeable and took their time to make sure they didn't damage the truck or the trailer. I was amazed by every move they did. Blew the radiator on my Semi, towed in on Sunday. I'm writing this not for anything that was done prior to payment, but what happened after I paid. The tow was fine, driver was friendly.Nothing to do with the towing end, however I get my truck back after two days ( not complaining about the time).The issue I have was getting the truck back with radiator fluid still all over the engine, the A/C doesn't work, and after 20 miles it shuts down on me.I tried to resolve the issue with the owner and could not get a straight answer. He kept referring to his mechanic about the repair stating that the radiator has nothing to do with the A/C or oil. Never mind there is two oil lines that are for the oil cooler right in the bottom of the radiator. Or you have to move the condenser to get the radiator out, possible to damage the lines. They wanted to send a driver out, I told him no absolutely not after him denying any of the components are related. I'm sure your mechanic is a good mechanic but my experience was not positive.$2500.00 bill and refused to accept Master Card/Credit Card as payment.Nowhere in this place has it posted anywhere.Bottom line my experience was positive right up to payment and SUBSTANDARD WORK.The dispatch also freaked on us when we arrived to pay the bill.Just like any shop, your having to trust someone else with your lively hood.Mechanic is probably job scared and will say anything not to get fired.Thanks for the shaft and the nice hot truck.

On 5/28/21, following a wreck on I-77, this company towed our vehicle from the accident scene. Cookie was the employee involved. He was very professional and helpful in getting our vehicle safely towed away, in helping us make contact with a rental car company, in rendering first-aid materials, and along with his wife in getting us a pet taxi for our cat. He, along with everyone else at Glens, was very nice and helpful toward us in our time of need. I will always remember with fondness Cookie, his wife, and everyone else there.Service: Car towing

Super nice lady in dispatch. Awesome driver, tried to fix car, had to tow. Made sure we had transportation to hotel, even helped with our bags. They made a terrible situation so much better! Would use them again if I ever get stranded in this area again, hope not though!!! Service: Car towing
