They dont care about your time. They will tell you a pick up date and not meet it. They will tell you a pickup time and wont meet it. I bought a part that takes 30 minutes maximum to take out, I bought it on a Tuesday and was told it will be ready to pick it up Friday. I called before going and was told wil be ready by 1pm got there at 12:30pm and at 1pm was told it would take 3 hours to take out🤨 the part. They would call me. I called 2.5 hours later and was told Im going to check I will call you in 10min. They did call me 30min. Later to tell me it would be until next tuesday because it wasnt done and they had the long weekend off. Companies get too big and dont care about how they impact the little people because they got the big money and you dont so thats why you have to end up at their mercy. Wish we the little people could do more than just a post.
