I live in Cape Coral in desperate need of a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica rim just one because my old one bent and started to leak air from the dent and it had also cracked. Not my vehicle, my mothers and I called everywhere in fort Myers and no one had anything luckily a shop in fort Myers directed me to green star because they had the specific rim in stock and when I called about it they did have it and were able to ship to my location through USPS with tracking information! It was very cheap for me and it took only 2 days to arrive at my house and packaging was secure it came with a receipt as well inside the box. I got it today and I’m so happy we will be able to drive it again! Thank you so much I do not remember the man that helped me but very good company and wanted to give them a 5star!

I was referred to Greenstar by a family friend a little over a year ago. I always deal with Vinny. He's helped me with a lot. He listens to all my concerns and was able to find me a great motor for my car and some other car parts for way cheaper, and recommended a great mechanic shop! Now I recommend Vinny to all my friends. They gave me a 6 month warranty which was great because everywhere else only was offering 30 days, and were rude. Greenstar is such an upfront and honest business to buy recycled parts. I bought an engine for a honda odyssey and I was running blind because their engines are in Orlando. They even go as far to send YouTube videos of the engines running in perfect condition! That gives you great peace of mind. They even back their engines with a 6 month warranty! Most places give 30 days. They are honest reasonable and flexible to work with and try their best to accommodate you. I deal with used parts all the time and Greenstar is my choice from now on!

What can I say other then what an amazing facility and staff @ Green Star Auto Recyclers. For Someone that was looking for an Engine for my Son's 3.5L Nissan Altima which was so hard to find locally in state - I called as a last resort and Spoke to Allan and he was to me an angel! Very Attentive, efficient and for me calming, lol.. I have been stressed out trying to find an engine to get I'm back on the road and Allan went above and beyond to not only help me find the 3.5L for it but the best possible one they had with assured delivery. Anyone that has had a hard time finding what you need - please call them and ask for Allan. He not only will listen and offer a sense of peace but he will also assure you are well cared for in a time manner, happy with the purchase and price. The guy I spoke to Doug I think something with a D, was not helpful at all. I called in the morning when they opened to call and make sure they had my part as I was coming from tampa. I wanted to pat over the phone so that when I got there it would be taken out already. My seat is torn ripped and won't recline forward, I told him I will take the seat in any condition that I did not care that it looked good in the photos that any water damage can be wipped off. He refused to take my payment before he checked the seat. He never called me back, then around 2:30 when I told him I was heading that way he tells me I'll have to come tomorrow because he only has 1 guy pulling parts and that they cannot pull seats until payment is processed. And that's when I got frustrated with him as I offered to pay first at 10:30 in the morning for that very reason. Starts fumbling his words when I called him out and didn't want to deal with me and transfers me to his boss. Boss didn't pick up. The lack of communication and the pure lack to attention is sad, the guy sounded twice my age, definitely should have handled it a little better if you ask me. Don't say your going to call me back if your not especially when I'm trying to give your business money.

This is my first time buying a major used car part and there is no doubt that I was very hesitant. for an industry that is known for not always being upfront or accurate with their parts or their description... I can tell you this was the best experience anybody could ever hope for in any buying situation. whenever the engine arrived at my mechanic they couldn't believe how well detailed and meticulous the packing was on the engine. the engine itself was clean and also created in a manner fit for a crystal vase. Ezequiel was amazing following up on every detail and going above and beyond on all my simple asks. he even emailed weeks later to see if everything worked out ok. I love the fact that I NEVER have to look for another parts location in my life. if evry business and associate acted and worked like this group does...we would never need customer service or conflict resolution. thank you again

As a shop I'm picky with who I do business with, and GreenStar has been great. There was no pressure from them to purchase, they just wanted to help; when I did purchase, it was a very smooth transaction. The engine I purchased was in great condition. The technician who removed the engine from the vehicle (Volvo) was clearly skilled and experienced, everything was done correctly. I look forward to using them again, I took a few weeks to leave this review to make sure it was 5 stars before I posted. Thank you GreenStar and ALL your staff.

Well oil machine of an operation. Everyone I came in contact with was very helpful and courteous. John Kraus the sales Manager went above and beyond to make sure that I was getting the correct parts for my car. He is a true professional. Best regards to the person incharge of hiring, you did an excellent job. The cashier was straight out of the Ritz Carlton, I didn't get her name but super polite. 10/10.

First time there was great. I needed a transmission and they had it. All you have to do is go to the office and one of the guys will search for it. Once paid at another desk you go outside, ring a bell, and someone comes out to see what part you need so they can get it. Depending on the part, it may need cleaning, as my transmission did. They cleaned it up a bit, which took about 20 minutes. Then they had me back my car up to load the part. A forklift had the transmission by a chain. It actually fit into the back of my SUV with the forks! Positioned it then disconnected. I strapped it down and that was it. Note: if you have a small part like a mirror or exhaust part, they simply hand it to you and you're done. Note 2: The parking was confusing at first. The customer parking is in the building. Go into the entrance and turn left. The parking spots, to your left, have signs over them. Directly across from there is the office where you order/pay for what you need. And just past the parking area is the exit. Everyone was nice. Looked like they enjoyed their jobs. That translated into great customer service. I will definitely go back! Hope this helps someone that wants to go to Greenstar.

The General Manager Vincent was excellent in helping me realize he sold me the right part . It was a backdoor mechanic that did not know what he was doing (A_Jamaican).. Who even suggested I sell him the car!!! Once Vincent showed me the light.. I threatened that mechanic with the police the very same day_ who surprisingly then said the transmission was good after five days of lies and had the car running in under one hour! Amazing ain't it...

**In response to your reply. Let's not lie and pretend you gave any options. You called to TELL me you had canceled, not to offer me any options other than to drive to you pay cash and pick it up. I only refused to drive to you to pick it up when you offer free delivery. I was clear that my son was paying for it upfront, which is why I gave Eze his number to complete the purchase. Imagine, a father and son having different first names!! And as explained way too far into detail, he is my stepson, which only seems to matter to you only after accepting the money in the first place. The secluded parking lot of a business park in Lake Mary with multiple businesses and a grocery store and theater that serves Heathrow, was a nice touch. Just be upfront and tell customers that you only deliver to repair shops with a forklift.** After finding my son put a hole in the head of his car engine, we decided to replace the engine rather than do a repair that may not last. Was given a website that is like Google for car parts. GreenStar was the closest company with a replacement engine. Called, asked a few questions and decided to purchase the engine. Had them call my son so he could pay for it. They called me back once the payment completed, and had a screenshot confirmation from my son, and they said they would deliver to my office the next day since they don't deliver to residential address. Remember this for later. Within a few hours they called back stating it was too suspicious and they were canceling the order, even had the manager ready on the phone since it was his decision. Even after explaining the reason that made it suspicious, half of it was their reasoning for not delivering to residential, and offering proof that it isn't fraudulent (tile, insurance, bank statements) they refunded the order and canceled the delivery. One of 3 things actually happened; 1. They didn't have the motor after all, and didn't want to admit it since they already billed for it. 2. They didn't have any other deliveries to make and since they don't charge for delivery it would have cost them more than they were willing to pay to get the engine to us. 3. The salesman Ezequiel (Eze) promised more than he could deliver, the boss saw it and told him no. Was going to give 2 stars since everyone was pleasant but in the end not looking for a friend, looking for a part to buy. FYI found an engine from out of state that is cheaper that actually will deliver the motor and bring it to the house and it was cheaper.

I had my son's Transmission replaced by Rickys Auto repair, it's bad and Viny the mgr keeps saying he will replace it TOMORROW, He is also loud and rude and doesn't know how to talk to customers. I would like to add that the new transmission is doing well and I would recommend this since they took the time to get it right but not Viny. (Highly unprofessional)
